Dr. Joe and his staff are all so welcoming, professional, and kind. We moved to the area looking for a dentist for the family and this office has provided excellent care for my husband and myself, as well as our young son. Our son was very cautious of going to the dentist and they were all kind and aware. For his cavities he felt nervous and they let me stay with such human understanding. I appreciate the balance of warmth and welcome along with such seasoned solid professionalism. This is a great office. 10/10 recommend for just yourself, if looking for an adult office, for your child, or the whole family.

I don't have much to compare them to as I grew up going to the same dentist for years back home. I recently moved up to VT after living in MA my whole life. I had new insurance and needed a new dentist. I called their number and I was met with kindness and patience. I was able to quickly confirm my new insurance would cover my visits. From my first call with them to my first cleaning recently I have had a great customer service experience. They are a well run dentist office with kind staff, a clean facility, and they are easily accessible. If you are new to Burlington or simply looking for a new dentist I highly advise you make an appointment. I'm looking forward to my next visit in 6 months! 😊

Heidi was our dental hygienist and she was great! So friendly and super welcoming. My three year old was there with me to have her teeth checked and was very well behaved. Heidi made sure she was also as comfortable as possible! We love Associates in Dentistry!!! Joe K. Is the man.

Dr. Kropf is the best dentist I've ever had by far. Super professional. Incredibly good work. I just got a crown and a filling on the front of one of my front teeth. My mouth has never felt so good. He's also really sensitive to his patients' comfort. I could not recommend him more enthusiastically. Great staff too.

We travel from central VT specifically for Dr. Kropf and his staff. We have been patients for over 20 years and have always received the BEST care and solid advice. His staff is unfailingly pleasant and consistent. A wonderful group of hygienists and administrators. Our son, now in college, received "best smile" as his high school senior superlative. That says it all!

I have been coming to Dr. Joe Kropf and Associates in Dentistry for over 10 years for routine cleanings, fillings and a chipped tooth. Dr. Kropf and his hygienists do great work and I trust his advice completely! They are always on time and I've never had to wait for my appointment. The office is in a super convenient location just off Shelburne Road in Burlington, with parking! I highly recommend Dr. Kropf and his staff.

I am happy to share my experience at the office I am one of those people that get very tense when I visit my dentist office and most of the time I end up with a mouth full of cancer sores yesterday I went in for a cleaning I had asked to be seen by Shelby because I had heard good things about her they were all true this woman is a miracle worker this was the first time in forever I enjoyed my visit not that Joe isn,t great because he is but he doesn't usually clean teeth I now have a new dental assistant who is incredible actually looking forward to my next cleaning THANK YOU SHELBY

I rarely write reviews, but I am so grateful to Dr. Kropf and his wonderful staff who helped me though the unexpected lose of a tooth. At the time, Dr. Kropf came highly recommended from the maxillofacial surgeon that removed my tooth. Once the tooth was removed, Dr. Kropf went to work creating an implant that matched my other teeth perfectly. I remember being so upset at the time, and now the implant feels and looks so real - I never notice it. I want to thank both Dr. Kropf and his staff for their amazing work.
