I’ve been seeing these guys for nearly 30 years and all of the work I’ve had done here, ranging from cleanings to surgery (s), dentures and implants, has been excellent! I’ve had ALL of my teeth worked on, most repaired or extracted, and the quality of their work, their dedication to caring for and maintaining it is exceptional. Honestly, the thing that stands out most after all of these years, is the staff. All of them are kind, considerate, compassionate and totally committed. Obviously I recommend them!!

My front tooth has been through a lot. It was first hit with a hockey stick in a game many years ago. I’ve been to many great dentists to treat it, often with good results. But my experience with Dr. Dehni was by far the best, levels above past experiences. This tooth finally needed an implant, which is his specialty. It was an involved (but painless) process that was very well worth it. The result is a tooth that looks so incredibly natural. There are many aspects of the practice that are highly professional, from the office to the staff. One of his assistants was also the best I’ve ever experienced; she took so much time to explain every aspect of the process to me. This experience showed me what real excellence is in dentistry.

Dr. Santamaria is the best dentist I have ever been to! She is so sweet but very practical and straight forward about any work that needs to be done. Her work is also done very well! I have never had any issues with her work or my visits. When I don’t understand something (from why a filing is needed to how my insurance will be billed) the staff and dentists are always willing to explain it to me until I understand. They make me feel heard and are well worth the trip into Boston.

I was super-impressed with this dental practice. Upon my first visit for routine dental hygiene, they found a need for a crown. The next available opening would be a week later, when I was planning to leave the city early in the morning for a long drive. I asked them to move the appointment up if they got a cancellation. About an hour later, I received a call saying that they had a cancellation that very same day, and could I return in half an hour - which I did. I was amazed that they have the capability of fashioning crowns right there on the spot, using a sophisticated 3-D scanner and something like a 3-D printer for molding crowns, without the usual need for a temporary crown and a return appointment for the permanent one. It fits perfectly. Thank you Warshauer & Santamaria!

I've been going to this dentist for almost 2 years now. I highly recommend them. I've had 2 appointments since the COVID-19 pandemic started, and I appreciate the level of safety precautions they take here. Everyone is very kind and good at their jobs. I had to get fillings most recently there, and I was impressed by how well it went. When I started to panic and feel sick, they gave me a break, got me some water, and helped me calm down again. Really appreciated the care I received there, and I'm happy with my new fillings so far!

This is the best practice in Boston. I was on vacation and came down with a toothache. Dr.Santamaria called me and got me on pain medication, an antibiotic and scheduled me to see the Endodontist in 2 days. Remarkable for a holiday weekend, to receive a call back on a Sunday night! From the moment I walked into the office, I could tell how professional and welcoming it was. The desk staff was friendly, efficient, understanding, and answered all of my questions with a smile. Every room in the office from the bathrooms to the exam rooms are flawlessly cleaned and smell wonderful! My hygenist, Nancy, was a great conversationalist and made the often painful experience of a cleaning with all of its sharp tools pleasant. I came a little early for my cleaning. W & M were conscientious. I filled out a questionnaire and the person at the test rook my temp ad my oxygen. The waiting room was lean and chairs were arranged to keep distances intact. My hygienist was prompt, friendly, and efficient. I had my yearly dental x-rays and Dr. Santamaria checked me out. I've been with this organization since 1985 and it proves how good dental care makes your life better.

The team at Warshauer & Santamaria are consummate professionals! I've been to numerous dental offices and this office is by far the best. First of all, I need to comment on the office itself. It is gorgeous! The finishes and décor are exquisite and so tastefully done. The equipment they use is very well taken care of and I can tell they spared no expense to outfit the office with the best of everything. Bianca and Kathy at the front desk are great - very pleasant, welcoming, and efficient. Because I did my patient history "paperwork" ahead of time online, the check in process was a breeze. Navid escorted me to the room where I would be seen. He got me set up, took some pictures of my teeth and made sure I was comfortable. Navid was such a pleasure to talk to - great guy! I came in to have some minor cosmetic work done on my front teeth. The issues weren't very noticeable so I was afraid to "mess with it" and end up making it worse. I wasn't afraid or nervous about the procedure - I was nervous about the outcome and how my teeth would look. Dr. Bhatti and his assistant Egre came in a few minutes later and introduced themselves. He explained what he was going to do and I was now confident because he was confident. Dr. Bhatti worked carefully and deliberately. He was very precise and it was obvious that he and Egre work well together. I was able to watch what Dr. Bhatti was doing in the reflection on the light fixture over my chair. I too work with my hands a lot so I can certainly appreciate his skill, attention to detail, and mastery of the procedure he was performing. In the end, my teeth came out FANTASTIC. The color match is perfect. My front teeth are perfect. Dr. Bhatti is a rock star and everyone I interacted with are true professionals. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I come for a Dental cleaning and I had the most nice experience with hygienist Sancy, she was so careful on take my X Rays, her have a gentle hands, the cleaning was so pleasant , I felt so relax, the smooth songs, the nice conversation, and the explanation afterwards. I also was offered a tooth whitening after the cleaning done, and I left the office feeling great. What a nice place.

Great reintroduction after so long away. Informative as usual. I've found the environment conducive to getting a handle on my oral care over time. The cleanings have been well integrated with basic checkups and alerts as needed, and reasonably thorough. Surguries have been essentially pain-free and have lived up to expectations, although I was a bit crushed that my wisdom teeth didn't come out whole (Sigh.) After the usual hiccups for awhile there in the pandemic I was impressed with the adaptations the office made upon reopening, and these days there's a nice compromise been struck between the old old normal and the not so old hidden. (Here's hoping for all our futureI). With assistance from my experts at W&S I now hope to again ramp up my oral well being - we'll see how that pans out in a few months - and while I'll miss Dr. Warshauer, and - yes- continue to remember Dr. Baker, I look *forward* to interfacing with our new Dr. B.

The clinic is really great at communicating every step of the process before you come in. Their Covid protocol is very thorough, they measure your temperature, ask you to use hand sanitiser & even measure your oxygen levels. The dental hygienist (Rachel) who took care of me was very nice & kind when she cleaned my teeth. She made sure to check with me every time there was a sensitive tooth & she would avoid it if possible. She did a great job cleaning & I’d be happy to go back to her again. Both Rachel & Dr. Walid advised that I come back for X-ray another day due to my pregnancy, so I really appreciate that they were cautious about my treatment due to my pregnancy. I’ll be definitely coming back to this clinic!

I was going to postpone my teeth cleaning appointment because of Covid but judging how this office is during regular times I had a feeling that they were going to handle the safety of their patients very responsibly and they did. First I had to call from outside for me to be let in, then once in the office, hand sanitizer, temperature check and they checked my oxygen level. Of course I had to wear a mask.Once I was in the chair the mask came off but the hygienist was fully covered with protective gear. I felt safe being there and they always do a great job. My only problem was that an older gentleman in the waiting area that had his nose outside his mask which isn't uncommon but I felt like someone should have made him aware of it. All in all, a good experience!

Great team and very very high level of care. They are one of the few dentists in Boston who can address all types of dental care from cleanings to implants. Now, they even create their own crowns in house...so you don't have to wait weeks for a lab to do it. I've had quite a bit of varied work done on my teeth and Warshauer and Satamaria have been with me the whole way.

This was my first visit since the Covid-19 shutdown (have been going to this office for 5 years). The office was well set up for personal safety - from physical distancing, temperature and pulse oxygen checks, room air cleaners, staff well masked and gowned, regular cleaning of procedure rooms, availability of hand sanitizer, etc. I felt very safe and well taken care of for my dental cleaning and exam.

I was so excited about this appointment, which is saying a lot considering how terrified of the dentist I was. The receptionist was lovely, the dentist was lovely...but instead of the check up I was expecting, I was basically told that I was too anxious for them to attempt to do any work, and they sent me a reference to another dentist (40 minutes away) who does IV sedation. I was told their office did the sedation.. I don't want to drive 40 minutes, and I'd like to try to have dental work completed without sedation. I was very disappointed... I'm sure they are lovely, but I left in tears.

I had a root canal, which I've never had before and, no one wants to have. However, all in all, the experience with Dr. Alfred was very positive. There was zero pain once Novocain once administered. They talked me through what they were going to do before and during the procedure. I would recommend the offices of Warshauer & Santamaria for someone who also needs to have a root canal. Additionally, they follow strict covid-19 protocols.
