The whole experience is the best for the kids and the parents. I had to take both my 8 and 6 year old in for filling and I was a bit nervous. It was my sons first filling and they were doing them at the same time, I didn’t know how I would be in both places. But the staff took great care and kept me right where I needed to be. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely use them in all future dental needs for my kids.

Best experience ever! All nurses on 3rd floor, I’m in love with. Everyone was really nice and I am very happy with the service my son received. Got to say ☺️ this hospital beats the customer service, great staff, cleanliness, docs, etc. from any hospital back home, California👏🏻👏🏻 even my husband was amazed by the service we received❤️

Always an amazing experience. Very nice & patient staff. Happy and clean environment. The TV’s and sweet personalities are a plus. My little one loves going to the dentist. They make it very fun for her while doing an amazing job on her teeth and making sure they are doing the job correctly and always explains everything to us in a way we can understand. Dr. Jeff and his staff is AMAZING! And have been amazing the last 3 years we’ve been coming. The best care possible. Couldn’t have picked a more amazing dentist office.

The very best pediatric dentistry facility I've ever been to. My daughter was comfortable with Dr. Jeff and his staff, and that's rare. Very clean, state of the art equipment, warm and welcoming. I have tried out multiple pediatric dentists for my kids. I was referred to Oak Mountain and they did amazing work on multiple cavities for my 5-year old last year and made him feel very comfortable. We came back for a cleaning and exam recently and we were both so surprised how quickly and efficiently we were seen and taken care of. Clean, friendly office and staff and Dr. Jeff is really caring and down to earth, with good vibes all around. My son was nervous before we went but afterwards he kept saying how much he likes it there and is excited to go back. As a parent it’s such a relief and good feeling to find a provider that really knows how to run an office and how to treat people. There’s several dentists closer to home but it’s absolutely worth the 35 minute drive for me.

I recently switched my 1 yr old daughter to this dentist. They have the sweetest staff. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and explain things very well. Dr. Jeff Flannery recently did our daughters crowns at Childrens he made us feel very comfortable in a somewhat stressful situation with her cavities. Very efficient did a great job! They are very patient with my daughter even though she becomes a bit impatient. Great staff is always important when we take our children to their dental or medical needs and this dentist isn’t the exception. 👍🏼👍🏼

My daughter LOVES coming here! Came for our routine cleaning, but also had a tooth extraction per orthodontist recommendation. My daughter was not scared at all because of how friendly the staff is here every time we visit and how quick and painless it is! Thanks Dr. Jeff and staff!

Dr. Claire Walker and all the dental hygienists went above and beyond when it comes to our 4 year old daughter and her dental care! We had an initial plan to fix her teeth, but my husband and I were really nervous about it (putting her to sleep with anesthesia). Dr. Walker and the hygienists picked up on our anxiety and came up with a new plan! Which only required laughing gas and not putting her to sleep! It worked out wonderfully and now she wants to be a dentist! We highly recommend oak mountain pediatrics! Y’all are the best! Thank you!!

My son chipped his front tooth and wanted it fixed quickly. I called when the office was closed over a holiday weekend and had to leave a message. They called me the next morning before 8am and had several appointment options available for that day and the following day. We didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room and his tooth was fixed quickly. I highly recommend this practice!

As a mom I wanted the best dental experience for my daughter. Coming from an abusive situation from a dentist when I was little, the drive, nor money was an issue for me. But when we got to OMPD it only took a 1 visit to realize what amazing hands my daughter was in. We will never go to another dentist. My son had an emergency incident and was scared but Dr. Flannery did such a great job reassuring my son and making him feel comfortable and did a great fixing his tooth as well. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my kid’s appointments went for our first visit at Oak Mountain Pediatric Dentistry! From the time we stepped through the door, every single staff member had smiling faces and the design of the office was so calm and friendly… it put my children at ease. Especially my 8 year old who was extremely nervous to have her chipped tooth looked at. The hygienist working with her was so patient and kind. She took her time to explain everything that she was going to do before she started and it calmed my daughter’s nerves. My little girl even told me as we were walking out the door, “That was actually really fun! When can we come back?” To have them excited to go back to the dentist is such a refreshing change. What a blessing for these kiddos and this Mama that we had a stress free day at the dentist!

The clinic had a clean open floor plan which was appealing to the eyes, the staff was very friendly and sweet to my 4yr old. The front desk was helpful and anticipated what I needed before I even asked. The transition and flow of the whole visit was to my perspective effortless. Friendly & accommodating staff. The dentist (Dr. Flannery) is super chill. Very pleased. I think we have found our dentist 🦷 home! It's like a dental spa inside. Super neat layout/setup. My daughter has Autism and didn't love her previous experience at a different practice. They didn't make a big deal out of her diagnosis or seem apprehensive to treat/see her. I am very happy and look forward to continuing to take her there.

Dr. Flannery and his staff are exactly what I would hope and dream for a pediatric dentist office for my three children. And it’s real life! I wish I could have been so lucky as a child. We have been patients for about 6 years and have always been treated with patience and kindness. We live nearby so convenience is also a factor but I am telling you even if you live far away it would be worth the drive, for sure. My children all started here around the age of 1. The office is so clean and there is a cute little nook just for the kids. Mine love it. And the office staff is super efficient we are called back almost as soon as we sit down. The kids love the movies that are played up on the ceiling as they lie for their cleaning and exam. And I love that our hygienists as well as Dr. Flannery are keen on overall health and how it relates to keeping your teeth healthy. 10/10 would recommend.

I really appreciate the way that Dr. Jeff takes the time to sit down with each of my kids to check on them, see how they’ve been doing, and explain all of the dental things to them. We’ve visited here a few times for some special dental work when referred by our family dentist, and our experience has always been exceptional. My kids love the animals hidden everywhere and the prize machine. Dr. Flannery and the staff are wonderful and patient with children and explain issues/procedures thoroughly. We have 3 kids (7yo and 5yo twins) and found Dr. Jeff shortly after having bad experiences with 2 previous dentists. Nothing serious, but were ultimately unable to have kid's teeth cleaned due to tears and resisting. They were immediately disarmed by this office's decor, tvs, and theme. You can tell from the pic that they not only got their teeth cleaned but actually enjoyed it! We've recommended Dr. Jeff many times and everyone that goes has had the same reaction. Do yourself a favor, don't take the kids anywhere else.

We have loved our time with Oak Mountain Pediatric Dentistry! We came from an office we didn't trust, so we wanted to find somewhere we could trust with our girls. This office is absolutely the best! They are all caring, kind, and genuinely concerned for your kids' health and happiness. They go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. We had a scary accident with our toddler when she chipped a tooth that ended up having to be pulled. Dr. Flannery was so patient in answering all 100 of my questions and reassuring me that we were making the right decision. For the extraction, he was very sweet and gentle with my daughter. They really helped us navigate this scary experience! We will never see another dentist!

My daughter has extreme anxiety when going to the doctor/dentist and we were referred and bounced around to several dentists before we made it here. Dr. Flannery and his staff are wonderful with her (and her younger brother) - so patient, understanding, and empathetic. There are dentists closer to home for us, but OMPD is worth the drive. Wonderful, wonderful! My son was nervous last visit, and his precious hygienist calmed him by patiently explaining everything she was doing and showing him what everything did - she took extra time and showed care for him. Very clean practice. Also, very short wait. When we walked in my son was telling them he likes his old dentist…by the time we left he said this is his favorite dentist and even thanked Jesus for them during prayer later. So I think that means we def recommend!

I had been to numerous dentists regarding my daughter’s oral care and Oak Mountain Pediatric Dentistry has been the most outstanding and exceptional experience for our family! The environment is clean, comfortable, and inviting. The staff are awesome, friendly, informative and accommodating. The care is top notch with various rooms for X-rays, decreased stimulus environments for procedures that might need more attention, and clean and modern tools and technology. Dr Jeff Flannery and his dental hygienists are well informed and provided excellent treatment along with information and action plans as needed that met my daughters oral care needs. I travel more than an hour away to come here for her oral care (and I was doing this literally every 3 months due her oral needs).I feel blessed to have my daughter in their care and highly recommend them.

My 6 year old has an enamel defect where he lacks a significant amount of enamel on his permanent teeth coming in. We take very good care of his teeth but due to the defect one of his molars already had a significant hole with cavity growing up in it. We were recommended to Oak Mountain Pediatric Dentistry. They quickly got us in for the appointment for the evaluation and crown. The dentist evaluated my son's teeth and explained the steps he would take to care for the tooth and the other molars in order to prevent the same problem occuring to those. The dentist and assistant were so patient with my son, answered all his questions and comforted him the moments he became anxious. Every employee at the office was so welcoming and personable. The facility was very inviting and clean. The experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making this experience for my young son a good one!

Dr. Flannery is the nicest Ped dentist, we have been to other places that were not kid friendly. His office is so kind and caring to each child. My child had oral surgery there and was not scared or anxious due to how on the first visit they made her feel loved and made everything fun.

We had such a great experience here! Dr Jeff and his staff put my two girls at ease and made their visits very pleasant and stress-free. My youngest is on the spectrum and I thought taking her to the dentist would be so stressful due to her oral sensory issues. Not only do they love on your little, but they are efficient as well, and we are usually in and out in under 30 minutes. My toddler was a little uneasy during her cleaning, but all of the staff went out of their way to help her feel comfortable. Dr. Flannery and the entire staff are excellent! We’ve had to use them twice in emergency situations for our two kids (ages 9 and 11). Even after hours they are very responsive and we were able to send them pictures via text to help triage our situations. One resulted in emergent, after hour, care that was resolved within 45 minutes of the accident. The other could be addressed during normal business hours. I highly recommend them for all families. They truly respond as if it were their kid or family member that needed advice or treatment.

They had a bad experience at another office and were afraid of going back to the dentist but within minutes at this office my kids were happy and relaxed holding hands with the sweet ladies and skipping to the xray machine and not afraid at all. They have movies playing above all the dentist chairs and my kids never want to leave. We have to stay in the waiting room and play for a few minutes after we are done because they love the play nook so much. We've been several times now. There is never a wait. So I booked an online appointment since it was an option and asked for an immediate appointment. I couldn’t go without leaving a review! My 2 year old son was continuously chipping his two front teeth to the point of him developing an abscess and decay-so we were referred to OMPD. I worked in dentistry for almost 9 years and was absolutely-beyond, impressed with this office. The staff was so attentive and sweet, genuinely caring and communicative! They were even able to get an x-ray on my son and he’s a real stickler, if ya know what I mean. Dr. Jeffrey gave me sound treatment options and even read my demeanor on the level of comfort I felt which lead to his recommendations. We ended up having his two teeth extracted, on the same day! (This helped me out so much since the weekend was here.) For a two year old that can be so traumatic. Let’s just say after we left, my son happily ate a milk shake and played for the remainder of the day! We got an appointment for later in the day.
