All of the staff at the clinic were very friendly, kind and made my experience as pleasant as possible considering I had to have two different fillings AND an extraction the same day. The prices were very reasonable and they clearly explained the various treatment options. The staff explained everything they were doing just prior to or start of any procedure. Again, all of the staff including Dr. Hall and Dr. Allison were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a GREAT family dentist!

My first visit was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, and the office has all the latest equipment. They offer a number of amenities to make patients comfortable. My exam by Dr. Alison was thorough, and he took time to explain the probable causes of my toothache and the treatment options. I have found my new dentist! Highly recommended.

I've now seen both Dr. Hall and Dr. Allison for routine and emergency care, and can personally attest to their thoroughness, bedside manner, and quality of care. Most recently, Dr. Hall offered a solution to a cosmetic flaw that I've been self-conscious about for years and years, just in time for my upcoming wedding. Plus, scheduling is easy and their staff is amazing! Highly recommend this practice.

To be honest, I have not been to a Dentist in about 20-years (sounds gross I know), out of fear due to past experiences, but guys, ladies, this place is amazing! I LOVED my experience here, and I am a nervous wreck! They were super friendly and gentle. I had to get some stuff scraped off, they provided gas (which is not covered by ins.) and I had NO PAIN! I can't afford to go back for a deep cleaning, but I will go for cleanings and so forth. Dr. Hall is super friendly and understanding, and very knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Hall Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. Dr. Alison and Hygienist Peyton were very helpful and quick to fix a broken filling/tooth. In addition to the great dental work, booking my appointment online was incredibly easy. They have a questionnaire about your comfort/fear of going to the dentist and offer things to comfort and calm you. They have a two way text which is incredibly convenient. The front desk, Courtney, discusses comprehensive pricing and offered flexible options. I am happy I landed in their care.

Great Experience, very professional & courteous staff. They are very thorough & care about your Dental Health!...... Recently, I had a Cap come off & they fixed it the very next day, which was such a relief. Thanks I had a routine cleaning today 1/9/23 & got home and discovered an irritating sharp point on the back of one of my teeth. I called & left an after hours message. They promptly call me back & told me to come in first thing in the morning and they would take care of the issue. I have always had good responses & care from Hall Family Dentistry. I've had a problem tooth for a while and my regular dentist referred me to another practice but they couldn't see me for two weeks. I was able to get in with this practice and Dr. Alison was very thorough on addressing my questions and concerns. I ultimately decided to have my problem tooth extracted and it all went well and the staff was great! I became worrisome after the 24 hour mark because I wasn't sure what my gums should look like and was terrified of getting a dry socket. I reached out to Dr. Alison after hours (he gave me his personal cell if any questions) and he was gracious to let me know I was healing just fine. I work for a physician so I know how cumbersome it can be to not be able to get away from work. They have been super helpful! Would recommend all the way!

I am greatly terrified of dentists (due to childhood trauma) and Dr. Hall is the first dentist EVER to help me get past that. He offered several options for sedation and I found one right for me. My visits have been the easiest of my life. I just may not postpone my next checkup three times....but no promises.

Dr. Hall was most ably assisted by dental assistant Peyton, and they prepped me for, created, and installed a same-day crown as well as filled a very deep cavity in another tooth. No pain! No gushy stuff to mold the crown. All done by computer and a 3D printer! They were both so gentle and so caring about my comfort throughout both procedures. Dr. Hall is the best dentist I have ever had in my 70 years, and I'm so glad we found him; and I can't stopped singing Payton's praises! Great team!

I had a very good experience at Hall Dentistry. I was told to let them know when I arrived for my appointment. I did so and was called in immediately. Donna my hygienist did a wonderful job x-raying my teeth, cleaning and checking for any problems. She was very prompt, pleasant and efficient. Dr. Hall came in to recheck my teeth. He too was prompt, friendly and efficient. He explained what my x-rays showed and what we needed to watch. I was very pleased with my dental visit and would highly recommend them.

I had an amazing first appointment at Hall dentistry. I was looking for a dentist who did cosmetic dentistry and his reviews were great, and my first visit was very impressive. The dental hygienist was kind and explained what and why certain things were done (xrays, gum measuring, photos) and Dr. Hall himself was very kind. Being a UAB dental grad, I knew I could trust him. Overall, I expect a lot from my dentist due to complex dental conditions, and Dr. Hall and Debbie (one of the dental hygienists) did not disappoint!

I needed an emergency fix on a front tooth after my old crown broke off out of state. Dr. Hall was able to squeeze me in the very next day despite how busy they are there. He did an amazing job of reconstructing it. So good, in fact, that I decided to finally get my smile fixed. When I met them, they had a huge job in front of them-4 of my teeth (toward the front) ended up being involved. I’m terrified of dentists, but they never judged that, took their time and did an incredible job. I never thought I would say this, but I was able to relax some yesterday-I really do think that was because Brittney and Dr. Hall were there (the “happy gas” really does work when you relax!). Dr. Hall even sent back my, original, “permanent” because he wanted it to be perfect. And it is. Addendum: May 30, 2022, I can’t find how to add another review, but today I met and was treated by Dr. Alison and Katie. I can say that Dr. Hall made a very wise choice by including them in his practice. Dr. Alison was gentle and reassuring. He went over every step of our care plan and included my options and decisions. Katie was, extremely, attentive, making sure I was comfortable, even down to laying blanket on me to make sure I didn’t get too cold!!!! She never made me feel “weird” by asking for “laughing gas” to make it through what may seem like simple procedures, nor did Dr. Alison. My comfort seemed to take priority. I am so grateful for that. In addition, when I asked for more numbing medicine, I met no resistance, in fact, I was met with a, sincere agreement in my treatment regimen. I am terrified of dentists. These are the people to see if you’re like me. In fact, I found myself (through clenched butt cheeks) giggling with them about my situation. They made me feel like family. I can not recommend this practice enough.

I recently got my teeth whitened via the zoom process at Hall Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. I had been thinking about getting the procedure done for several years, but finally pulled the trigger. I met Dr. Hall and his team a little over a year ago while temping and helping out. After helping over a week, I saw what an amazing job he did on his fillings and crowns. I grew up extremely poor and even a doctors visit was a luxury! Went to the good ole health department dentist when I was 15 to get teeth pulled to give wisdom teeth room to grow in...absolute nightmarish experience so I've sadly been terrified of the dentist ever since then, like NO!! Fast forward 22 years and I had to force myself to finally go due to what I thought were fairly minor issues that needed addressed. Referred to Dr. Hall by a friend based on my known extreme fear. These people are fantastic and my hygienist, Mrs. Donna, couldn't have made me feel any more comfortable 😁 X-rays, pics, and a very thorough cleaning/scrape were performed on my first visit along with an overall smile assessment. Luckily I have only a few minor fillings to be done, 2 small pits to be filled in, and only 1 wisdom tooth that will have to be extracted. I'm just still amazed that I'm actually looking forward to going back soon to work towards getting my pretty smile completely back 🤷🏻‍♂️ Wonderful place!!
