The staff at Comfort Plus Family Dental makes you feel like “Family”! I have been going here for 10 years and my kids comes here as well and they treat them very nice and makes them feel comfortable and at ease!! This is the best Dentist office I've ever used! The staff is always so nice and caring. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back for my cleaning and exam. They make sure you are comfortable the whole time and are very careful when working on your teeth. I can't say enough nice things about this place. I would highly recommend them. Yes!! Yes!!! Yes!!! Yes!!!!!! I hate going to the dentist but this is how every experience should be whether it's a visit to the dentist or any business. I am not over exaggerating, they truly know how to treat people and I am so glad we selected them for our dental care. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Even more Dr. Gutti is so kind and considerate as she does her work. She's not big brained dentist trying to impress you with things you would not understand. The staff is absolutely amazing!!! Friendly, personable and made me feel at home. Took care of my needs quickly and started a plan to get me back on track. I've been coming here for about a year so far and I've enjoyed each one of my visits. I say that because my past experiences at other dentist offices were horrible. I tried to stay loyal to my old dentist because I had been going there over 10 years and they knew my history. Everytime I would go my wait time just in the lobby was 2 hours and I would finally get back there and my dental treatment would change because they were overbooked. There was no consideration of time. It became exhausting and I was wasting my personal/sick days from work being at the dentist office majority of the day. So one day I googled dentist offices opened on Saturdays, Comfort Plus came up. My first visit I was convinced this is where I should have been going in the first place! They make you feel comfortable. They explain their processes very thoroughly. You are treated like family, as if they have known you forever. The best part is they make you feel confident in the work that is and will be done diligently. Fran is awesome in making you feel comfortable and she is amazing. Dr. Gutti is brilliant in her craft. Its the sense of assurance that everything will work out and you have options. I've had rough dentists who just do the work and keep it moving. But Dr. Gutti is understanding and compassionate about her patients.Such a great experience. I love it here!!!

Prior to going to Comfort Plus, It had been several years since the last dental visit, and it really showed because a lot of work was needed. They took really great care of me as a patient, and everything went smoothly. It was pain-free, and didn't take as long at all. It's easy to see why Dr. Gutti has such a great reputation. She was very accommodating during my visit, and the staff was just as great. Also, I'm really glad to have learned how important it is to get your teeth cleaned every 6 months - so there won't be dental problems in the future!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The entire staff was super friendly and my hygienist Mrs. Fran was so kind and explained a lot of things to me that I had never heard explained before from any of my previous hygentists or dentists. My 9 yr old daughter also had an appointment and she was nervous as usual. She came out of her appointment smiling and told me they were so nice. Dr. Gutti went over some information with me at the end and did not rush and made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions. We have appointments scheduled for our next visit and my husband will be setting his appointment to have a cleaning next. I will be referring my family and friends to them with no hesitation. I had previously been taking my son to one of those kiddie dental mills where they have like ten kids all back in one main room and they churn them out like a factory. What I love about Comfort Plus is the super nice staff. They are courteous, prompt and personable. Dr. Gutti is just as nice as her staff and willing to go the extra mile. It was so nice to be treated like a patient and not like a number. It put my normally hesitant and afraid son at ease. I am a disabled Veteran with severe anxiety and can not tolerate dental work. I've tried many dentists both through the VA and on the civilian sector and have found with my anxieties it's unbearable to go get any work done. My first visit with Dr. Gutti and her staff was amazing and everyone was very nice, extremely accommodating and professional. My second visit not only required a cleaning but also an extraction. Dr. Gutti and her staff again were amazing. We drive 80 miles to her office and are not only impressed with everyone there but we've also found that her prices are very reasonable. I could get my work done at no cost to me through the VA, BUT I'd rather pay to go to her. Super thankful that we found her.

Not wanting to return to the one who left me in so much pain, I found Comfort Plus. I was reluctant and in pain but made my selection based on these reviews. I will tell you, there are not enough stars to rate this place high enough! They were so kind, patient, and the Dr. is amazing. She took so much care and actually communicated with me (ie: listen and ask!) and proceeded accordingly like no other Dr. I've seen has. As a result? My teeth feel great!! Dr. Pretty I recently had to seek a new Dentist due to the retirement of my long time Dentist.I chose Comfort Plus because they except BCBS of Al insurance. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit . A very friendly knowledgeable staff greeted me. Then when Dr Pretty walked in the room. I knew without a doubt I had made a excellent choice. Went in for a tooth extraction (first ever) I was already scared and nervous but Dr Gutti and her staff was very friendly and welcoming. Every few minutes staff walking by asked me if I was ok and that made me feel that they cared. Around 8:30 pm I received a call from the Dr herself to check on me. Now that alone speaks volumes. I am still in a little pain but I know Dr Gutti did a great job. The staff is amazing. I would strongly recommend Comfort Plus. The 25 minute drive is worth it.

I used to be afraid of the dentist. However, the staff was really, really friendly, accommodating and fast. My 10 am appointment had to be delayed because I was getting lab work done at the doctor's office.They told that they were booked for the day, so they would have to treat me as a walk in. Perfectly fine, at least they were willing to accept me the same day. I arrived 5 minutes before noon, and they were ready for me to come back, at noon, as a walk in. The sitting area is comfortable.Like being in your house if you had real expensive furniture. I appreciate that the room was at a comfortable temperature. I didn't notice anyone reaching for a jacket or asking to turn the air up. Once I came to the back, my teeth was cleaned by Jamie (the dental Hygienist). She's was very friendly and professional without being too chatty. Our conversation consisted of checking to see if I was in in pain and educating me on the importance proper flossing. Overall, I felt that she cared about my long term dental hygiene (something I haven't experienced before) and not just about me having clean teeth until my next appointment. Dr. Gutti's team was also experienced with handling dental care for a pregnant patient. An extra bib(?) was draped around me during my x-ray to prevent radiation. They were forthcoming and honest about my next steps for getting my all wisdom teeth extracted. Lastly, and what I most appreciate, was that Dr. Gutti didn't make me feel bad about not visiting the dentist regularly. She and her team outlined an achievable dental care plan, in terminology I understood, and explained what my dental insurance will cover vs. how much I may need to pay out of pocket. Also, the practice is open all day Saturdays.

I have VERY sensitive teeth and have always dreaded dental appointments because it was so painful. Comfort Plus is just that....a comfort! They make sure my experience is not painful. I was travelling a few weeks ago and had a dental emergency. Dr. Gutti and team were kind enough to accommodate and took care of my emergency. What I also learned was that the office has the patient's best interest in mind. Their prices are reasonable and customer services is really nice. After years of not having a regular dentist, that definitely changed today. Dr. Gutti could have been like most dentists and recommended several procedures that could have been in HER best interests financially. But she was honest and said that molar needs to just come out ~ it's beyond help. It was quick and literally the only pain I felt was the tiny needle prick when she was numbing the area. I am changing my previous review. My previous review was negative but after hearing the dentist side, I believe it would be only fair to change my review. Upon listening to the dentist, I realize that she decided to do what was best for my son than for her. That is really important to me. This dentist is very caring about her patients. What I failed to realize is that she was doing what was best for my son in the long run so he wouldn't have anxiety issues with dentists in the long run. Great place. My dentist from now on. Dr. Gutti is awesome. The blonde helper made me nervouse.. Hovered around like she didn't know what she was doing or supposed to be doing and that made me uncomfortable. The other staff were fine but whoever this blonde girl is was really weird and came and decided to start tapping on my tooth with no other supervisor around and I'm like are you trying to inflict pain on me and should you be doing this and why are you standing behind my chair hiding that's really creepy. Also, this same blonde girl left me in the most awkward uncomfortable position while waiting to get x-rayed and another nurse came in and said he shouldn't have to be bending his knees like that and the thing has to be able to go around without hitting his shoulder so I'm glad she came along before this machine started running cuz who knows what would have happened. Not trying to bash the poor girl completely she does have potential I think but just want the people who run the place to be aware out of a great dental experience she was probably the only one that made me feel uncomfortable and like something could explode or go wrong. I have gotten a few fillings from Dr. Gutti, I am very anxious about needles and receiving injections. I called on a Monday & they had me in on Tuesday morning. I was not expecting an emergency extraction but Dr.Gutti made me feel so calm that the procedure went well. And they give you a comfort bag to get you on your way. My 2nd visit was a simple cleaning & to come up with a plan to get my smile perfect again. Sherry rocked it. She did great on the cleaning & explaining every procedure I would need. She also helped me with my insurance & financing options. I so look forward to my future visits. I was suffering from a tooth ache for a very long time. But I could not go to the dentist in a timely manner - partly because of my work schedule and partly because I was scared. When the pain was very severe and I could no longer take it, I called Comfort Plus Family Dental. Even though it was a weekend, Dr. Gutti took time to see me at her office and took care of my problem. I had a very deep cavity and she said I might need a root canal; however she was able to fix my tooth with a filling. All throughout the procedure, she was very gentle. Needless to say, it has been about 1.5 years and I did not have to get a root canal. Dr. Gutti is very caring and a professional dentist. I would highly recommend her.

It was quoted under 200 bucks cash. I was scheduled the next day 9/22 for an X-ray and the extraction today. They were very friendly and quick about seeing me. Didn't look at my mouth with disdain lol. Today I went to get my tooth pulled and they were so sweet, explained everything clearly, and took their time. My tooth was HORRIBLE, causing me pain everyday and when they pulled it, I felt NO PAIN at all. I was almost laughing while they were in my mouth because they were asking if I was ok.
