I am so thankful to have an honest dental clinic in town. They didn’t “upsell” me on extra work that may need to be done, like other clinics have in the past. Instead they lay out a treatment plan with different stages and they pinpoint what is necessary to maintain good oral health. have used the Winterholler team for my wisdom teeth and most recently an emergency root canal and could not be more pleased with my experience. Dr. Brady and Iris were compassionate and very thorough, my comfort was a top priority.

This was my first visit and from the moment I walked in the door I felt very comfortable. I usually have alot of anxiety going to the dentist but didn't feel that at all. Sarah made me very comfortable and Dr. Cody put me at ease as well. He explained what treatment was needed and didn't push me to get everything done right this minute. I left feeling good about my treatment plan and up coming appointments. The lady at the front desk was very helpful with letting me know what my out of pocket expense was going to be. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I went in today Wednesday May 18th, 2022 for a filling repair. Dr. Kate listened to my concerns. She has a great attitude and sense of humor! She took very good care of me by making sure I understood the plan and she also took the time to make sure I was comfortable. She is a great asset to this team. I usually see Dr. Cody or Dr. Will but I would see Dr. Kate again if needed! She's exceptional!! Thank you to the whole team! They are all really good at what they do!

My first visit seemed hectic and like they had a million other people more important then me and I was not sure I would go back but since that visit I have gone multiple times and the front desk people know be by my name and are so kind as well as the dental staff. great people and service. only issue is they are in high demand so your often wont be able to get an appointment for a few months. However one time I really needed a quick appointment and they were able to get me in for an appointment with in one week. They do try their best to work with you.

Dr. Will and Dr. Cody both took the time to introduce themselves and sit down and explain what I needed done. The Doc and his staff are absolutely the best. They are friendly and caring to a fault, I feel like they are family. I had implants done and due to grinding my teeth at night i had some problems and would have given up if it wasnt for their caring support. New crown fit absolutely perfectly following the new scanning equipment and precision cutting of my gold 👑 by a local vendor. Staff were very pleasant and led to a relaxing and quick procedure. Front end staff were equally friendly and attentive. Winterholler has my business.

Wow! My visit to the dentist was absolutely DELIGHTFUL which sounds ridiculous but it really was. Amy was very thorough and friendly with my cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Cody said my cavities were minor — not worth filling yet but we’d keep an eye on them. My previous dentists (never had the same one twice at that clinic) were always pressuring me to fill the tiniest of cavities and I always refused. Winterholler also has more state-of-the-art equipment than my previous clinic and Amy answered all my questions about what everything was and why they used it. Dr. Cody showed me how invisible braces could straighten most of my crooked teeth and the one that it couldn’t and why. Everyone is so nice and proactive here, I wish I had switched years ago!

Historically I've not enjoyed ever going to a dentist office. But I must admit that going to Winterholler Dentistry has always been comfortable. Dr. Will at the Billings location exceeded my expectations today! After having a horrible dental experience at another location, I was pretty gun shy of going back to a dentists. Dr. Will, however, went above and beyond to explain everything to me thoroughly and HONESTLY. Dr. Will listened to my concerns and diligently took action on the problem tooth. Within minutes he was able to counter some of the damage (caused by another dentist I won't name), and relive a significant amount of the pain. He came up with a course of action to proceed with and explained it very clearly. I would highly recommend Dr. Will!

Your dental work is no doubt commendable, but your dentures for my wife of almost $2000 were unusable. Any thing i did in business that was unsatisfactory, I made rigjt, but not an attempt by your office. Nor any attempt to respond to our principled letter. My wife could not even eat grapes with them. The $2000 loss was bad enough, but the neglect to even make any contact, a kick to the curb was really amazing.
