Excellent and family friendly! Dr. Thomas and his staff have always made my children and family feel welcome. When we were new to Billings we were hesitant on what dentist to choose. I can honestly say that they have been a blessing for our entire family. We have never experienced anything but the highest attention to customer service, quality and genuine care given to us as individuals. I feel like Dr. Thomas and his staff have set the bar for excellence and are a rare find.

I recently had an appointment at Thomas smile design, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental facility! I was greeted kindly over the phone and at the front desk. The dental hygienist gave me one of the best gentle cleanings I’ve ever had . I have had previous cleanings where the hygienist had disregarded my concern for my sensitive areas and ended up having a few painful experiences. Dr. Thomas was so kind and listened to all of my concerns regarding my teeth and TMJ issues. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. I was pleased to have options with my dental care as well. Thomas smile designs has exceeded my expectations and I would highly highly recommend them!

You’d be hard pressed to find another dentist as good as Dr. Thomas, but you won’t find a better one. He’s very patient and considerate, and does a great job explaining his thoughts and opinions, as well as what to expect going into any procedure. He will advise you of what’s genuinely your best option, rather than just your most expensive option. He’s a perfectionist and pays the closest attention to every aspect of his work. And I can’t say enough good things about his staff. They are all so kind and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable the entire visit. I’d recommend Thomas Smile Designs to absolutely everybody, and wouldn’t trust my smile to anybody else!

I just love the atmosphere here. The staff are so friendly. Dr. Thomas does the most amazing dentistry and so thorough . He takes his time with you so you know your a priority and you know it’s done right not rushing you out because it’s a dental mill. I know the products they use are top notch so I’m not wasting my money and having to replace dental work over and over again. I just think they have something really special in their office. I can barely feel the hygienist for cleanings or when they do the anesthetic , plus they offer nitrous for anxious people like me.

FIVE OTHER DENTISTS have done cosmetic work on my front teeth over the past ten years. Dr. Thomas's work was so much better than any of the other four. He is the best in town when it comes to cosmetic work.

Dr Thomas is a incredible Dentist I don’t just say that because I work here I say it from being in the field for 38 years, of I had just moved to Montana to retire in Montana this is the office I would come to because of his accreditation with the American Academy of cosmetic dentistry they are the elite Dentist of they are perfectionists to the inth degree I worked with other Dentists when I lived in California quite a few of them some while they were doing the cases they needed for taking their test to pass to be accredited and everyone of them is an extreme perfectionist if you visit the website American Academy of cosmetic dentistry you can read about the test and how difficult it is to become accredited also Dr. Thomas is going for his fellowship he has almost all of his cases he has to present 50 so he truly is a cosmetic dentist anyone can do cosmetic dentistry but to be accredited with the American Academy of cosmetic dentistry is a really big deal he’s the only one in the state of Montana. He also does family dentistry is well it’s not all based on cosmetics.
