This was a wonderful experience. Since going to the dentist is not always something you want to do, this time, it was pleasant and professional and fun all at the same time. The Dental Assistant (Melinda) was absolutely the best. She made me feel relaxed and fun. Dr. Draayer is the best. He has a wonderful sense of humor and I never was in any pain. Had somewhat of an emergency situation, the team fit me into an already busy schedule. Diagnosed the issue I have quickly, with compassion and without rushing me out because they were so busy. They explained everything to expect on my next appointment and the young lady explained all of the charges thoroughly as well. It’s a small office so that tells me they care about their patients and not their building. However, from the warm greeting from Dotty when I checked in, I felt comfortable.Stacy then did her dental assistant duties and was kind, understanding and professional. The dentist, hygienist and dental assistant were great. The receptionist and person we paid seemed put out. My elderly mother uses a walker and the clinic is not set up for people with disabilities. Tiny parking lot and a single disability parking space that could easily be blocked by a car parking in a nearby space.

Not one to leave reviews but Grand Ave Dental had my back AGAIN today!!! Called at 715, had an appt at 8am. My front tooth broke but they had it fixed & I was at work by 930, at the latest. They fixed my tooth without the high pressure sales or lecture. Educated me on options then fixed it. Boom, bam, done. Awesome customer service & even better humanity 👏 👌 👍 I cannot express enough gratitude to both Dentists, Ross & Draayer!!! You all know what you're doing! I've been other "places" in town but Grand Ave Dental is one in a million <3 I even got a follow up call from Dr. Ross just to make sure all was well... 5 🌟 for sure!!!

The professional service that I get from the team at Grand Avenue Dental make me grateful that I've always gone to them the last 20 years; And I'm talking major dental work! Bridges, crowns, root canals and implants. Heredity didn't bless me with good teeth. I had a tooth that was part of a bridge. It had to be extracted. That involved cutting the bridge, smoothing the tooth left. The bad tooth to be pulled had 3 crooked roots. So Dr Ross cut the 3 roots and got the tooth out without any tugging, wrenching, or problems. My teeth are decidedly hard to pull. Dr Ross did so without any pain. I was amazed and went right on with my day. He is my go to dentist anytime for any problems with my teeth.

I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist but this office was and is amazing. The staff and doctor are all understanding and super sweet. They harbor no judgement or an “I told you so” attitude. It is a very safe environment that I am comfortable returning to for a few unpleasant (but necessary) procedures. They are very informative to any questions asked and about your treatment plan. They are also transparent about insurance coverage and personal costs! We all know how rare that is, especially for dentists. All in all, they are a fantastic office who I highly recommend.

We needed Emergency Dental Services for my husband as he was in severe pain for several days. We were unable to get help at the ER or any 24 hour services. So, we were referred by many (Facebook amd Google Reviews) to go through Grand Avenue Dental. I called when they opened and they had an immediate opening for us at 730am. They were very pleasant, professional, kind, and super knowledgeable of what was going on with my husband's jaw. My husband had a fractured molar with an abscess. They explained to both of us in simple terms of the extraction process, and what future procedures we will need to keep his teeth healthy. We got done in about 2 hours. From the front staff to the Dentist, they were all incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and caring. It has taken me much longer than it should have to get in. It’s no one’s fault but mine, I struggle with major anxiety! They offered headphones, sunglasses, massaging chair while getting my procedures done. There was even a messaging chair in the waiting room. Clean, doesn’t smell weird and you feel wanted! Apologies for the long story but the history is important. My adult daughter has always had anxiety with the dentist. When she graduated from pediatric dental care to adult we were referred here and she has never been happier. She voluntarily makes and keeps her appointments to stay current on her dental health. I never would have imagined this. That's how great they were and then they out performed and blew our minds AGAIN. This week I was calling around because my grandma was told she need about $6,000 worth of dental work. Grand Avenue Dental was by far the most kind office staff, they got us in right away for a FREE consult and listened to all our concerns and questions. They went thru all the options and possible outcomes and came up with the perfect plan ,with my grandmother's health as the number one priority. Here is the kicker. Her new estimated total is $1,310!! She is SO happy 💝 I have already sung their praises enough that I've got them 2 new customers in the last 24hrs. Dr. Draayer and his assistant Kaycee were wonderful! I have always had a fear of going to the Dentist. They were so kind and non-judge mental of my obvious fear. So many times would ask how I was, if I need a break, and was I having any pain. Kaycee was frequently putting moisturizer on the corners of my mouth because they were dry. I actually felt pampered (who would think in a dentist chair? A spa maybe!) I was in the chair almost 3 hours. The other thing I must comment on is never was I pushed into something that I didn’t need. In consult Dr. Draayer was giving options that included the least amount needed for repair to the max treatments available. There was never a hint of pressure to do anything above what I needed or wanted. I can’t say what a pleasure to find someone like Grand Ave. Dentistry. It took me 71 years! Thank you so much for taking so much of my fear away. I recommend them highly. Office staff were also extremely nice.

I had braces as a teenager a long time ago. My teeth have moved significantly since then. I was looking for a cost effective alternative to traditional braces. Dr. Ross and Dr. Draayer partner with Invisalign to get the results I’m looking for. One of the great things about Invisalign and Grand Avenue Dental is that they use a camera instead of the goop/impression material to evaluate my bite and plan my retainers. It was clean, no mess, and easy to breathe. And, it was easy to schedule the complimentary camera scan. Becca did a great job scanning my teeth. I never felt rushed and she explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Ross was awesome as he explained my current situation and then how Invisalign could make my life better. The coolest part, for me, was the animation. The camera they used to scan my teeth created a perfect 3D model on the computer screen. Dr. Ross pressed a button and it showed me how Invisalign would gently move my teeth and improve my bite and my smile. 5 stars for a great team, a great experience, and a pressure free environment.

Dr Ross and his crew are the best. Dr Ross is very gentle and caring. I had a full denture put on top and a partial put on the bottom. The day I had my teeth pulled and my denture and partial put in Dr Ross called me in the afternoon to make sure I was okay. (Who does that anymore) Dr Ross does, my little brother also goes to him and after a tooth abstraction he also had called him to make sure he was ok. My new teeth look so real and fit just perfectly. It's been years since I have had this much confidence, and I literally owe that to Dr Ross!

The Dental Hygienist Joy was an absolute delight. She always had a smile on her face and was very calming and also provided me with a neck pillow.
