If you are looking for a dentist in Billings, I would highly recommend Dr. Zaugg's office. The atmosphere is non hectic and professional. The office staff is very efficient, kind and accomodating. The dental hygienist staff does a very thorough and gentle job with teeth cleaning as well as making you feel comfortable as a patient. Dr. Zaugg is very professional and gentle as well. My husband had an implant done recently with Dr. Zaugg, and the procedure was done well. He has not had any issues whatsoever. Their office is centrally located with easy access, and their prices are very comparable.

Dr. Zaugg and his staff are the best I've ever experienced and I've been to a lot of dentists over the years. I used to see Dr. Zaugg even when I lived in Hong Kong. Kathy on the front desk is a sweetheart and will do whatever she can to help you. Dr. Zaugg himself is a bit of a perfectionist and will not let you leave the chair until he's satisfied that the work is as good as it can be. The hygenists are very competent and knowledgeable. I'm sure if you search, you can find someone cheaper but I guarantee that you won't find anyone better.

His attention to detail and precision shows in all of their smiles. He has a state of the art office and the latest technology. I have broken my front teeth 4 times due to many unfortunate events. I have been on a mission the last 3 years to get a more permanent fix than the caps I have but every dentist I went to would immediately recommend veneers and refuse to offer other suggestions. Dr Zaugg is the first that offered to fix the original cap that I have and gave me a more permanent alternative of crowns vs veneers. The offer of improving the appearance ofmy current cap helped me to feel like he wasnt just after money and genuinely cared about my smile. The hygienist was fantastic, kind, and informative and all of the staff were beyond helpful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I got two bridges done by Dr. Zaugg my senior year of high school. I was going to have implants done but he suggested bridges with new materials. I love my teeth! The process was comparatively painless and faster than implants. He also trimmed my gums making my teeth the golden ratio. Again, I love my teeth and I have a 10/10 smile thanks to Dr. Zaugg!

Traci did a wonderful job cleaning and polishing my teeth today. She explained fully things I needed to do to keep maintaining good dental hygiene. Dr. Zaugg was very friendly and spent time answering any concerns I had. I had an old crown pop off a few years back and Dr. Zaugg was able to re-cement it, saving me money, instead of just creating a new crown. I recommend Dr. Zaugg and Traci. They were wonderful!

I hate going to the dentist, but rather than have my mouth rot, I go. I am always greeted warmly, Kathy does a great job greeting me and with the business end. Char greets me with a smile and she makes me comfortable while cleaning my teeth, x-rays and getting me ready to see Dr Zaugg, he greets me as well and is personable and professional. I just had another great visit, but I still hate going to the dentist.
