Had the opportunity to be a patient at Bridge Creek Dental today. What a beautiful place! The receptionists were welcoming and polite. I didn't have to wait long at all to see the dentist, Dr. Roset, and his assistant, Maxine. I've been a patient of Dr. Roset's for over 40 years but haven't been real loyal about check ups and cleanings so it was great to see them again. They didn't even scold me for my long absence. What a great team! The checkup was painless, as was the cleaning. I look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months.

Overall my appointment was fine. I felt the chair for my cleaning was pretty uncomfortable. My arms hung off the edge once I was reclined back. There was cloth there but unfortunately my arms never touched it. I am not sure if that is even adjustable, I did mention it to Stacy and she said she had other people say they thought the chair was uncomfortable too. I have been a patient for years and was very happy with the other location, it felt much more "homey".. in any event, I am sure I will adjust to the change😊

One of the best dental practices in Billings! Super professional, outgoing staff to make you feel right at home, and top notch dentist. I look forward to my next visit with them. They handle all of the insurance billing so no stress on that front….and it’s affordable for those without. Front desk staff were very welcoming and let the hygienists know when you were ready to go back - little to no wait time. Very cognizant of cleaning all items utilized in the room (x-ray equipment, lights, cameras, etc). Lots of hand washing and fresh gloves when touching items not utilized for your cleaning. This is an amazing group of people!

I came to Bridge Creek after a rough experience with my last dentist where I was left with permanent nerve damage. Embarrassingly enough, I avoided the dentist for nearly four years after this incident. I showed up basically vibrating, I was trembling so badly. I had to use the happy nose for my first visit and they were more than happy to accommodate my request and even more than understanding of my anxiety. They set me up with a wonderful toothbrush and amazing pH-balancing products. I haven’t looked to any other products since and before I was constantly changing products trying to find things to keep my mouth feeling clean and healthy, finally that is accomplished, plus the added benefit of whiter teeth and healthier gums. Now over a year later, I look forward to seeing my hygienist, Stacy, and my dentist, Dr. Wassmer. My dental hygiene is the best it has ever been and I’m so grateful to them for setting me on the right path. I have never experienced anything less than a warm, inviting staff and that’s rare to find in a Billings business, in my opinion. I will continue to recommend them because they can’t hide the fact that they really care about their patients.

I have always been terrified to go to the dentist. Soft enamel, jaw misaligned causing terrible headaches and breaking most of my teeth, I've had my fair share of trying out many many dentist chairs. Then I met Dr. Taylor. He immediately identified my jaw issues and addressed my horrible teeth. He is incredibly kind, a genius on TMJ issues, and made my experience pleasant! I didn't know it could be possible to not have chronic headaches- but now I'm pain free with a pretty smile. I am grateful beyond words.

They have been going to him for a while now and have had nothing but great things to say about everyone at the office. I don't live in Billings anymore and was visiting for a few days so my mom made me an appointment. My teeth cleaning was the best I've ever had. Then I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Taylor, who was able to extract a wisdom tooth and do a filling for me quickly and painlessly the very same day. The main reason I came to see Dr. Taylor was for a front tooth implant crown replacement. I had to stay an extra week in town for the lab work, but Dr. Taylor made sure that everything was done quickly and accurately. I couldn't be excited about my new tooth!! One can feel that he truly wants to help his patients, improve their dental health, and give them the most beautiful smile possible. I was told before he started, what was going to happen. Before every procedure they explained again. I wasn’t apprehensive at all. I will be coming back in two weeks to go over different plans to repair my teeth. It will be my choice. I am very impressed about it. I will send out another response in two weeks.

I had the BEST VISIT EVER today at Bridge Creek Dental! My mom brought me in to a clean and friendly front office, where the friendly and professional receptionist helped her complete paperwork and insurance details efficiently and quickly. The chairs were really cushy and comfy there. My hygienist Malanie took me back promptly at my appointment time and walked me through a thorough cleaning, x-rays, and a check with Dr. Wassmer. She was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process, and Dr. Wassmer made me giggle and smile. I loved going to the dentist and asked my mom to go back as soon as we could.
