I am always very impressed with the staff and service here. After my first experience with a more serious process than cleanings and xrays, I am now impressed enough to write a review. My jaw would not open wide enough for the procedure, but medication reduced the inflammation while I waited for the next appointment. The procedure itself went swimmingly. No pain during it!! I felt comfortable, safe (under very competent care), and calm. Special THANK YOU and shout out to Taylor (front desk), who cared enough to take extra steps (quite resourceful and customer-service-professional well-done); Val (hygienist); and Dr Holloway. The problem is solved. I'm sorry I cannot add "before" and "after" photos!

I’ve been going to Brewer for several years. Today I had just a cleaning and was helped out with that by a new hygienist named Justin. I’ve had a lot of great hygienists over the years but will say he is a step above. He said it might not be the most comfortable but it’s thorough when he got to a sensitive spot. Then he said his OCD was taking over in a certain area. I’ll take that kind of healthy OCD any time on my teeth! I just wanted to mention him because it was a good experience. Keeper there…

We drove 360 miles for my grandsons appointment and they were very understanding when I had the wrong time so we were late they still accommodated us and I was also able to set up both my grandsons appointments with one office considering one sees the pediatric and the other sees the adult part. I had an awesome experience at Dr. Clark's office. Lisa, the hygienist was gentle and my teeth is cleaner, & smoother than ever. My husband and I travel full time and needed a maintenance cleaning and the office staff was able to accommodate us with short notice -- Thank you! Overall, the staff were pleasant, the office & restroom were clean and even received a bottle of water & a choice of fleece blanket or umbrella. The office is a bit warmer than I'd like it to be but other than that, I still highly recommend this clinic.

Great experience with Brewer Dental. They got me scheduled quickly and were able to get my fillings done in less than 30 minutes! I felt no pain whatsoever and the staff was very professional. Lacey was incredible performing my deep cleaning. At 60, this was my first experience with this procedure and the expertise and techniques were top notch. Very diagnostic in approach and thorough. My wife, son and myself have been using Brewer Dental for a couple years and love them. They are very kind and professional. My son is 18 and profoundly Autistic. He needs extra care and patience. One of the benefits is that they use anesthesia in their clinic to make things easier on those who need it. My son sees Dr. Clark for his dental work. Dr. Clark is excellent with him. The only uncomfortable feeling is my inner lower lip that I tried to bite through thinking it was food, at lunch. I stopped that food and finished with a liquid "food". I really love Brewer Dental Center-well as much as one can love the dentist! I go to the west end clinic and every time I walk into their office, I am greeted by warm and friendly staff, their waiting area is clean and comfortable, and they are super efficient! I enjoy talking with my dental hygienists and they always make me feel comfortable and explain the process as they go. The DH’s do such a great job that I only see the dentist for 5 minutes and I am on my way! I highly recommend BDC!

Fabulous experience! I had an emergency issue where one of my back molars split in half from chomping on popcorn. I called and it was magical from the first connection to the very fast outcome. They didn’t know me, as I wasn’t a prior patient, and yet the treated me with amazing service. They wet so patient , warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable - from reception to doctor they treated me with the upmost care. They knew I had a business trip within 5 days and they were able to handle my emergency in that short time frame - absolutely amazing! The cost was reasonable - I would have paid double. This is the dentist office everyone should go to if they want the right experience wrapped compassion and expertise. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

Brewer Dental is the best. It is so wonderful that they can always do what ever treatment that pops up in my mouth!! When you need your teeth cleaned ask for Lisa, she is very gentle and the nicest person ever!! I have seen many Dentists at BDC, and have never had one that wasn’t very nice. They have the very best and newest tools, so their procedures are quick and painless. They pulled my Son’s wisdom teeth out, and he did very good. No pain afterwards. Awesome place!

While both the dentists I had seen were amazing, Holloway and Wilde, the heights had me go to their other location only to be informed that Dr. Holloway didn't have time, not his fault. Luckily they were able to squeeze me in that day for an extraction. Dr. Holloway's bed-side manner was amazing and Dr. Wilde was only the 2nd dentist in almost a decade that got me numb for a procedure.

Tayler was great at keeping me calm. She was kind and attentive if I had any pain. I felt relaxed and much calmer; I have anxiety and panic attacks and it can be very uncomfortable for me. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The Dr was very nice and took care of the issues I was having. They both listened to my concerns and I was very please with the service they both provided.

This is the place to go if you need any mouth work done. I recommend it to anyone who wants quality work done. They are so efficient and I am so happy with the work they did for me. I had an emergency with a broken tooth for a few days, and on the weekend it was so unbearable that I was desperate to find a dentist for after hrs care. I called all listed dentist in the area and even the ER and had no luck until I called Brewer Dental emergency line, the on call receptionist was great at doing all she could to get me I'm touch with one of their dentist, within 5 minutes of talking with receptionist I received a call from Brewer Dental dentist, after explaining what kind of misery I was in with major nerve pain they also thought I could be getting an infection, they called one of their Dental assistants for help and had me in their office at 8pm at night on saturday to do the tooth extraction. Yes I had to pay extra for the after hrs extraction, but the service and sincerity I received from Brewer Dental staff was amazing, they took their time cause I was really tense and anxious with the pain I was in and they did their job great, we had a few laughs afterwards they were amazing and I will always recommend them for any kind of Dental work. Really a great company I will continue to see myself and recommend.

A portion of the filling of an upper molar fell out one night. I called the next day and I had an appointment in 2 days. I was in the dentist chair at 0830 and after Dr Homer looked at the problem he told me I needed a root canal and a crown. I asked him if it could be done by 11:00 . I told him I was only in town for the day and it was a five hour drive home and my sister was with me and not feeling well. It was a tremendous amount to ask of him because he had other patients besides myself. Much to the credit of he and his assistant they had the root canal done and were in the process of making the crown when I left at 11:30. They allowed me to leave and get my sister and come back and then they placed the new crown! They went out of their way to squeeze me in and do all in one day so that I didn’t have to drive back to Billings a second time. I am grateful for all they did and I want to make sure they know I appreciate their efforts. Thank you.

Dr. Wilde in the adult office graciously agreed to perform six needed extractions for my 9-year-old when no pediatric dentists (including his regular dentists) in town could fit him in for months, too late for his urgent orthodontic needs. Everyone involved was kind, gentle, and patient. They provided my kiddo with a warm blanket and nitrous oxide and spoke to him with dignity and respect (something often missing in pediatric offices who tend to treat even older kids like babies). This was by far the best extraction experience my son has ever had. I hope that this office can perform all the extractions my kid will need in the future.

I had an 8AM appointment, and only waited for a minute or two in the clean and comfortable waiting area before being taken back for my teeth cleaning. Kylee was my hygienist, and she is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, efficient and honest in her recommendations. I would highly recommend Brewer Dental Clinic to anyone. They also have a very convenient text reminder service before appointments. I just wish they had their pediatric services back up and running, because my 4-year-old son loves going here, too!

I went in with my teeth super messed up and it has been an ongoing issue, they have many different options for payment and even supply their own in house insurance of a kind that has made this whole experience more affordable and less stressful. I was informed by the hygienist my options on a dental plan. I ended up getting the one that was a cleaning and 18 X-rays for 99.00 dollars. After the X-rays were done Dr. Homer advised me about what needed done, even though I needed an oral surgeon I felt Dr. Homer had my best interest at heart. I haven’t had my cleaning done yet, but the receptionist was very helpful in scheduling the cleaning and my options for my dental plan. I found the whole experience was very informative and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Homer and his staff to anyone who is in need of a dentist.

The quality of dentistry is excellent. However, the billing process and customer service has gone downhill. We temporarily moved to Medicaid insurance after illness moved our family to a single income home. After we were state insurance we were no longer treated as valued patients! We are on personal insurance and doing well again, but we will not return to Brewer. When people are already having a hard time, the last thing they need is to be treated less valuable! It was eye opening to see how a person of presumed lower income was treated in contrast to higher income!

Dr. Wilde has always been my Dr. I have/had severe dental anxiety or maybe just anxiety in general and he has been a blessing. I recently had to see Dr. Homer due to Dr. Wilde not working on the day I needed service. However it turned out wonderful and Dr. Homer is actually pretty great also. Love their team. I had an appointment to get two crowns put on with Dr. Holloway. Christie the assistant had me in the chair just before my appointment time. She did pretty much everything and then had Dr. Holloway come in and put the actual crowns on and check everything. She did a great job and was fun to talk to. Dr. Holloway got everything done and I went out to check out with Jamie and I couldn’t of think of a better way to end it. Brewer Dental staff are friendly, they always let me know and show me where I may be getting a cavity, wisdom teeth need of removing, or solution to any other type of discomfort in my mouth. At the end of my visit they send me home with floss picks, a new toothbrush, and a choice between a flower or a bottle of water. My husband called Brewers Dental Center due to a bad toothache the last week of vacation. They didn't hesitant to get me in with Dr. Homer. We walked walked into a very nice waiting room and was greeted right away! The wait wasn't long at all. A very sweet lady took us to the exam room, did x rays. Dr Homer walked in and almost every tooth on the right top side of my mouth. I had to let them know I had Bells Palsy since January and I had a knot on my right cheek as well, but my family Dr. Thought it was either the Bells Palsy or infection in my.teeth and recommend seeing a dentist. My teeth started rotting, no matter how much I brushed or flossing! But it is pretty pricey to pull a tooth. Si I let it go and I have alot of them that the gums covered what was left of those teeth. We decided to go with dentures. The one where you have studs to lock them in.4 studs on top and 2 studs on bottom. So he pulled all my teeth on the right side and even called that night to check on me! We talked more and then we set up an appointment to check the healing. They started to do the mold. No who would have ever said that I have a SMALL MOUTH LOL🤣🤣!

I had been hesitant to go there because I'd heard they were expensive. But when Mom broke a piece off her dentures in a fall we called to see if someone could see her. She'd never been there before but they got her in that day. All of the staff is wonderful! They're friendly and caring. The dentist she saw was gentle and very helpful. He couldn't do much that day but said to come back after her mouth had healed in 2-3 weeks and didn't charge her for the visit. When her mouth had healed, he filed down her dentures where they had broken and did a soft liner for her. After all of that, they gave her quotes on a hard liner and a new denture and sent her home again without charging her. I believe I have found a new dentist for me too.

I started having some discomfort a few days ago and called Brewer Dental this morning, they got me in just a couple hours later and were quickly able to determine the problem and set me for an appointment in the afternoon to fix the issue. Dr. Draayer was very informative and kind but also explained what had happened in a way I could understand. My very first experience with Brewer Dental Center was rather round about to say the least. Tuesday, 2/27/19, I found myself slamming on the breaks of my car to avoid a vehicle accident. Low & behold my lower jaw hit the steering wheel knocking 4 teeth lose, one even popping out. Now mind you, I’m not a spring chicken anymore, neither are my teeth.😊 Family pressure (Karen/Kimmy) had me at Brewers after 6:00 pm that evening. Within 30 minutes, my teeth were attended to by Dr Wilde & a young lady named Ashley. I was overwhelmed with the pleasant atmosphere, their immediate smiles, welcoming attitudes and much compassion about my situation ( no insurance ). After the procedure, I was walked to the reception area, introduced to staff, received a carnation, a lovely Brewer welcome package, as well as a immediate follow up appointment. Fast forward to Monday 3/4/19. A follow up appointment for a comprehensive assessment of treatment moving forward. Dr Wilde and Amanda, were so kind, understanding, professional in explaining all possible options available to me. They both took a considerable amount of time with me, answering all of my questions and listening to my concerns. For the pediatric center the dentist and assistants are wonderful, very good with children. We have seen Dr England with the orthodontic department and will definitely continue with him when our other daughter is ready for braces. Scheduling gets a little frustrating sometimes, I've called to make appointments at the pediatric center and showed up to be told the kids were scheduled at the office across the parking lot. I've been in the office a couple times and heard this from other people too, so as long as you double check where they are scheduling you it works out fine.

The people here are typically very nice however I've a small problem with the scheduling. My son had an appointment for a filling. The day of said appointment arrives and hes got a rather strong cough that I thought perhaps it best to call and reschedule. Long story short, the appointment offered to me as "next available" wasn't til MAY 25th. Shocking really...needless to say I kept the time slot we had and hope my kiddo will be ok in the cough department. So much could go wrong with dental in that span of time. Sad weve got to weigh out what is worse.

So, when I needed to go in for a crown & more fillings last week, I was pretty anxious. But, I met Dr. Holloway's Dental Assistant, Cheyenne right away & she was so nice! She genuinely listened to my concerns & knew exactly what to do. Though Dr. Holloway is my regular Dentist, this was the first time he had done work on my teeth. He naturally put me to ease & his professionalism is top notch. Dr. Holloway proved right away that he knew what he was doing. His calm demeanor & frequently asking if I was alright really helped me to trust him. Cheyenne & Dr. Holloway are now my dream team as they not only work great together, but took incredible care of me. The nitrous did its job to keep me calm & relaxed! After the work was done with zero complications, Cheyenne made sure that the nitrous was completely out of my system. She also very carefully went over my after care instructions. I have never met a Dental Assistant who was as knowledgeable, professional, personable & communicated as clearly as Cheyenne. I will make sure that I have my dream team again if I need more work done in the future. Words cannot describe how good our experience has been with Brewer Dental. We had required significant dental work (implants) and it was going to be VERY costly. We live in Great Falls and a local (very good and respected) dentist quoted a price (variance from a low of $ to high of $$$) in giving the estimate. It was so scary and undetermined price-wise that we entertained the idea of Dental Tourism in Costa Rica. I was able to get and firm and solid price from a well rated provider in C.R.; however we still had the insecurity and concern with a 'third world' dental visit and inability to act on any warranty or complication. I did research within the State of Montana and found that Dr. Brewer's practice was highly rated and continually got the best reviews on each and every website which allowed rating of Dental providers! My biggest concern was that the price would still be prohibitive and I almost didn't call, thinking that such a major and high rated practice would be out of reach cost-wise. I called and spoke to a representative of Dr. Brewer's practice and asked a very subjective question about cost, based on the services already deemed needed by our local dentist. I was surprised when I was directed to talk with Dental Asst. Crystal who took the time to talk with me and was very patient with re: my concerns. When asked about the prices, Crystal went above and beyond what other providers were willing to do and gave me a 'rough' quote based on a recent patient they had with similar dental needs ( of course, not providing patient bio info). Crystal reduced our concerns and gave us the needed boost to make the trip to Billings for the first (free) consultation. This is the best leap of faith we have ever taken. Pier was so amazing also in detailing a line-by-line cost analysis for the procedure and letting us know exactly where the money is spent. The price was amazing. In giving me a more certain ballpark quote of price based on a known case which had already been billed by their office, I was amazed that Dr .Brewer would be able to do the procedures for 1/2 price of our area dentist.... Why?? Because they do so many of these procedures, are all inclusive (surgery and application of implants and all work) done in one setting at one time by once skilled doctor, and genuinely focus on patient needs and the goal of making these procedures accessible to all people, not just the wealthy . Dr. Brewer himself did the procedure which also made us feel secure, since he is the man who has created the success of his practice. Had dental work done at a different dental office. Due to a tooth that the feeling came out I had to go to get my tooth taken care of. My dentist at the time did nothing for me. Wanted me to wait almost a month. I went to brewers dentist and they got me in right away. Took care of my tooth and showed me other dental mistakes that was not done correctly and explained how they know by actually showing. The tooth that they worked on had to be pulled cuz I actually fractured it. My regular dentist before going to brewers was going to redo a root canal/ put a crown on that tooth. There was no way to fix that tooth and it was clear and obvious. It should of been noticed. That dentist that didn’t notice my fractured tooth all the way down to my gums and straight across my whole tooth also was extremely rude when I came in to try to get my tooth worked on because I had way too much pain. Brewer dental will get you in fast. They will explain and show you what is going on with your teeth and take care of you. I understand not everyone is perfect but no way that the fractured tooth after an x Ray should of been overlooked.

I had lost part of a filling over a year ago, and finally it had been causing enough pain to keep me up at night. I called to get into the dentist it was done by and they were booked a month out! My husband said "Call Brewer, they'll probably get you right in!" So I did, and an hour later I was in the chair. I had xrays done by a very friendly assistant, and spoke with Dr. Tokos who was very sweet. She made the diagnosis and requested that I have the root canal done right away. Dr. Homer was available about 30 minutes after that! I was amazed at how accommodating and convenient this was for me. I grabbed a yummy cup of coffee, and was escorted to the new room, where I was greeted by the Hygienist, Bridget. Bridget immediately made me comfortable and made sure I had everything I needed, all questions answered etc. She was very professional, knowledgeable, yet had an awesome personality and chairside manner! Dr. Homer came in shortly after and explained the procedure and they had me on the happy gas right away. Dr. Homer was gentle, and made me feel very comfortable in the chair. All in all it was probably the best experience I've ever had in a dental chair. Even as I checked out, the gal I spoke to was a sweetheart. I am so glad I called Brewer. Highly recommended.

TOP DENTAL CARE!! HANDS DOWN!! I don't believe I have ever been treated so nice by a dental practice in my life. I have seen several dentists at this practice and found that all of them really do care. I recently had a nightmare of an incident that was handled so well by Dr. Shumway. He and Bonnie took control of the problem, explained what was going on and devised a treatment plan that so far has been invaluable! I can't say enough about this place. Dr. Hansen and Dr. Clark have been extremely beneficial as well. Nobody wants to go through pain and dental pain is something that scares the Hell out of me, but I can honestly say my experience with BDC has been unsurpassed in satisfaction. From the inception of making the appointment, to being greeted with a smile (a real one at that), the experience only gets better because they explain things in a manner which is understandable and conducive to your treatment. The facility is clean, organized and well staffed. I simply won't go anywhere else.

If we could give different stars to just the Dentist alone, it would be different. I've had good experiences and not so good ones. So guess it's why it's 3 stars. I've had one pediatric dentist, who I would not recommend, even made me cringe and all I could do was try to console my children afterwards and explain that not all dentists are alike. Hopefully we have switched to a different ped person and it will all go smoothly. On the other hand, I love the Ortho side of things, they are awesome to work with and go all out for what ever is needed. My boys have enjoyed their time on this side of the wall and have had no complaints. I have yet to experience the Adult side of things and may just try another place after reading adult reviews, as I am afraid of the dentist as well.

The excellent work they provide actually becomes secondary when you visit them. Service is their #1 asset. I love my dentist and usually the staff is very supportive and friendly, but my anesthetist Michelle on the west end brewer dental center was very rude. She started by commenting on how my teeth looked. (Yes I have cavities yes my teeth aren’t the greatest but they are not horrible.) about how I didn’t brush good enough and that they looked gross and so on. But what really got to me is that because of the way my mouth looks she assumed my 18 month old had disgusting teeth as well and had cavities already cause I brush my teeth poorly. And if on top of that wasn’t bad enough, I’ve probably had 20 hours of dental work total in my life (including a lot of needle work) I’ve never in my life had somebody be more abrasive with a needle then her, she decided that after slowly injecting the lidocaine to Slow was hurting me, (it wasn’t, her ramming the needle further down my front teeth hurt worse) that for the next numbing area she would decide to squirt it in all at once which was excruciating and didn’t even give me an option to choose. Seeing as she had her hands in my mouth with a large needle I felt like I could not comment back for fear that she would become slightly more aggressive with her needle poking, On top of that they were not numbed accordingly and my amazing dentist had to do it properly. My dentist was awesome but that woman was horrible and really scares me into not wanting to come back.

The first time I saw Dr. Draayer was for a second opinion on another dentists work he was very professional. My mother had a stroke and I moved her up to Billings her teeth were in terrible shape! There is no other place in Billings I would take her. Brewer Dental has the latest equipment they show you the x-rays on a television screen and will answer any questions. They have the friendliest staff and free coffee/tea/water for those of us who have to wait. When my mom leaves she always goes home with a carnation! One day a year they hold free clinics where those who do not have insurance can have their teeth cleaned, a tooth removed, cavity filled...a wonderful way to give back to the community and to those less fortunate! They also give free makeovers once a month to people who have not so great teeth. It really is a nice thing to do. I wish they had a Brewer Dental where I am moving! I may have to drive the five hours twice a year because they set the bar high for other dental practices...never again will I go to a dentist who has his own office; without others to critique and learn from your ego grows and you are just trying to pay bills not striving to be better and keep up with the latest technology.

I have had only excellent dental care from Brewer Dental Center. In December 2014 I was experiencing pain in one of my teeth. I called Brewer and I was seen right away. Dr Brewer diagnosed an abscess. He explained that I needed a root canal. I asked Dr Brewer if he had time to do the root canal right away and he agreed. It was completed by Dr Brewer. In less than an hour, I was on my way home. This is only one experience of many. Dr Brewer guarantees "if you call today, we will see you today". I've never had that kind of Dental service with any other Dentist. Oh yeah. I'm 63 years old and have seen many different dentists in my time.

Brewer Dental Center (west) has a very professional and caring team. I called at 7:00a.m. Monday morning, and I was in a chair discussing my problem and getting xrays by 8:00 a.m. Monday morning!! Staff seemed irritated (except fory dentist), assistant had trouble with the equipment (literally almost had a meltdown in front of me) and generally made me feel uncomfortable. Had a treatment plan made up (extra 35min), went to the finance lady and she told me that it would take her a few hours to get back to me with a amended treatment plan, (because I guess the one the assistant handed the lady was wrong and way off in price) and that was over 24 hours ago. The west end one, they are all so compassionate about their patients, from the second you walk in, you are greeted and helped by one of their very helpful and inviting ladies at the front desk. The waiting time was not long at all and they had a fairly full waiting room when we arrived, there was a handful of people ahead of me even!!!! With all that being said my appointment to get a root canal, turned into the Dr doing two extra procedures for me!! He filled a cavity, (and where a previous dentist in Helena, did an extraction a few weeks prior, that left exposed jaw bone, that made my jaw and extraction site ache almost as if I had dry socket. Dr. Wilde informed me that I did not have dry socket, I had exposed jaw bone! I was in quite a bit of pain. Dr. Wilde cut the bone down so my gums could start healing. Dr. Wilde and Shila are so fun and had me laughing the entire time, they keep it very entertaining, and keep you informed as to what they are doing or about to do!! While patients are with the Dr, whoever is waiting for them can relax in the waiting room, watch tv or check out a magazine, they have a designated area for children as well and a seperate tv for them to watch instead of what the adults have on, coloring books and reading books, and if you were running late and forgot to grab a snack, or drink they have, coffee, hot cocoa, tea, or water and they also have an assortment of brownies & cookies. They have so much compassion about their patients, making sure that they are 100 % taken care of, are comfortable, are in absolutely zero pain, even before they numb you up, they give you the option to have gas if you would like, and a tv during the procedure to watch if you prefer. I have never ever been to such an amazing and beautiful dentist office in my entire life, I wish I could get all my teeth work done here!!!! Just saying 😍😍😍😍😁😁😁😁 THANKS BREWER DENTAL CENTER WEST END!!!!!!!!

Being British and the last visit to a Dentist was in England where pliers and a foot on the chair for leverage were used to pull a side tooth 16 years ago, I was anticipating a world of hurt. Brewer Dental made the whole experience a delight, from a welcome gift, courteous receptionists, very pleasant dental assistant/ nurse and reassuring consultation with Dr Wilde. Original thinking I would just have another extraction, I opted to save the broke. Tooth with a root canal and crown. Apart from a slight pain from the anesthetic needle initially, the nitrous kept me completely relaxed and free from any pain. Not bad for a Dental scaredy cat! Afterwards yet another gift choice, a flower I chose for my wife. I went in expecting a horrible day and came out extremely impressed with a very well run business! Two thumbs up for everyone at the Central Ave location!! Never thought i would enjoy a Dental Experience!

I was up all night with an unbearable toothache and that was on "Good Friday". I called Brewer dental at 9:15am on Saturday morning and was seen at 10:10am that day. The receptionist was kind, as was the person who took the X-rays. The dentist came in quickly for an exam and it was determined 2 teeth needed to be removed. They gave me the financial news and it was very accurate, no surprises. It turned out to be less expensive than originally thought because 1 of my teeth was cooperative and came our non-surgically. Checkout was great and I will be able to make payments. I don't have any dental insurance so this was greatly appreciated.

I've had several extractions over the years, most have been fairly brutal, requiring multiple injections to numb the area, and great difficulty getting the tooth out of the socket. Remarkably, yesterday's extraction was the absolute exception to the rule. It not only came out in about 5 seconds, but the recovery period was also hardly noticable. I kept in a wad of gauze for about an hour and then, hardly any sign of bleeding at all. The following morning, really no sign of pain or discomfort and I'm already eating pretty much whatever I want(avoiding that area,of course), but essentially the most benign dental procedure I can ever recall. Thanks Again to Dr. Wilde and his team.

My mom went in for a permanent crown and a filling this afternoon. There wasn't time for the filling, but she had such a terrible reaction to the 3 shots they gave her to numb the crown area, she asked if they could just PLEASE go ahead and do the filling anyway so she wouldn't have to get the shots again. Dr.Heringer MADE time and did her filling so that she could avoid the uncomfortableness of a second numbing. A root canal and an extraction were hard work, but no pain with Dr. Thad Honaker and Molly. Twenty-four hours later I have used no pain meds except the big ibuprofen they gave me. No one mentioned how dumb it was for me to wait so long for this work. And everyone with whom I had contact was pleasant and nice. I will look forward to keeping my teeth in shape so that no dramatic actions are needed. Under easier circumstances, I imagine a visit to Brewer would be nothing but fun!

I called on a Thursday, asking for an appointment the next day. When I arrived for my appointment, I wasn't on the schedule. We were sent from the pediatric building to the main building after a gal from the pediatric department put my son in the system. We got to the main building and the receptionist said we didn't have an appointment. By this time, I'm very frustrated because my kid is in pain and been told the same bs twice in 10 minutes. Told her what we were there for and she asks me what type of appointment we need because she doesn't understand a kid in pain for 6 months because of molars coming in. I lose it and tell her I can't control how you monkeys code appointments. She suddenly understood me. She ended up giving me too much paperwork to fill out and our hygenist tells her she did this as we head to the back of the office. Hope next time, whoever takes phone calls, can properly put an appointment in a computer!

I fly in from California to go to Brewer's. I tried to go to a dentist here but after being a Brewer's patient and discovering that going to the dentist does not have to be a miserable, unpleasant experience I'll keep flying in. Great professional staff 5 star plus.
