Great experience. Some dentist offices are very sales oriented and don’t always have your best interest in mind. That was not the case here. This office armed me with information and empowered me to make the decision I felt was right for me. They were not pushy, only informative, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Honaker was very patient with his patient and my probing questions trying to understand the procedure and making sure it was necessary. We ended up doing the root canal and crown. It was a pleasant experience inspite of the unpleasant experience. I mean...who really wants to go through all that drilling??? I have been going to BDC for about a year now and I think they're great.

New to the area and boy, let me tell you I am so glad this Dentist office was recommended to me. The care I have received has been top notch! Came in looking to replace a porcelain crown that was off in color and much larger than the teeth surrounding it. I had never been satisfied with the crown - done by a completely different office in a completely different state. After a few relatively painless appointments I now have my new crown in and could not be happier! You can’t even tell it’s a crown. Thank you Brewer Dental for restoring my smile and confidence!

I had a tooth pulled this week, and I am deathly scared of teeth work and being awake! Long story short I was supposed to be put to sleep and have teeth work done but got pregnant and my tooth got worse so I went in to Brewer dental who got me in that day I wish I could remember the name of the guy dentist that pulled my tooth but he was fantastic he made everything my decision it was all what I was okay with, kept me very comfortable and made it a very very easy day for me! I usually have seen the dentist I grew up with but considering completely switching with how kind everyone was there, from the moment I walked in till I left! Thank you for being so kind patient and caring.

Went in today for a check up and they noticed some issues that can harm my health and were on the dot to get it dealt with as soon as possible. Assistants were super nice and made an effort to make me feel comfortable and made conversation with me. The Dr. was extremely nice and understood my discomfort with X-rays while being pregnant and didn’t pressure me to get them done unless I was comfortable, and explained what the issue was and how he wants it fixed. First dentist that actually cared and didn’t just want to see me and boot me out the door, they actually take the time to really look at your teeth.

Always had a good experience here. Low pain and they deal with it well. Crowns look very well. Both their support staff and their dentists have always gone the extra mile for me. They can be a little more expensive but their in house program helps immensely. If you just want your teeth fixed here. Do it.

This is the second time I’ve had my cleaning & check up with Dr. Low & Jenn the hygienist & both times it was very comfortable & top notch! No pain what so ever & I have terribly sensitive teeth! Staff at the front desk was friendly & completely laid out my treatment plan! Highly recommend them! Since my first review I’ve continued care here. Had an upper partial made a few months ago & it fits perfectly! In the process now of having a lower partial made & am totally confident it will be great as well. Entire practice is top notch!

Unfortunately I had bad news concerning my own teeth however the staff was top-notch , especially the dental technician, her bedside manner was phenomenal. They are working out a plan for me and they made me extremely comfortable even with bad news. I intend to bring the whole family there from here on out! I would give them more stars if they were available!.........so I am one of those guys who texts a message and forgets to press send. The previous was about 2 weeks ago....... I went in this morning 8:00 a.m. for a tooth extraction. it was very unusual but for the most part the situation was enjoyable. seriously it's the truth! Doc Matthew Shultzwas as I said before phenomenal! I have had all but one of my lower molars removed and this was by far the best experience I've had yet!I sure hope you're as good at putting teeth back in as you are pulling them out doc! LOL

Was scheduled to have one filling done, but Provider was willing to do both needed fillings in one visit, which was very accommodating! Team was quick to get quote and visit was nice and seamless! Overheard Provider paitently teaching assistant as they did the procedure. Always friendly staff!!!

I had the best dental assistant who really took her time to make me feel more comfortable because I’m terrified of needles in my mouth! Dr. Honaker was awesome too. My husband had an appointment today at 11 am for a cleaning with a different hygienist. He wants to offer a critique of the service. 1. The hygienist did not introduce herself 2. She did not welcome him to the office or make him feel welcome. 3. She did not ask if he had a problem that needed to be addressed. 4. She did a good job on the cleaning. Without say one word to him other than “turn your head” 5. When she finished she promptly led him out and to the desk offering a bag of free toothpaste 6. This service was completely different and unacceptable based on service he has had in visits in the past with Lindsay. 7. She did not seem to be in a hurry but just didn’t seem to have her heart in making my husband feel welcome to your your office. Again compared to other visits for crowns and cleanings when other employees treated him well. 8. Lastly, she did not offer a dentist to visit with him and make sure he got good service and had no issues to discuss regarding his teeth and a recent crown that was replaced.

What can I say... You're going to the dentist. The composite of my teeth has allowed me to spend a lot of time in the chair. I am very impressed with Dr Honaker. My last few visits he has been teaching very tenured, to quite green staff. The very satisfying thing as a patient has been witnessing the student asking why he was doing this or that, why not short cut that ? ... (Basically still a sound tactic for treating the problem at hand) . ... He explains the pros and cons to the different ideas on treatment of this ailment . He then explains why he does what he does. It's typically the long way... The right way. He is confident, very talented, and quite a teacher. The staff on the left side of the chair, has always been top notch. Another good experience at BDC, in the Heights! Purpose for appt.: X-rays and an exam. I checked in and was back in a chair within 5 minutes. This visit I met the dental assistant Maggie. She was delightful - conversational, funny and genuine. Dr. Schultz did a quick exam and that was that. Had there been any questions or concerns, the dentist was more than willing to address them but this time, no need, no issues. Whole experience was great - from checking to exit. Thanks guys!

We previously went to a different office for our dental care but changed due the fact it started to feel more like a mass production place that didn't treat our family as well as they had in the past. By chance I ended up scheduling with Brewer Dental Center in the heights because they could get us in at the end of the year when others couldn't. We were not expecting to continue care with them, but the staff that treated us ended up being wonderful and much more personable than the employees at the other office. Lindsay our hygienist was great with all of us and Dr. Honaker as well. When one of us had to come back for fillings, Timber the assistant made the appointment fun for my daughter and it was much easier than she had expected. Thanks so much!!

I have so far made two visits to Brewer at the Heights location. Everyone was extremely friendly and the anesthesiologist who sedated me made sure to personally text me the night before my extraction to introduce himself, remind me not to eat or drink after midnight and to let me know that if I had any questions or concerns, I could call or text him anytime. Everyone was very kind to me, they made my dental experience the most comfortable one I've ever had and I look very their office. So clean and accommodating with the free snacks and drinks :) I will definitely continue going to them for my check ups and recommend them to anyone I know who needs a dentist.

Dr. Shemway was amazing! He removed a cavity below a crown, took the crown off, injected medicine and a temporary crown. As he put the permanent crown on he was always asking how I was feeling and took great care to make sure I had very little pain. It's the first time I've had a crown put on that fit without making several adjustments.

Emily was my dental hygienist and throughout the whole 40 minutes she was thorough(by looking at my x rays) as she was cleaning, thoughtful by using the water vacuum quite often, and diligent in making sure my numbers were right. I am dental-averse! Ask my husband who has begged, prodded and pleaded for me to go to the dentist for years. A lifetime of bad experiences, botched work and dentists no longer taking my insurance made me just give up. An urgent need caused me to go to BDC twice this week. I had a bad tooth like most of us do. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. I called at 7:00 am and was in the chair by 10:00 am. Staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Holloway had moved to the west end location which disappointed me because he had helped me in the past. However, Dr. Low was just as good and will seek him out for future dental work.

The treatment itself was very good, needed a tooth pulled causing a major infection already. That was kinda piece of cake there, no drama. BUT, you do not sent somebody home with such a spread out infection with just some antibiotic mouthwash. I asked for antibiotics to get the infection under control and they refused, told me to stick with the mouthwash. Meanwhile two days later the infection is down my throat, up to my eye and over to my chin and I have to go tomorrow again to see a doctor to get that under control, because the mouthwash is not doing anything on it other than make my lips swell up.

Getting the numbing shots is normally a traumatic ordeal but DR CLARK uses such care that I hardly noticed I was getting them! He provides quality work with a gentleness that is unparalleled. Finding a great dentist is like finding a great mechanic. Once you find one, you don’t go anywhere else! As for me, I’m sticking with DR CLARK!

I was nervous to go to the dentist. Haven't been in decades. Brewer dental was recomended by my co-workers. My first appointment was yesterday and I got an evaluation and cleaning done. I was embarassed by the state of my teeth but they handled it with grace and care. That plaque really builds up but it is easy to dismiss and put it off. After my cleaning I can hardly believe how much better my teeth look and feel. By signing up for the advantage plan I got my first evaluation, x-rays, and cleaning for $97. I had 3 broken molars which was what brought me to the dentist in the first place. Dr. Low explained my options and I decided on crowns for the broken teeth. As luck would have it, they were able to fit me in the next day (today). My dental assistant Bonnie was a great comfort while I had the procedures to prepare my teeth for crowns. By signing up for the advantage plan I saved a significant amount of money too. Many thanks to Dianne, Melanie, and Mandy too. The funny thing is; I am not afraid of the dentist. I just procrastinate terribly when it comes to taking care of myself. The folks at Brewer dental made me feel comfortable without reproach. I know I waited a long time to have things fixed up but their attitude was "You are getting it done now and moving forward". It was very comforting. Tonight I have a mouth full of teeth. Some are temporary until the crowns are made, but I feel good. Tomorrow I will wake up without having the reminder under my tongue; "Oh yea, I am missing half my molars". If you are procratinating about getting your teeth fixed; don't. Go see the good folks at Brewer dental. Sign up for their plan. Pay $97 bucks and get an evaluation and cleaning. If you need other work they will explain it to you but leave the decision up to you without pressure. I was given an itemized list of recommended procedures and costs. In fact I was asked only once if I wanted additional work done after my evaluation. You won't get a guilt trip from them. They will help you out. Yes, dental work can be expensive. But they have an excellent plan to help with that. Sitting here tonight, I don't regret a penny I spent. I remember back when that first piece of my tooth broke and fell out. I was far from home and half way to Canada on the Continental Divide trail. I sat in the dust and stared at that chunk of tooth for a long time. Dang strawberry starburst had finished the job and pulled that cracked tooth apart. I had never lost a part of my body. I was beside myself. Even tried to epoxy it back into my mouth when i got to Grand Lake. I finally gave up and threw it into the forest a few hundred miles up the trail. That was ridiculous. Go see the dentist. They will fix you right up and everyday from that day forward you will have a welcome reminder that; you did the right thing. PS. JB Weld can fix many things. I don't personally recommend it for teeth.

One of my front teeth broke off last night and I had to work this morning. I was horrified! I googled emergency dental, and saw that Brewer does emergency work so I set my alarm to call them when they opened at 7:00am. While driving back to Alaska from the Lower 48 I experienced a tooth ache while spending the night in Billings. I called the Brewer Dental Center at 7:30 AM the next morning and they worked me in at 9:10 am. Without exception everyone there went out of their way to check me in and do the treatments necessary.
