First time here. Located in Buckhead. It's down an unassuming neighborhood, where most of the homes are businesses. No front door and a very small driveway and parking area. There's also a small picnic area. There is handicapped parking and a ramp. When you arrive, there's a small waiting area with light refreshments and a tv. Tons of art on the walls and a fish tank. There's at least 5 different rooms for patients. Every room has a tv. When online doing the paperwork, they ask if you'd like warm blankets, etc. upon arrival. Very clean, white, sterile rooms and the staff was very friendly. The x-ray machine is hidden inside a cabinet in your room. The Dr. explains everything he's going to do, then a tech comes in and explains it in detail. The only thing I didn't like was the nonchalant pushiness to get you in to get work done. Recommending that you apply for Care credit to get it all done. Not something to do if you don't have stellar credit. Check out my pics and video for more info.

Brought my mother to Smile Forever Atlanta, using a Groupon deal, and was immediately welcomed by their friendly staff! Robyn at the front desk was happy to see us, and their hygenist Irina was incredible, she explained everything and was extremely patient with my mother who is not an easy client by any means. Dr. Patel is very thorough and was able to fix her upper dentures within 30 minutes. I will definitely be recommending this office and will be bringing my mother back for her next visit!

I visited Dr. Patel's office, for the first time, today. I found the doctor and his staff to be professional, polite, and very relaxed. I'd never experienced a relaxed staff, in any doctor's office, before (I've seen many doctors - I'm a senior citizen). Dr. Patel explained what I needed and answered all of my questions. It was lunch time as I left. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff was still pleasantly relaxed and didn't rush to leave the office for lunch. I would highly recommend him to others.

I've been here few times, while perhaps not rhe lowest rates, the facility stays clean. The staff are extremely polite. I do agree with several other post there will be some extras thrown at you..ask then n there so you can say no. However the overall experience and the little things to enhance your experience are worth it... there's lavender hot towels placed on u after wards to make ur process better.. heated blankets and glasses to keep light outta your eye... my shout out is for Urania I believe her name is...she does the deep root the best I've had!! gentle not ruff & caring...most hygienist don't care u can tell she does so I'll keep coming back

Not only do they have a very pleasant team and clean office, but they also handle my extreme anxiety better than anywhere else I have been to. They also have a really really great program (similar to a dental insurance plan) that makes routine visits, and in my case fillings, affordable. After one visit it has already almost paid for itself! Highly recommend the friendly team at Smile Forever Atlanta!!

Everyone connected with Smile Forever is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and sensitive to each patient's needs--and fears. Their referrals to specialists, when necessary, have been uniformly excellent. Their COVID precautions have been outstanding, including a new and costly air circulation system for the entire facility. For those of us without dental insurance, they have an extremely affordable annual plan that covers routine visits (cleanings and x-rays). I recommend this practice without reservation.

My visit to Smiles Forever was indescribable! As a new patient, I had a lot of questions; it’s been about 5 years since I’ve been to the dentist. (I know, yikes!) Either Ms. Robin or Nicole usually answer the phone and they are always so sweet and patient every time I call. (And I call a lot!). The entire appointment process was seamless; paperwork is done before you get there and they take your temperature as soon as you walk through the door. Then straight back to start your appointment. No waiting, which I loved! When Dr. Patel came into the room he had such a bright, calming energy. He was so informative and walked me through everything before it happened. He was very gentle with me and made sure I was comfortable before going ahead with anything. And never rushed me because boy, I was nervous! Constance, Dr. Patels dental assistant, was an angel! She gave me a blanket and rubbed my shoulder all while checking in with me through-out the entire procedure. By the time I left I was so calm I actually I felt light as air. No joke! All my nerves had been alleviated! Needless to say, the entire experience was just AMAZING and I can’t thank the entire staff enough!!

I've had horrible dental experiences in the past, but Dr. Patel and his staff really help put my mind at ease and work with me (and my anxiety) to do the necessary work to keep me healthy. I did a lot of research before landing at this dentist, and came because of the stellar reviews. They were not wrong. The entire staff cares about you and treats you like family from the moment you walk in the door. They will explain everything in very very good detail throughout the entire process and will even work slower to produce less anxiety/pain. The staff are personable and understanding. I really wish I'd have found this practice long ago and have avoided the horrible dentists I've came across in my past. I really can't explain how much this place has helped me to overcome some of my fears of dentists, while doing what's best for me. The prices are average for the area and they are worth every penny. Dr. Patel prides himself on creating a practice that cares and is there to help his patients. I've rarely came across any dentist as friendly and personable as Dr. Patel and I really appreciate all that he has done for me, as I know I'm not the best patient to have to deal with.

I'm happy with the results, but I'm even more happy that when I did have a small issue they got me back in to be seen the next business day and dealt with it free of charge. I took my mother here and from walking in the door it’s a pleasant welcome. The folks are kind, listen to you, and really work with you. It’s a one stop place and they do it all-provide all dental services. The staff are all friendly and just down to earth people. My mother has been in search of a good dentist and we got lucky and found her one. She really liked him and said his bed side manner was very kind. Nicole was fantastic and so so welcoming (so as another lady, sorry I forgot her name). Dr. Patel made an effort to introduce himself when I was filling in paper work. My dental hygienist was Irina and she is great, extremely thorough and compassionate to any pain you have during the cleaning process. Irina also is a great listener, she was mindful of my sensitive gums but got a job ✅ done. All in all great experience for routine exams and cleaning.

I used to work for Dr Patel for about a year as a dental assistant before I decided to change career paths so I know first hand that not only is he very good at what he does- but he's also honest, and cares about people in general. So I left my last dentist after I didn’t have dental insurance anymore and they were too expensive. But I had a tooth that I felt like had a cavity even though my last dentist told me Otherwise. I purchased the cleaning and X-ray Groupon Smile Forever had, so I could get my teeth cleaned and also talk to them about whether or not I had a cavity and needed to get it filled. The whole office was super nice and welcoming, and the cleaning was great! The woman, whose name I forget, was very helpful with new flossing technique and went over the tooth I thought had a cavity. Turns out I did have a cavity and we scheduled to get it filled about 3 weeks later. Dr. Patel was so kind and made me feel comfortable and taken care of! Also the pricing was so reasonable, which is huge for a dentist located right I Buckhead! I’ve already recommended this place to two of my friends.

If you are looking for a great dentist office, this is "the place." It should be noted that I have an extreme fear of dentists and dentist's offices. My fear goes beyond the norm. A breath of fresh air My dentist retired and when I had a dental emergency I didn't know where to turn. I went to several dental offices seeking help for an infected root tip and was somewhat callously treated. They wanted to sell me on expensive procedures that I didn't want or need, at least not like I needed that root tip extracted. I went online and checked for dental emergencies. I filled out forms requesting appointments at several of the listed dentists. Only one called me back and that within an hour. It was Dr. Patel at Smile Forever Atlanta. He agreed to see me right away and I went with some slight trepidation. I half expected to be treated like a used car customer, as I had been by other dentists so recently. Instead I was welcomed, pampered and well treated. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and Dr. Patel extracted the root tip expertly and painlessly. Throughout I was shown flexibility and kindness. I count myself lucky to have found this practice. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I personally go off energy and when I first came in, you can tell it was a very calm environment. It’sa nice office, but I got my two top wisdom teeth removed and the dentist only removed half of the second tooth. Now, 4 days later, I’m having pain but only in that spot bc I don’t think it can heal properly if there’s still tooth left. I think he was just in a rush to finish.
