An excellent experience! I hadn't seen a dentist in years, so I was pretty nervous. They put me completely at ease -- telling me exactly what would happen next every step of the way. And boy, were they thorough! The staff was wonderful. A very warm environment. The dentist was just as warm and informative and spent a lot more time with me than other dentists have. On top of that, they were cost conscious and savvy about working with my insurance. Overall, just wonderful.

I cannot recommend this office more! My first visit was truly amazing. Dr. Nguyen and Allison are not only warm and welcoming but also a joy to spend time with. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. I came for a teeth cleaning and my wait time was minimal. Their communication prior to the appt was perfect. There was another person that came in for an appointment and hadn’t been paying attention to her email and text notifications letting her know they’d have to reschedule, and was trying to be upset about it, but the lady at the front desk handled it like a customer service pro. All the folk there from the dentist work rooms to the front desk staff are phenomenal.

Had a crown put in and Dr. Nguyen was great, the procedure was painless and he fixed a bite issue I had in which my back teeth wouldn't touch at the same time on both sides. I had a severe toothache the day before I fly home for 10 days to celebrate the holidays with family. I was not only granted an appointment, the last one for the rest of 2022, the staff and doctor were extremely friendly and personable. They immediately identified the issue and composed a short term plan to mitigate the pain and therefore, saved my date, which I had planned later that evening. They also referred me to a reputable specialist for a permanent fix. They now have a new patient and fan. Merry Christmas!

I went in for a routine cleaning and they found one of my fillings from a previous dentist had broken off and was jammed between my teeth. They were able to schedule me for the next morning, for a pain free removal and replacement of the broken filling. Only a few hours later, I was able to enjoy a steak fajita without any issues. Great dental clinic!!

Here is an update from my 6 month visit today. I had a wonderful visit with hygenist LaDelle! LaDelle was professional, personable and took time to explain my ways in which I can maintain and improve my oral health! Dr. Nguyen provided a thorough exam quickly and sent me on my way! Parking is easy. From my first contact with Lisa, to my experience with Allison and on to Dr. Nguyen, the New Face Dentistry staff members are extremely knowledgeable as well as easy with which to talk! My anxiety about visiting the dentist was set at ease immediately! Thank you ALL! A week later, I back for a cleaning. Well, Courtney set my mind at ease immediately, providing a very informative cleaning session with tips on how to maintain mouth health in between cleanings. I am all set for my next 6 month cleaning! Thank you Team!

I’ve been a patient at New Face Dentistry since 1990 - before it was New Face. When I started there, my teeth were awful. Over the next 30 years, I had 37 months of orthodontics, a couple extractions, 2 porcelain veneers with 2 bridges that lasted 15 years, replacements for those that lasted almost 15, and now I’m working on a third set of bridges. I might’ve even had 1 or 2 or 18 fillings. They know me. During all those procedures, not once and I mean that literally, not once have I experienced pain or discomfort from the procedures. Everyone there, Dr. Nguyen, my hygienist (OMG, Joanna, please be my hygienist forever…I’ll work around your schedule), and the office staff seem to genuinely care about my wellbeing. They’re kind, professional, conversational, funny, and really good at what they do. I absolutely love going to the dentist. New Face has my highest recommendation! Oh, and now, I have a great smile, too.

My hygienist was Courtney. She was very friendly and detailed in her cleaning and explaining what she was doing. My teeth felt very clean at the end of the visit. Dr. Nguyen is amazing! I have been with him for a while now and he is an exceptional dentist: professional, quality work, and he doesn’t recommend dental work unless needed. Not like other dentists who want to rip you off. His team works with your insurance and they ensure you know in advance what you will be paying so there are no surprises! I had my first appointment with New Face Dentistry today after being dumped by my previous dentist without notice because they did not want to treat adults anymore. I have had many good and few bad experiences with dentists. One in Virginia tried to overcharge my insurance grossly and suggested replacing my front teeth on some outlandish pretext. It was nothing at all like this at New Face Dentistry. I was very positively impressed by the openness of all processes; from the X-Rays where you see the results instantly on a screen in front of you to the pictures taken of the inside of my mouth with a great clarity to end with the perfect explanations provided by the dentist and his assistants on every step of the process. The interaction with the staff was very cordial in the same time as being very professional and the cleaning was excellently performed. I have an upcoming appointment schedule to fill a very small cavity between the front teeth and I will then be able to see how good the dentist work is but I am not worried at all because today's interaction gave me all confidence in his competence. 10/28/21 This is an update to my review after I was treated for the cavity in between my two front teeth. I can happily report that everything went really well. I did not feel a thing and the result is absolutely invisible and painless. I wanted also to state that I had been well aware upfront through the patient portal about how much the procedure was going to cost me so no bad surprise here at all. In conclusion: New Face Dentistry deserves a solid 5 stars!

I had an appt. with Dr. Nguyen at New Face Dentistry Tuesday morning to get him to look at a crown that had broken. Unfortunately the crown needed to be replaced. Another patient had cancelled their appointment that morning, so Dr. Nguyen was able to get to work on it right away. They removed my old crown, then with a camera in my mouth and the computer, they were able to create a 3-D image of my teeth, my bite, etc. Then they produced the crown in the office and within a couple of hours, Voila! I had a new perfectly-fitting crown. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, kind and great to be around. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen at New Face Dentistry!

I've been going to New Face Dentistry for a long time. They were recommended to me by my hairdresser when I was complaining about an experience I had with a very dirty dentist office and a dentist that didn't seem to care about their clients. I fell in love with the office as soon as I entered. So CLEAN and light and airy and has a modern vibe. The staff is very friendly and quite funny. There have been several occasions that I have been in the dentist chair and I have to stop laughing in order for them to do their work, I blame Dr. Nguyen for his great sense of humor and the comedy duo he has with his hilarious assistants. Everyone is so funny, and they clearly have fun and you can tell they love what they do. I've never had to wait long at all before they bring me back for my appointment and there's always parking right outside the door. I know that going to the dentist is a huge stressor for a lot of people, but I look forward to it. It feels like I'm visiting friends or family when I go to their office. I've had issues with my gums in the past and my teeth are more healthy now then they have ever been. My dental hygienist Kaitlyn has given me great advice over the years and just in the last couple of months I started using a waterpik with her recommendation and my gums are healing.I know this isn't new technology, but I never thought to use one in the past. It has made a huge difference in my gum health. Dr. Nguyen is always happy and that no doubt is infectious (dare I use that word?) to his staff. Dr. Nguyen is very thorough and cares about his patients and you really feel like a friend and not a number when you're in his care. He has helped me tremendously with mouth guards and other health issues related to my teeth. I had to have my first crown ever made. I've heard of most dentists having to make a temporary crown and then you have to come to come back to get the real one weeks later...... NOT at this office. He makes it while you are there with a state of the art machine. Dr. Nguyen is constantly learning about the latest in technology and continuing his education in all areas related to dentistry and health. So if you hate going to the dentist, your current dentist is BLAH or looking for a new one....... You need to try out this office. I genuinely love this group of people and I think you will too!

The staff is always pleasant and they are so clean with Covid protocol. Temp checks, blood pressure checks, air sanitizers in every room, masks at all times. Dr. Nguyen, Eric, and Michelle are awesome. They gave me a detailed dental plan and never make you feel embarrassed of any dental work you may need. UPDATE: Now a loyal client for over 5 years! I will never go to anyone else! My dental plan is now completed and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work I’ve received here. Next I plan to work on more cosmetic dentistry work. This process has been well-thought out and they are not interested in taking all your money. They truly think of your best interest as a patient and best ways to utilize insurance so your pockets won’t hate you! Lol
