I have been coming to Great Expressions for years, as Dr. Tudor was my dentist. He was amazing, but also his staff has always been amazing, and they have always went above and beyond to help me with my needs over the years. Most recently, Ms. Lisa at the front desk has taken such good care of me, making sure I understand my bill completely and being very thorough in explaining everything to me. I’m super appreciative of her. I also had a really awesome experience with in office Zoom Whitening. The hygienist that helped me was very accommodating and helpful as it was my first time. I can’t remember her name but once I get it I’ll add to my review because if you’re looking to do it, she is my recommendation at this office. I live out in snellville and will always drive to this location! They are my dental family!

I recently had an appointment at this location. Due to my very busy work schedule it was my first time going to the dentist in a long while! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with checking every issue I had with my teeth. Due to my specific case I had to have a root canal completed ASAP. Their office was booked until November but Lisa , the front desk attendant was super helpful with explaining my treatment plan and getting me scheduled with another location to complete my root canal as soon as less than a week! Thanks so much Lisa! 😊

I gave this company 3 stars because although it took longer (a few weeks) than I expected for my complaint to be resolved, it has been resolved. Thank you Crystal for your assistance today in resolving the matter. Great up to date equipment and friendly service @Piedmont location. To the Oral Dentist (Specialist) I saw @Midtown location (won’t say his name because issue now resolved), CARE about your patients! Its your profession! People depend on you to take care and HELP them with their medical/dental needs! Don’t dismiss them!

This was my second visit to GE dentist. The staff was nice and friendly. I was there to get a crown for a broken tooth. They took me back quickly. The anesthesia was given to me. I sat there approximately 20-30 minutes dentist came back .My then the anesthesia was wearing off. The procedure became a nightmare.!!! They were so rough that the whole left side was very swollen If that wasn’t enough the left of my was bruise!!!

Victorious in all I do

Clean facility. Employees are Professional, and polite.The Dental Assistant, Hygientist, and Dentist were all very knowledgeable and thorough. They exercised an abundance of cleaning techniques and sanitizing throughout my entire visit. The receptionist was patient and polite as I strategized to schedule my next appointment, and prepare to pay for treatments. Thank You All. It was all very much worth the commute to your location.

It’s a love-hate relationship, excellent doctors and hygienist, administrative staff not so very much. You will wait sometimes for nothing I waited today 45 minutes for absolutely nothing just because he didn’t see my paperwork on the desk that he wasn’t at when I turned it in. That’s annoying especially when every minute matters. So if you can get them to start on time good job otherwise be prepared to wait take the whole day off.

I was the last customer of the day and my consultation felt rushed and I felt that the staff was ready to leave for the day. The receptionist was also rude. I was not greeted upon walking up to her window/desk and when standing a short while still was not greeted, and had to tell her that I was there for an appointment. At other GE locations, the staff seem more professional, friendly, and more concerned about my dental concerns.

I'm not sure at all where these bad reviews are coming from. Wife and I visited the 10th street location in Midtown. Both the dentist and hygienist seemed extremely competent and discussed costs with me BEFORE they did anything. My advice to angry reviewers: UNDERSTAND YOUR INSURANCE. And yes, I've been burned at a different dentist because I didn't understand my insurance properly. You need to know what's covered and what's not. These people will even call your insurer to help you know what your coverage is going to be.

Be careful: they will try to charge you for a prescription that can be filled for 1/5 the cost down the street. And then will ask you a bunch of questions as to why you want to take your prescription elsewhere, and lie to you saying that it will cost the same everywhere

Dr. Adiba and his staff were wonderful. Went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. The process only took about 25 minutes. From me arriving to the completion of the tooth extraction. Dr. Adiba made sure that you were not in any pain during the process. His patient care technician made sure that I was ok throughout by informing me of everything she and the doctor were about to do. The only complaint I have is that I didn't receive any paperwork nor did I receive the medication for the pain. I was told that they would call in two prescriptions, they only called in one. Thank goodness I didn't experience that much pain afterwards. The overall experience was great.

My first visit and experience at the midtown office restored my faith in GE because the piedmont and roswell Holcomb bridge locations gave me the absolute worse experiences. The dentist was very skilled and polite. She completed her work in a timely fashion. I’m just amazed at how well she got the job done.

Dr. Johnson was very informative about my treatment plan and steps going forward. She is very nice, friendly, and intelligent. I always leave the appointments feeling very hopeful about my goals involving my smile and so far I love the progress. Dr. Johnson is the best doctor to go to involving dentistry. Amazing work by her and her assistants. Colitha is an awesome hygienist as well by making sure my teeth are clean and friendly. She does a great job as well!

Excellent service and really good, thorough care. It was easy to make this initial appointment online. Reception was good and check in was easy. The tech and the hygienist were very efficient and customer focused. The dentist was thorough and very clear about the treatment plan. Appropriate referrals were made to a periodontist and an oral surgeon. I’m confident that my dental issues will be resolved.

I’m so glad I picked Great Dental Expressions for my dentistry needs. The staff and pleasant and friendly. I’m always able to get an appointment in the time frame & day I need. They are good with customer service in the office and reminders outside of the office. The oral surgeon Dr.J.Hadibie is amazing , his delightful spirit and knowledge of his craft. Has made this the best dental experience I’ve had ever. I don’t like going to the dentist at all. But he reassures me and makes sure I’m comfortable with everything he does & explains in a way so I understand. Currently still going here and don’t have any intentions on going anywhere else!

Dr. Moore is amazing and her staff doesn't fall short of that either. Her and her staff exhibits great customer service by making their clients feel comfortable first, and follows by explaining all the ins and outs of the procedures that you will have. I was frightened when I knew that I had to have surgery, but she and her staff made me feel as comfortable and took their time to explain everything to me. She showed that she cared and that really mattered to me. I appreciate her and the staff taking good care of me throughout this journey, and making my gums more healthier.

I'm glad I chose Great Expressions Dental midtown to perform a much needed dental procedure. Though it was my first visit to the facility, I was impressed with how efficiently my paperwork was processed. Before any services were rendered, I was given a breakdown of the costs of the procedure, which I really appreciated. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Once I was prepped for the procedure, Dr. Hadibe and his assistant thoroughly explained the procedure, which helped to put me at ease. Both displayed very pleasant bedside manner, comforting and encouraging me throughout the procedure. They carried out their task efficiently and professionally, which I really appreciated. After they completed their work, I was given very thorough instructions to help maximize my recovery. Despite my apprehension about undertaking this procedure, I feel that I definitely made the right choice with Great Expressions Dental.

Visiting the dentist is rarely fun or an event you look forward to attending. This place makes it more than tolerable. The staff is pleasant. The waiting area is comfortable. The dental techs and assistants are professional AND informative. They tell you what they’re about to do, ask if you have questions, discuss options, and explain costs upfront. The dentist is also very nice. He explains what he’s doing and he obviously enjoys his work and cares about his patients. Also - parking is free with validation!

Each time I go to my new dentist after relocating to Georgia, I have had an amazing experience from the time I open my car door until I leave. Not only is the office clean and beautifully appointed, everyone is polite, professional and attentive. Dr. Tudor, with a wonderful assist from Ms. Danielle, made me leave smiling. Came to into Greater Expressions Dental today for a severe toothache!! The front desk staff was very welcoming and prompt with service! Everyone was very nice and super involved in the operation!! I would definitely like to especially thank Sidney for his care and assertiveness to my matter!! He was very knowledgeable about my matter and gave me different routes as far as payment options and what would be best for me!! I can honestly say in the years I've been going to the dentist not one person has ever cared to that magnitude!! So if anyone is looking for a great dentist with a great staff, head on over there and Let Greater Expressions take care of you!! Oh and don't forget to ask for Sidney!!

***UPDATE*** Since my original experience, the staff of Great Expressions has been very apologetic in word and action and has addressed every concern. Thank you Sidney and the office manager for reaching out and making things right! _____________________________________________ Original appointment set for 12/30/2019. They called and cancelled a few days before because the hygienist was off. Okay cool, but when asked about a reschedule the receptionist gave me the option to take a 2/14 date or wait for a callback for a cancellation. Still waiting on that callback. I called On 1/13 to follow-up and was given an appointment of 3PM on 1/14/20. Great until I got there and sat for 45 minutes awaiting a teeth cleaning. No one ever came, no staff ever acknowledged my wait, no one explained to me what was going on. I got up and requested my medical records and I was offered another date to come in. While I accepted it, I can’t tell you that I’m not aggressively seeking another dentist office, because I am. I suggest you do too.

Both my husband and I have been coming to this office for 2 years. We have had great experiences! I've been to many different dental offices in 3 different states, and this office is among the very best. The staff is so gracious and professional. Dr. Tudor has a nice, calming energy and all of the hygienists we have seen are excellent. I like how they show you the break down for the cost of your services before they begin so there are no surprises and they are very thorough with the insurance process. I also like how Dr. Tudor showed me my x-rays as he described what he was seeing. My procedures have all been done quickly and gently. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I had a great experience at Great Expressions, I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I filled out my new patient forms prior to arriving, and I think this helped my appointment start on time. I had to schedule a few appointments, the first one I had x-rays done and then a filling done and then came back the next day for a cleaning. The following week I scheduled to get my wisdom teeth out. I really like this office because they get you in and out quickly, when I got my teeth cleaning done I was in and out in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this dentist office for quick and efficient dentistry and friendly customer service.

I am one of the most anxious people when it comes to going to the dentist, but Kiyosha and Dr. Monique Johnson made the experience so easy and so comfortable, that I know I will never delay a dentist appointment again. They gave me information on all of the work I needed done, ensuring that I understood what they were doing as they did it, they made sure that I was able to get appointments the same day or very next day for any followups, and just made the experience all around great. I had zero pain and came out of what could have been a scary dental situation feeling like my teeth were 100% improved and could smile and eat without worrying about them. Very little wait time prior to appointment and the online functionality of verifying appointments is very convenient. Shara has been my hygienist since I became a patient at Great Expressions and she helps to answer my questions plus provides tips of how I can better care for my teeth. Sidney Paul is always helpful when scheduling my next appointment, questions about my bill or insurance coverage. All in all a pleasant experience and makes going to the dentist much more enjoyable!

My experience with the Midtown office was great. We were greeted with the warmest reception from Tiffany. She explained our procedures thoroughly. Once we were escorted to the treatment area Chrene prepped us so carefully and made us feel very comfortable. I thought she was good until Dr. Wilkerson came in with an adorable attitude. Dr. Hadibe was great. Pleasant and thorough. I like that he didn’t encourage me to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed since they’re not causing issues. I find some docs have a “might as well” approach but I’m appreciative of Dr. Hadibe’s thoroughness. I’ll probably use him to remove my top wisdom teeth.

UPDATE: I like the staff here, but have decided to find a new dentist because every time I come I spend 45+ minutes waiting before getting called back for my cleaning (over an hour last time). Once or twice for that to happen is understandable, but it happened 4 visits in a row. Hygienist is great but clearly overworked! Original review: Staff is kind and competent, and they are up-front with how much each visit will cost so there are no surprises. I've gone four or five times now and the last two have had to wait kind of a long time (~45 minutes) to get called back, which is my only compliant. (Each time the staff was apologetic, but it's still a pain.) Bring a book or some work to do in the waiting room!

Dentist is great, but I guess there is some front desk issues. waited for 70 minutes in the waiting room then when I got back they told be I could only get 2 cavities filled (rather than the 4 the appointment was for) because they were running behind and that I would have to schedule another appointment for a different day. Kind of ridiculous to have someone wait over an hour then not even do what you made then wait for. Doctors were very nice and everything but that’s just ridiculous imo

I was very pleased with my first visit to Great Expessions. Everyone friendly and I was impressed with their professionalism and how they addressed my emergency to remove a tooth of mine that had split into two pieces after one of my crowns had come off and they removed it on the same day. Also their discount dental plan I signed up for the day before saved me like 2/3 of the cost. I will definitely be making them my new place for all my dentistry needs. I've had to change dental centers twice since relocating here and I'm proud to say I've found my dental home. Dr. Hugues and his staff took the time not only to cater to my specific needs but to insure that I was always comfortable. They validated my parking. The building is beautiful. The doctor is a charismatic woman who gives visuals to help you understand what needs to be done. It is a large practice with allot of moving parts, but clearly well managed and efficient! Also willing to work with my previous orthodontist so that we can get my teeth to a place of success.

Dr. Tudor and the hygienist who did my cleaning were great but the wait time was awful. I got there at 1:15 for a 1:20 appointment and they didn’t bring me back until 1:55. The hygeniest was finishing up with another patient and didn’t see me until 2:20. So basically my appointment started an hour after it was scheduled. Definitely not acceptable and this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait. This office really needs to improve when it comes to scheduling.

Called to get a replacement retainer made. Sydney was so helpful and nice! The orthodontist and assistant were also very nice and friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. They also provided the retainer at a reasonable price unlike other places I had called and did not try to charge an exorbitant consultation fee like other offices. So happy I found this place!

I was able to see a dentist that gave a full detailed report of what work needed to be done and then see the oral surgeon after. This was the fifth oral surgeon I have seen in the last seven years and she was the best. The staff is friendly and helpful. They explained each step from billing to procedure details as well as after care. Clean rooms with large windows that definitely help to ease the fear of the dentist.

They had a hygienist I liked, but since switching I've waited in the chair the last two times for a while. Almost 30 minutes. This time they called me up to pay the bill, telling me they do the payment before service to speed up the process. This seemed OK, but then I was told to sit back down and continue waiting. So they charge before even being ready to provide the service. I waited another 20 minutes. I find out one of the items they had me sign for was xrays and I had just had xrays 7 months ago. Then it doesn't get taken off my bill and the staff can't provide me with any record that they've corrected the charge saying I have to wait for an email. Thankfully, the staff member did promptly correct the bill and email the receipt within 24 hrs as fast as she could within Great Expressions system. I appreciate that and am grateful. Otherwise, I felt treated like a nuisance for asking basic questions about items on the sheet and forced to sign it without seeing a hygienist. It's not right.

My appointment was for 1:00pm. I was not aware that the building had its own parking, and it would be validated. My first assistant, Heknu , was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable with another assistant who took my x rays, however I did not like it when she put on gloves and then left the exam room. The prices are exhorbitant, I know friends who have received an entire set of dentures for less!! Several people called me from another office while I was on the way to my dental appointment . They were requesting insurance information. Really? I was enroute to the appointment. Dr. Wilkerson was phenomenal ! She made me feel comfortable. She answered all of my questions. She was very professional and caring! I appreciate her relaxed manner. I wish I could afford her. I have the Careington discount plan also, but was told that I could not use it.

This was my first time visiting Great Expressions - Atlanta Midtown, and my complete experience was Fantastic! From beginning to end, All staff were pleasant and welcoming. My first contact was the receptionist. She offered warm greeting with a smile. Ms. Shereen & Ms. Ann explained the steps in my initial visit. Hygienist Ms. Enecka was awesome in administering dental procedures. General Dentist Ms. Wilkerson was polite in explaining the type of dental procedures that were suggested and Ms. Tiffany made sure i understood my billing before leaving the office. My entire experience was super awesome and i'll be setting my next appointment soon.

I went in for a routine cleaning and instead was given a “new patient exam” instead - which was a dentist and a hygienist telling me what I already knew: that I needed a cleaning. But I didn’t get the cleaning. Apparently that happens during the second appointment. I wasted almost an hour of my time here. Won’t be returning. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the staff was super friendly. Avoid this place if, you know, you actually want your teeth cleaned.

I appreciate their service quality and professionalism AND also their patience. Dental patients are sometimes the most scared ones and most in pain. Their staff and oral surgeon were friendly, professional and patient enough to take my needs into consideration, ask for my current medication and then explain costs before hand. The extraction was painless and i was advices on medicines to take and given a prescription to buy the medicines. I was also given enough gauze to stop bleeding over the night. Very friendly, smiling staff and clean clean rooms.

I've been going to Great Expressions Midtown for the last 8 years; even back when it was referred to as "Nanston Dental Group." As a long time patient, I have to say, every time I come here, it is an absolute joy. I'm a UPS Driver so my work schedule is extremely busy, and they have always been able to acquiesce to my schedule, most recently with Saturday appointments. Sidney has been my treatment coordinator for the last several years and is always courteous, polite, professional, and helpful when I have questions about my billing or my treatment plans. O'Shea and Douglas have been more than instrumental in me getting checked in and to my scheduled appointment promptly; accurately answering any question I may have in the process. A couple of years ago, I was able to start the process of getting some very major dental work taken care of. I was definitely nervous but the office was able to work with my insurance as well as my financial situation and got me started on the work that very day. Because of that, I was able to smile at my sisters wedding. Since, my smile has been overhauled completely, I literally get the "you have a beautiful smile" compliment every single day, and I have Dr. Tudor, Danyale, (who have both been 100% trusted in my dental work the entire way, I'd recommend them to anyone) and every single person at Great Expressions to thank for it. I've literally never had a bad experience here. If you're thinking about a new dental office, or simply want a second opinion of some dental work you may be considering, Great Expressions Midtown is definitely my recommendation.

Dr. Tudor is informative and does a good job explaining what he is looking at and what he is recommending for your treatment. He is patient and answers questions. Shara is an amazing hygienist and the #1 reason I go to Great Expressions on 10th Street. She takes care to clean teeth and ensures your oral health remains tip top. The front staff are pleasant, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve insurance issues. My only complaint is that it took too over 3 hours for the Dr/office to call in pain medication to the pharmacy.

I found great expressions several years ago after having a very bad experience with another dentist in Atlanta. The care I have received a great expressions has been beyond extraordinary. They always listen to me and explain procedures thoroughly. Yesterday I had a surgical tooth extraction and prep for a bridge. I was dreading it but Sidney, Danyel, Mary Anne, Dr. Jones and Dr. Tudor and the rest of the staff made the experience fairly enjoyable given the nature of the visit. I will never go to another dentist as long as I live in Atlanta.

I had a GREAT experience at their 10th street location. I was extremely apprehensive and nervous before going because I know that I had a lot of work that needed to be done. But they laid out a comprehensive plan for me that they prioritized. The first leg of that plan was a cleaning that I had done with "Maryland". I recommend you using her, if you can choose, she was very thorough and took measures to make sure I was confortable during the cleaning. She then was very thorough in making sure I understood how to maintain my teeth when I left. When I left the admin that checked me out was very patient and made sure I had all of my follow up appointments set up. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I didn’t have any of the problems that the reviewers on yelp or some of the reviewers on here had. I came to this dentist to see doctor Tudor after a different dentist in Atlanta told me that I had 2 cavities and some faulty work from a previous dentist that needed to be taken care of “ASAP!!!!” Dr. Tudor listened to my concerns and looked over the recommendations from that dentist, and then took a pair of complimentary X-rays to double check their findings. Turns out there were no problems and the recommendations I had gotten (which would have cost me a fortune) weren’t needed. I appreciate the honesty of this practice and would return in the future.

I've always hated going to the dentist, but Dr. Tudor A. Dragulescu, DMD put me at ease and made the whole experience much better than any dentist before. This was no small procedure either, I had multiple fillings and was prepped for a crown. In the future, I will have some cracked and broken teeth repaired and a broken crown replaced. Dr. Dragulescu's long-term plan seems to have my dental-health priorities in mind. Needless to say, my tooth care has been traumatic and I needed a lot of help. True care seems to be everyone's priority here. No one is rushing to get you out of the chair and they want to make sure you are comfortable and that everyone gets the service they deserve. Therefore, I think it's worth waiting a short 18 minutes to get the level and quality of care that I did. The staff apologized to me 5 or so times for the wait, but honestly it was not an issue at all. Furthermore, I opted to have an additional procedure done while I was there and everyone accommodated me without any hesitation. I really thank them a lot.
