Gina is a fantastic hygienist with an excellent “bedside manner.” The dentists are excellent as well! The front office is considerate and professional. The whole place just has a fun and light hearted vibe while being professional. Overall switching from my old dentist saved me around $1,000 a year because they didn’t take insurance (I used to visit the dentist every three months). Now I literally just walk out with the payment taken care of and a bright white smile on my face! Thanks D & C!

I had missed my dentist appointments for several years due to COVID-19, so Gina had her work cut out for her. She did a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth, and updating my X-rays. Then Dr. Drescher did the examination, so I'm all up to date and it was a very pleasant experience.

He and his assistant made the experience very comfortable even though i had a big lip and jaw😀. I got there at 12:15pm and was leaving the office before 1:30pm. Most times my hygienist is there waiting while I’m signing in which is so convenient for lunch hour visit. Today was a new challenge when I suddenly developed pain on the right side of my mouth I was concerned because it’s Friday & I planned to leave town on Sunday. I was very pleased with the service but not pleased with cost at all. This is the 3rd time I've been since the pandemic and since I lost my job and I now have Humana insurance. All three times I really feel like I'm being treated unfairly as to what I'm being charged. This was a regular cleaning with no xray. My insurance paid $50 but yet I was charged a $122. Not sure what a $115 was billed for! I really l like this offuce and the techs but, I really feel I have been taken advantage of financially. I've been billed over the last few years a lot more when I started coming in to this office and when I had insurance with a job. Even down to the validation of the parking. I was there for less than an hour and was still charged $10 for parking. So I have decided that this will be my last visit to this location.

I had a really bad slip and fall at work which caused damage to my front right tooth (yes, one of the big ones on top😣). Because my workers comp didn’t have a direct dentist for me to go to and I don’t have a regular dentist I had the opportunity to choose my own. I knew I wanted to go to a top rated dentist because of the location of the injury so my smile could be normal again. I chose Drescher & Cohen because they had the highest reviews. Dr. Stephan Drescher was my dentist. He and his entire staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Everyone is pleasant and very patient. He gave me a thorough review and was 100% honest about everything. I was pretty upset that my tooth was permanently damaged and I needed a root canal 😭, but he was assuring that everything would be fine and he’d take good care of my tooth. Now I’m preparing for the crown to go on top. I’ve even chosen to get my teeth whitened before I have my crown put on and I’m so excited to see the results after everything is done. This will be my dentist moving forward. They are worth every penny and I highly recommend them.

I had my first visit today and the experience was great. The building is upscale and the staff was very welcoming. My hygienist saw me on time and was very friendly. She did a great job. I met with Dr. Simian who looked at my x-rays and teeth and then gave me a few friendly reminders for maintaining my teeth's good health. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Is enjoying going to the dentist a thing?! The dentists at Drescher and Cohen have made me dread going to dental appointments a little less! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Their appointments always start on time, and they even have flex hours so you can go before work. Dr. Stephan did some cosmetic work on my teeth and it looks SO good. He was great and involved me in the process the entire way, making sure I like how my new smile was going to look. They're also straightforward about what you're looking at having done and what the cost will be, so there's no pressure or anxiety about getting stuck with a bill you weren't ready for. Dr. Stephan even CALLED ME the next day to check and make sure I wasn't in any pain and I've never had that level of patient care before. Best dentists ever.

Always a pleasurable experience when I visit the office of Drescher and Cohen. Front office staff is always kind and welcoming. Kathy is my regular hygienist and the best! She is very personable, thorough and gentle. She makes sure I am comfortable throughout the process. Getting a teeth cleaning isn't always the most enjoyable event..but somehow Kathy makes it all ok! I travel a good distance, passing hundreds of different dental offices, but Kathy makes it worth the drive..even in Atlanta traffic. The dentist are ALL professional and wonderful. They, too, make the visit to a dentist a wonderful experience. The ambiance in the office is warm and feels like family. Definitely a 5 Star operation!

I can't believe what a great job Dr. Cohen did removing my wisdom teeth! I was expecting it to be a big scary thing, but he was so good at keeping me relaxed. The room was full of plants and pleasant pictures and the chair had a gentle massage function to keep me distracted. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions before and after. It only took him a few minutes to get them out and in the following days I never even had much pain or swelling. I recommend this place to EVERYONE, but I especially recommend it for anyone with anxiety!

They are excellent in adhering to your appointment time. So by the time you sit down and open a magazine, they're calling you in. The staff is friendly and personable. The doctors are wonderful (so knowledgeable and extremely friendly). Although Dr. Drescher is my dentist, I have had occasion to be seen by Dr. Cohen, and he is just as wonderful as Dr. Drescher. I moved to ATL about 5 years ago and was referred by a friend who has been with Dr. Cohen since he was a kid. And since I've been going here...literally, the best dentist I've ever had. They truly care about your health/teeth, and always provide feedback as to how you can improve for the next time. The staff always remembers me...even small personal stories that I tell while in the chair. My appointments are always on time and cleanings, etc. are always completed in a timely manner. I sought treatment with many other dentists who told me they could nothing to stop my sensitivity. However, Dr. Drescher shared that braces could likely fix the problem. Thinking I needed something invasive, braces seemed like a good choice to try. I choose Invislign and just completed my treatment. I am so HAPPY with the results! My teeth no longer hurt and I have a new smile that feels so nice. The staff is amazing! The staff (yes, all of them I came in contact with) are so helpful and nice. The dental hygienist , Tonya Roach, educated me on many dental techniques to better care for my teeth. She spent the extra time and really heard my concerns. You truly can feel confident that whatever work you need will be done in very capable hands. The entire staff makes your needs a priority from your well being to financials. This is certainly a nice break from other places that pump you in and out. If it’s your first time going, I do suggest leaving 10-15 minutes earlier than you normally would before your appointment because parking and navigating the office building they’re located in can be confusing if you’ve never been before. Once you figure it out though, it’s a piece of cake.

There was a little bit of a time gap between my cleaning with the hygienist and seeing the dentist, but they acknowledged and apologized for it. Dr. Descher was so personable and kind. I have to say, I am very impressed with this place. From the office staff, to the doctors, my experience was extremely pleasant. The bedside manner is great, I didn't feel rushed, and I was comfortable knowing the doctor was knowledgeable. Also, handclap for them being open at 7 am. Finally a doctor's office who considers working people! I came to this office after visiting another dental office (that shall remain nameless). I had gotten a filling two weeks prior, and was having tooth sensitivity. Right away, I was prescribed an antibiotic, and four days later warned that I would need a root canal. They called back two days later to tell me I would owe $1,020. I laughed, and hung up the phone. I immediately wanted a second opinion. That's when I found Drescher & Cohen. During my visit, I was informed that I didn't actually need a root canal, and that my nerves were in fact, fine, with no signs of infection. Needless to say, I was relieved that I didn't need a procedure I couldn't afford, and that I had found such a great doctor. Highly recommend.

Dr. Drescher (and his team) is the mother-f-ing man. When I had a cavity and broke a tooth loose. I called over 5 different dentists and he was the only one that took the time to squeeze me in as an emergency. I've been going back ever since. Teeth cleanings, fillings, etc. His staff is always friendly and courteous. They always call me right before my appointment to remind me. They are never late, I have never had to sit and wait in the waiting area for more than 2-3 minutes before I begin. I cannot say enough about this practice. Good stuff.

Dr. Cohen not only cares for the health of our teeth, but the overall health of you as a person. For years I had been battling headaches that I just attributed to life... the first exam with him and he knew exactly what was causing them, a misalignment of the jaw due to years of various work. In just a few brief visits he had me all straightened out! Headaches are a thing of the past, I sleep much more comfortably and no longer solely support Advil! If it's anything from a basic cleaning to pretty hefty work - I recommend this dental clinic with six stars and a healthy YES!

Dr. Cohen was enormously successful in diagnosing and treating my TMJ symptoms without surgery. I began seeing Doctor Cohen after an incident in which my jaw was broken and I was wary of offices that would over-prescribe TMJ treatments - happily this is not that. Dr Cohen is the very best. He diagnosed a dental problem I had over 20 years ago that no one else could figure out. I went to 2 other dentist, an internist and a chiropractor and not one of these could tell me anything, they just prescribed pain pills. Dr Cohen found the problem within 5 mins. This dentist’s office is a surreally-peaceful oasis in the heart of Atlanta’s bustling Midtown. I will admit, it takes a little finding on your first visit, but everyone - down to the very last construction worker - I met was very helpful in pointing the way. Once I arrived, the smiling staff made me feel welcome, and my hygenist Tanya just cracked me up, and kept me well-informed throughout my entire cleaning. The doctors keep all of the patient rooms chock full of interesting items, and the views from the windows are well worth the pain! Ahaha. I broke a tooth on Saturday (I was in no pain) and called Monday morning to schedule an appointment. I was able to meet with Dr. Drescher Monday at 2:30 and get it taken care of. I hate the sound of the drill so someone in the office gave me their phone and headset to listen to. I'm in my 50s, and used several dentist in my lifetime. I've had a few Root Canals; none were a very pleasant experience.. One guy drilled up into my Sinus (can you believe it?). Last week I had a root canal done by Dr. Drescher. From a comfort perspective, it was no worse than getting a filling done, took a l little more time in the chair than a filling, but I was comfortable through the procedure.

Edit: dr office called me and explained that each person has their preference with the hygienist and that they can make a note in my profile to only see my preferred hygienist!! They also offered me a free cleaning!! Now THATS’s cusomter service!!! Changing my star rating to 5. My first two appointments were excellent but my last one wasn't good. Now I realized why I loved the first two, it was De. Drescher's hygienist! Don't get me wrong, Dr. Drescher is excellent but we spend 90% of the time with the hygienist and unfortunately the new hygienist is sub-par. She was not thorough in the cleaning and in trying to detect issues with my teeth compared to the first hygienist. The new one was done with me within half the time the first hygienist did. I really hope she was a temporary person and that they'll bring back Dr. Drescher's first hygienist!!!!

I came in today to have a routine dental cleaning. One of our office staff members recommended the office. Well, I had the best dental cleaning that I can recall in 33 years. Sarah, my hygienist, has been in the practice for over 9 years. She was meticulous, attentive, professional and superb. As a medical professional, I was extremely pleased with her direct approach to problems and recommendations. She was on top of everything, from medical advice, to what is covered or not with insurance, and what she would do or not do. I felt that my time spent with Sarah was extremely well organized and productive. Dr. Drescher - came in for his evaluation, even checked in while Sarah was working on. He is extremely personable, approachable, and professional. He is well versed in general dentistry and also has extensive experience over 19 years with Invisilign. I must say, as a new resident to the Atlanta area, I am elated to be taken cae of by Dr Drescher and his staff. Karen (who speaks Spanish) and Cindy in the front desk were superbly friendly and organized. I am just overall very pleased with my experience and will be definitely coming back. I loved the fact that you can pre do all your paperwork online, and they were super efficient in calling me back 5 mins before my appt time to get my cleaning started! For those people who live in the Midtown area, walking to the office is convenient.

Best dentist EVER. PERIOD. Dr. Cohen fixed my severe TMJ (numb arms, extreme vertigo after every meal, headaches, plus more...) brought on by bad dentistry at another practice. His approach is always conservative and he is very gentle and compassionate. My daughter is prone to anxiety and panic attacks.
