Top notch! As a person who has been afraid of the dentist all my life, I had the most pleasurable experience. Dr. Patel & staff take their time to explain & advise through the entire process. They had the utmost patience with a client like me 😂. They have ALL the latest technology to make sure they provide you with precise diagnosis, so you can make informed decisions about the procedures you’d like to receive. The office is spotless! They have early morning hours (7am), accept most insurance and all credit cards. At 52 years old, I’ve finally found the right dental expert & location to get my mouth fixed!

The office is so modern and high tech, and it’s full of people who genuinely care about making your visit a great one. Unlike my last dentist, I didn’t have to wait 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen after my appointment time. They called me in exactly at the time of my appointment, which sped up the entire process and allowed me to get back to my job. Dr. Patel was kind, easy to talk to, and very informative. I liked how he utilized his iPad to visualize the points he was making as he was talking. Best dentist office I’ve been to in years! Will definitely come back again.

My dental cleaning is like a spa treatment. Aquarium seascape on the ceiling, luxury lobby, scented gloves (what?!), Sunglasses, very conscientious hygienists. I'm probably going to go 3x a year and pay OOP because it's so enjoyable. Dr. Z is also very knowledgeable and well connected to good surgeons.

Today I went to 19th street dental my favorite dentist office!! My hygienist was Chelse and she was amazing!!!!! She’s super gentle and I didn’t even know she was in my mouth. Like everyone else, not a fan of going to the dentist but I must say I love Dr Patel and his team. I've had significant revision work here given nightmare experiences with other dentists and the quality of dental work I receive at 19th St dental is head and shoulders above others I've visited in Buckhead!! Today I went for my yearly cleaning and check up with Dr. Tammy Zeineddin and I was totally impressed with my entire experience! The office just got a spectacular total remodel. Everything was modern and sleek, more spa-like than clinical. Even my hygienist Patti was new to me. Jill always did a great job and I was nervous about having someone new clean my 10+ year old veneers. Patti saw that my gums were not as healthy around my veneers as they were around my natural teeth. She took the time to discuss what was causing it and what I should be doing differently . Possibly the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Not only is the office modern but so is their equipment. That means no more awful x-rays where you bite down on that awful ring and have the film edges cut into your mouth. Then have to wait while they process. A small digital sensor gives instant results to the screen. I also replaced my night guard and was pleasantly surprised how that process had changed too. No more shoving my teeth in uncomfortable pink goop filled trays. Ms. Deborah scanned the surface of my teeth and created a virtual replica quickly and easily. Dr. Zeineddin and her team exceeded all my expectations today. I left my appointment feeling happy and satisfied with a beautiful smile.

Dr. Zenineddin is great and the STARS of the office are in my opinion Ms. Deborah and Kendra!!!! Location is fantastic in my opinion for an in-town dentist- you can get in and out very quickly with Atlantic Station's lower level parking. I remember like yesterday when I was referred to Dr Patel and I will be forever grateful! He is a great physician and the most important part is how he cares for you as a person! That really makes the difference. There are a few providers that do not have great bedside manners but I am proud to say that my dentist, Dr. Patel does! The staff is very professional and Todd (front desk) stole my heart at the door (first impression). I know that I have the right to go to any dentist but I am very happy that I chose to continue my care with this group. I have a great fear of going to the dentist based on past experiences with other dentists, but starting with my first visit and through a second visit requiring a two- hour procedure, I left feeling "Yes! my daughter referred me to a keeper!" Dr. Patel and the staff made me feel at ease and were sensitive and responsive to my fears and needs. Dr. Patel also did a great job showing and explaining the state of my teeth in a very conversational and understandable way. Just a great experience and outcome- the quality of the work was on point! Dr. Zeineddin, Deborah the hygienist and the entire staff are the best! I had been a patient of Dr Z. about 15 years ago when her office was located in the building where I work. She moved to Atlantic Station and another dentist occupied her old space. For convenience I switched to the new dentist but really missed Dr. Z's professionalism, her attentiveness and sensitivity. Recently, while working remotely out of the country I noticed that my dental bridge which was placed 6 years ago was becoming loose. Needless to say I was very nervous that it would fall off. I booked a flight back to the States and scheduled an appointment immediately to see my dentist to repair the damaged bridge, but also to get an understanding as to why the bridge failed after only 6 years. My dentist re-cemented the bridge in place but warned me that I may have to replace it and that he is not sure how long the re-cementing would last. I decided to visit Dr Zeineddin for a consultation. Everyone was so welcoming and courteous. The office is immaculate, very modern with state-of-the -art equipment. I was very impressed. DR. Z provided multiple options in order to correct the problem and we decided that dental implants were the best course of action. I was very nervous and had lots of questions but Dr Z. calmed my fears and was very patient in explaining the process. The entire procedure took about 7 hours (with breaks in between) but I experienced very little discomfort. My implants are healing very nicely, I'm in no pain, the temporary teeth are very comfortable. I am a happy customer. I would highly recommend 19th Street Dental. Thank you Dr. Zeineddin.

Dr. Patel is highly knowledgeable and honest. I went in for a third opinion for some mild tooth pain I have been having (one dentist told me nothing was wrong, the second opinion told me I immediately needed 2 crowns). Dr Patel took the time to thoroughly review my X-rays with me and gave me a plan that made the most sense and was much more conservative than jumping to get 2 crowns. He treated me like a family member and I felt as though he had my best interest at heart. The office staff is wonderful too.

She has boasted on how he is always on the cutting edge of dentistry, how innovative he is, blah....blah.....blah.....or so I thought. I can not say enough good things about this practice. State of the art equipment and procedures. My girlfriend recommended Dr. Patel, because I was explaining to her I was experience extreme anxiety surrounding the dentist, having had 2 root canals in 2 years, with a previous provider. I was having tooth pain and avoiding all dentists, until it got bad. Dr. Patel fixed my tooth that day and made the crown in office.. thankfully no root canal. He also got to the root of my problem (pun intended). I was grinding my teeth and cracking them. Now I have a sleep guard, hopefully no more root canals. I trust him and his staff to keep my teeth healthy and me informed on how we can do this together!

I've been going to 19th street dental for about 3 years and originally chose the practice based on their location to my work office. I'm surprised its taken me this long to write a review so this is long overdue. The dental office is located in Atlantic station on the second level, you can take the stairs or elevator. They accept dental insurance and stay pretty busy so i recommend booking your appointment a few months in advance. Tip: its really hard getting in in December. I went to the office today for my routine cleaning and exams and was immediately greeted by the front desk staff when I walked in. This is the norm, the staff is always professional and friendly. Also, the office is very clean and decorated in a modern look. I never have a wait and its a very efficient check-in and check out process. Jill is always friendly and does an awesome job cleaning and polishing. I love receiving my little treat bag its perfect for travel time. Dr. Patel always has a smile and isn't pushy. He gives his professional opinion and leaves up to you to make a decision. If you're looking for a dentist, give 19th street a call today.

This was the best Dentist office I have ever became a patient with; the staff was great and friendly. They allowed me to split my new patient appointment into two different appointments due to my work schedule. I even enjoyed the Dental Assistance as well as the Dentist himself. There office atmosphere was a pleasure to be within; they individualize a plan just for you. The prices with my insurance was even better I usually have to pay a difference when I visit the Dentist but not with 19th Street Dental. Doctor Patel was wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone for any dental work. I will definitely continue my treatment with there office as a patient, and for future appointments. The staff at 19th St is great. They were able to get me, a brand new patient, in for an examination immediately when I called in with severe tooth pain. Turns out I needed an infected wisdom tooth removed. They wanted to take it out then and there but I couldn’t spare the the time. They were able to schedule me for the extraction at 8am the very next day. Dr. Patel is gentle, precise and communicates very clearly. His staff is extremely efficient and welcoming. Uninsured pricing is very reasonable. I couldn’t have wished for a better dentist experience.

This is one of the best dental offices that I’ve found and I’ve been to many! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was in severe pain before I called the office and even as a new patient, I got an appointment for the same day - immediately!!! The back office staff is friendly too! Every patient has their own tv monitors and the space is fairly closed-off so you’re not disturbed by other visitors. I saw Dr. Patel, he’s super cool. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and he has all the latest dental gadgets to take x-rays without having those horrible plastic things in the roof of your mouth for 20 minutes!!!!!! That’s a plus + plus for me... I had an infection so I needed to clear that up before I could start my actual treatment plan😭 Later that evening, around 11pm-ish ... the pain started again!!!! So, I called the office praying for someone to answer the phone after hours... #HEDID!!!!! Turned out I needed to double up on my first dose of meds and from there I was perfect!!!! That was a “happy nite” !!!!!!!! ❤️ I finally got some 💤 Lastly but MOST IMPORTANT..... I didn’t feel as though I was up charged for procedures or offered a treatment plan that was beyond the initial scope of my visit or my budget. I’ve adopted 19th Street Dental Office as my #preferreddentist... If by chance you’re in the market for a new provider, I fully endorse Dr. Patel and his Staff members for that position. JC

As far as my cleaning and exam were concerned, that went very well and the staff did a good job. However, the moment I sat down in the office and began speaking with Dr. Patel, I felt the need to guard my wallet. Dr. Patel advised me to get a whitening treatment to which I said I wasn't interested in right now. He then proceeded to plant the seeds for me to think I needed an electric toothbrush and that I may also grind my teeth at night while we were looking over my x-rays. Not once in any of my previous dental visits has teeth grinding ever been mentioned as something I might do at night and nobody in my family suffers from it. Then I got my cleaning with the hygienist who picked up on the pitch about the electric brush and teeth grinding, explaining that they sold the high-end electric tooth brush through their office and the custom-made night guard. She even went so far as to say that if I found a lower price on Amazon for the brush, they could probably match it. At the end of the visit, my recommend treatment plan included a $399 whitening treatment and then a $500+ night guard to which my insurance only covered half. I caved and got the night guard thinking I really needed it and canceled the order later that same day when the salesman effect wore off. My interactions between Dr. Patel and the hygienist felt like a carefully crafted scheme to get me to spend money on things I didn't need at their office. I will not be going back despite having a fine experience with their work on my teeth.

From verbally booking my first appointment, checking in with the front office staff (both were professional, personal and patient even when I was visibility annoyed due to the pain of just having 2 teeth removed and a filling, the woman who handles the finances in the front was extremely kind, gracious and so nice, the clean, spacious, organized, quiet, beautiful office, the knowledge, humor and comforting dental team (Debra & Tammy), that never made me feel as if I was taking up their time or rushed. They discussed all options with me and took their time. Tammy has a calming touch and proactively explained next steps with me while she worked. Debra (Brenda) is really perfectly suited in her role and has a wonderful sense of humor, was extremely knowledgeable about the dental journey I was there to begin and kept her dental mask on the entire time (and I was there from 11:15 AM - 2:45 PM) which I thought was hilarious. Let me start of by confessing this... I have had such a great experience with Dr. Patel and his staff that even though I moved an hour and a half away, I still see Dr. Patel. I replaced all of my other practitioners opting to find others closer to home. Unfortunately, I was not blessed with strong teeth. It seemed every year as a child I had to get fillings for my baby teeth and adult teeth. So while others are not as lucky as I to have been to be given the chance to visit so many dentists, my experience seeing at least a dozen dentists and endodontists has given me plenty of knowledge on what makes a great dental practice. It's a blessing and a curse... Most people I encounter only see their dentist the recommended two times per year for cleaning and checkup. I know people who haven't gone to the dentist in years! It completely boggles my mind how that could be a common thing. For those who go just annually or semiannually for cleanings, they always seem to have the same mentality about it. That being that the visit is a formality and nothing more than a once over that takes 15 seconds for the dentist to say "Looks good. Keep up the flossing." I've had those experiences. Even with teeth that have cost me more than my art school student loans, I've still seen the dentists who are clearly on auto pilot and do not want to get too involved in my issues. I would describe Dr. Patel as the proactive type who will take the initiative and time to discuss ways to either reverse damage that has occurred or prevent it entirely. That wasn't my first visit... I wasn't that lucky and because of my bad teeth, my first visit involved explaining the damage that had occurred, why I'm in pain, and what options I had to resolve the issues. He seemed to be more focused on fixing my pains and saving my teeth before anything else. He prioritized my care. Just a couple months ago I had my most impressive checkup ever. For once, nothing needed to be done! Dr. Patel told me I'm now at a stable point and said that really the only thing look as next was braces to help the crowding and thus plaque buildup. Over the past 8 years, I have slowly replaced all my old childhood amalgam fillings with porcelain inlays and onlays. Four dentists have collectively completed the work to restore my teeth. Unfortunately, I saw Dr. Patel after the majority of the work was done. Not only have I had great experiences at his office, but state of the art techniques were used save my smile. Every other practice that did the porcelain inlays and onlays or crowns on my teeth required two sometimes three visits just for one tooth. However, the technique used to fix my broken tooth was made in the office by a very cool machine. I also enjoyed watching Dr. Patel work on the design of the tooth on the software I called Adobe Illustrator for teeth. My tooth was diagnosed, a mold was taken, the crown made, then placed and sealed all in maybe an hour? I have to mention the hygienists and front desk staff. The hygienists are so nice and not judgmental. If you're like me you're are always dreading that horrible question about flossing. I have always felt very comfortable with the dental hygienists and assistants. They are very knowledgeable. I also like seeing Dr. Patel take the time the instruct and teach the dental staff when something new comes along. Encouraging your staff to continue education is always great in my book. The admin staff have been so patient with me so many times. When I've had financial issues in the past, they always worked with me without postponing my care. I have been so thankful for their compassion and customer service. If you can't tell by now, I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff.

Service was fine but when I checked out I was charged $22 extra for “extensive” cleaning, and only because I said that last time I had my teeth cleaned was almost 1 year ago (in fact the hygienist didn’t mention any tough / extensive cleaning needed).
