Lee’s Dental Assistant is very intelligent and the two communicate well for a speedy, well done completion. Love that there is a diverse staff where anyone can feel comfortable! 💗 Highly recommend. I had 2 appointments on 2 days. The first was my first visit to Arden Dental Group and the 2 day was for 2 fillings. Both visits were very good. All employees made me feel comfortable and explained the procedures as they were going to occur. Dr Huffman to steps to ensure I did not experience pain during the work on the caveats. I think this is an exceptional dental office and I would recommend them to friends and family.

I’ve had several appointments and interactions with Dr. Clark, her assistant ShanDell, and the lovely staff since recently becoming a patient and it’s been the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dentist and their staff. My questions got answered and explained deeper when I didn’t understand or became overwhelmed as I often do when it comes to my dental care. These guys are great! We love them! Had my teeth cleaned today and Julia did a great job. She used a little different process than I’ve experienced before which made me feel like my teeth were exceptionally clean. Dr. Huffman is my primary Dentist and has really taken care of us over the years, from emergencies to regular care. Meredith Clark is also a great dentist with such a fun attitude. Jackie, the office manager?, is so accommodating, helpful and just fun to talk with as well. We so much appreciate the care we receive from these guys and their kind hearts toward difficult circumstances by giving of themselves toward the care of others.

5+ stars if possible! Greeted by Victoria who was very welcoming and polite! My husband was initially scheduled to see Dr. Huffman but for some reason moved to Dr. Clark’s schedule which was the best thing ever! Dr. Clark was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the dental x-rays, purpose and procedure! She couldn’t have explained the images any better and most importantly her professional recommendations as to what options and timeline she recommended for treatment were very well understood! I honestly do not recall the last time a Doctor took his/her time to explain with such detail and patience as Dr. Clark did! I’m sure many will agree that Doctors now a days are in and out of the room within maybe 15min depending on the procedure of course… but that was not the case with Dr. Clark! I also liked that she rather reschedule my husband a separate appointment for his cleaning as she had taken the time to explain the plan in place for my husbands dental care! Dr. Meredith Clark is the Dentist you’ve been looking for! Victoria at the reception desk was very nice and patient in explaining cost for future procedures!

Dr. Huffman made me a wonderful set of teeth, an upper denture and a lower partial, 20 years ago. They were wonderful. They were comfortable and I could eat whatever I wanted. But in 2017 I lost the teeth that held the lower partial, and without them I could no longer chew. This spring I was finally able to return to Dr. Huffman for a new set of dentures. Oh, what a marvelous thing it is to be able to chew! I had been completely unaware that because of not chewing my food I was actually eating way more than I needed. My stomach was frequently upset from all this unchewed food. I had dramatically altered my diet to eat soft things, but that never really solved the problem. Chewing is an integral part of digestion. And it’s calming, actually. So being able to chew again is a truly marvelous thing. My stomach is most pleased. My diet is shifting slowly back to what it should be. And my dentures are comfortable. And they look great, too!

Had a great experience with Arden Dental Group last week. I'd been looking for a new dentist, & hadn't found any that was a good fit. I usually leave a dentist office feeling like I did something wrong & guilty, but I felt really good after working with Lindsay for a cleaning and Dr Lee! They were patient and kind, answered all my questions, and focused on communicating everything they were doing/going to do. I could tell they wanted to educate about not only general dental health, but my own habits & patterns. Very pleasant experience! I’m always a little nervous going to a new dentist. Moving forced me to find a new dentist in my new living area. Having several to choose from it was to say the least overwhelming. I arrive a little early and filled out the paper work. Once in the chair with the doctors assistant I began to relax. She was professional, but personal. She explained what her role that day was is my care, and proceeded in taking my needed x-rays. Once she was done the doctor came in. The Doctor was also professional, but personal. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I’m 70 years old & growing up I had horrific experiences with dentists that left me with intense fear, so much so I only went in emergencies, living through panic attacks in the process. Unfortunately that left me with badly needed work which I am getting now. I'm so very thankful to have found this dental group a couple of years ago & now with the help of Dr Huffman & his amazing staff I'm getting that much needed work! They do everything possible to make each visit as easy & pleasant as possible. They explain everything they are going to do, make sure I’m comfortable, even helping me if I’m feeling panic which has almost gone away because I trust them so much. That’s my key word I want to convey in this review! “Trust” I completely trust them to do what needs to be done painlessly! The entire staff was extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive and their office is very clean and organized. It has been a while since I've seen a dentist so I was a bit worried but they quickly put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything they were doing. The doctor even explained what the numbers or phrases meant that he was vocalizing to the tech as he went through each tooth so if anything was abnormal I knew the moment he found it. After my visit with the doctor, I sat down with another staff member and reviewed my treatment plan and all of the costs which really proved they go the extra mile to make sure I am well informed on what is going on and the costs associated. My past medical history has created a very challenging situation for most dentists. I have literally had a few refuse seeing me because of it. The doctors at this practice have always performed there very best to give me the best possible oral hygiene care. Dr. Huffman recently replaced my upper partial. This was a long process because of issues related to the need for it. Teeth had to be extracted, these areas had to heal and device engineering had to take place. I can say now my mouth is in better shape that it has been in years. I need to give thanks to all the individuals that work at this establishment. The nice ladies at check-in. Dr. Clark for her caring and compassion and Dr. Lee. In addition, Jackie the Office Manager. She help my wife and I through this whole process. She went out of her way to assist us. I have to also say how caring the technicians were to me. That made sure I was taken care of properly and as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this Clinic, not only for there services, but their caring and compassionate shown to the patients.

Everything is a positive experience from your first encounter with the front office staff to the hygienist, Doctor and Office Manager. I have had a lot of dental work in my life, this is by far the best. The Doctor's are great to work with, have great communication so nothing is a surprise. They have worked with my insurance company to insure I am getting the best coverage. "My" hygienist is wonderful. Usually I get anxious over cleanings, no longer ! I just began using Arden Dental Group about 6 months ago due to a lapse on my part in keeping up with issues developed years ago. I was on a mission to get it corrected quickly. Dr Meredith Clark and her team created a plan that met my timing and finances. Beyond working well with her clients, Dr Clark is by far the best dentist I have experienced while getting transferred from Philadelphia, to Atlanta, then Chicago, to New Jersey, South Carolina, Alabama, and then Asheville! I found Arden Dental at the Ag Center Health fair 2 years ago and I couldn't be happier. I actually had an appointment with another dental office and I had to cancel that appointment because I was so impressed with Dr Clark and her support staff she had with her that day, I had to visit the office. Boy was I glad I did. The rest of the office staff and the other dentists were of as equally high of a caliber. Just saying...a great call on my part and you can make the same great call...They now have a relatively new addition to their staff, Dr. S. Lee. I must say that they hit a home run with the addition of Dr.Lee to the staff. She has adjusted my bridge twice now over the last year and it's spot on. Great work Dr. Lee.

Dr. Clark, Younger and Dr. Huffman have all provided the best care and made my little ones comfortable with any treatment needed. I started here as a dental assistant 9 years ago! I absolutely love our office! I was told when I started that once you start working here, you stay.... it was true! I've never seen a staff so close and Drs. that care so much. We have fun all while providing the best dental care I've ever seen at an office. Now as an adult I have a great time meeting and helping to educate and assist in the dental care of all of our patients. I truly believe we have the best patients an office could hope for. Needless to say I was nervous going in, embarrassed by the fact that I hadn’t had a routine cleaning in so long. I knew I had some issues and also something fairly major I wanted to take care of. Dr. Clark and Brooke made it one of the best experiences in my adult life. From the second I walked in, I felt welcome and like I was at home. Apparently my "regular dentist" in another state hadn't advised me of some issues. So, on a weekend I had to call and the office manager, on her day off, made an appointment for me for first thing Monday morning. I was greeted promptly and escorted to the room. Dr. Huffman and Yvonne were very informative and nice. Did I say I hate going to the dentist? They explained everything they were doing and what they were looking at in my mouth. My next appointment was with Dr. Clark. Also very professional and informative. Dr. Clark and her assistant, I think her name was Amber, made the dentist appointment more relaxing with their conversation and explanation. I also met the other Dentists on my way out. Dr. Deines and Dr. Younger were very cordial even though I couldn't talk much because my mouth was numb. Highly recommend this office!!!! Since we all have to go there, like it or not.

She makes you so comfortable prior to the Dr.'s arrival. Shandell has been with the practice for a long time and her professional care with complete dental knowledge is invaluable to the business I am sure. This brings me to Dr. Huffman. I am a male in my late 50's that has had a great deal of dental work in my life. I have lived coast to coast and have had numerous dentists in various cities. I have been a patient of Dr. Huffman now for 3 years and have had nothing but top of the line 5 star dental work from him. I have never had a better dentist. His chair side manner is about as calming and reassuring as a patient could hope for. Dr. Huffman also does fantastic dental work. I have had multiple major repairs done in the time I have been a patient and have been completely pleased with the outcomes. The after procedure follow up that the dental office does is spot on too. All I can say is there are decent dental practices and there are outstanding ones. This is undoubtedly the best dental group that I have ever used. I am one of the "lucky" ones that have been fighting gum disease it seems forever and I figured it was a losing battle. Previously I had visited to two periodontist. After gum surgery, deep cleaning and paying out the ying yang I still lost teeth to gum disease. The regular dentists I visited did not lay out a strategic plan to make my oral hygiene better or fix the gum problem that I had. Dr.Clark is my personal dentist at Arden Dental Group and she along with a fantastic team of Dentists and Hygienist have helped me keep my teeth and gums healthier than they have been in years. The 1st thing Dr. Clark did was lay out a personal action plan for me and for the 1st time ever (compared to other dental facilities) I felt like these folk really cared about my oral hygiene and weren't just about pulling or filling teeth. They were genuinely concerned about my teeth and would do everything possible to prevent further loss of the remaining ones. I have had a Dental Implant and Bridgework as well as Caps and Fillings. All these procedures were done by Dr. Clark who is not just a DR. but an artist in her own right! I am proud of my smile now and my teeth aren't like the stars....they don't come out at night! Kudos to Julia, my personal Hygienist. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth the last time I was there.

I hate the dentist! No really. I hate the smell, the sound, the atmosphere, and the whole experience. They seem to know a lot of folks feel that way. They have aromatherapy in the rooms, let you select the music, have separate hygienist floor from dental drilling floor, and even have gooseneck rockers, keurig, and super chic entertainment center that you're gonna envy in the waiting area. Never seen so many legitimate hobby magazines either. I have always made appts for my husband and son's for their dental needs, putting my dental needs on the backburner and I was hesitant (embarrassed) in making an appointment because I needed SO much work. I finally decided to go handle mine with Arden Dental and Meredith Clark. How I wish I had done this sooner. The entire staff at this office is amazing and thorough. No surprises either. A plan is made and it's up to you as to what you can do and in what length of time. No pressure whatsoever. They take their time, no feeling rushed thru a procedure. Dr. Clark explains everything in detail and she is always making sure your comfortable with no pain. I just can't say enough good about them. I have found who I will stay with for sure.
