I have been going to Glacier Dental since I was 17 and I love it! They have the best customer service and great doctors. Everyone is so nice, friendly and efficient. I am always in and out of there with no extra delays. They accept medicaid which I love, all my services are covered and I do not have to pay anything! Very quick and professional. I got a routine cleaning and one filling done in a little over an hour. They were so quick, in fact, that I kind of wish I had stopped the dentist for a second to have a better look at my x-rays. That would be my only complaint.

Absolutely wonderful service and lovely individuals at this place of business. I'd had a severe tooth ache that began slowly over the course of a couple of days and ramped up to the point that it was some of the worst pain I'd endured in my life (bearing in mind I've broken my shoulder, knee and several other bones). New Year's Eve the pain was unbearable and impacting my throat my right eye also. I called Glacier Dental and received a positive, cheerful and empathetic individual who got me in right away. Everyone was smiles, kindness, cordiality and empathy from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. James, Dakota and everyone else in the office made me feel welcome and were all very thorough, making certain the x-rays showed everything they needed and talking me through all of my options. Dr. James presented every option available to me and gave his expert opinion on what would be the best possible solution to my problem. He and his crew quickly and efficiently made certain my issue was taken care of and were very thorough in going over the aftercare and follow-up process with me. Like many people I used to have a certain sense of dread associated with visiting the dentist, but I must say I cannot possibly recommend Glacier Dental enough. New Year's Eve was the first time I'd ever visited their office and they immediately made me feel as though I'd been a patient of theirs for years.

They were kind enough to make time at the appt I scheduled for a cleaning to fill all of them. I had an infected and fractured tooth. Tried several dental locations who couldn't get me in until the next day. Pain became so excrutiating that it was unbearable and I was headed to hospital until my husband called Glacier Dental. They worked me in immediately and numbed me up before talking with me. Very caring, efficient, and professional staff. I couldn't be more pleased because I was immediately relieved of pain and was able to sleep that night. Highly recommend!!!

Chantel brought me back very shortly after filling out my paperwork and was very gentle while taking x-rays. The dentist came shortly after to look at my x-rays and help me understand what work needed to be done. I had my first cavities ever that needed to be filled and I was nervous but that worry was very quickly abated by the dentist. He and the assistant, Ell did a wonderful job of making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. He told me exactly what to expect before each step and always asked how I was feeling after each step. If you are nervous about the dentist, this is the place for you! There are lots of different options to help calm nerves and get you through the appointment with as little stress as possible.

I went in for a cleaning and exam for future wisdom teeth extraction. They ended up being able to remove them that day and the procedure was quick and painless (with Novocain and laughing gas of course) staff was friendly and professional. They’re quick to take you in and took my medicade. It’s been years coming and I’m happy they were able to help me. Would certainly go back :)

My daughter and I have been coming here for the past couple of years and we are always happy with how well we're taken care of. Was here for cleaning and exams and turns out I needed to get two crowns done. Dr. Hyung, Alberto and Ara was able to get everything but the final crown done since it does need to be made. All staffs at Glacier dental know what they are doing. They are very friendly and kind. If you want to discuss about your concern regarding your teeth, they will kindly answer toward all questions you ask. Two of warm and nice staff, Mackynzie and London, helped me while I was having a treatment. Also, they explained very detailed common risks I might have after treatment. I walked in here to have a Dentist look at my tooth that was bothering me, my first impression was "not bad" type of environment and when finally I met Dr. Jones, and I never had a female dentist so this is my first female dentist, and at first I was a little uncomfortable, but when she started to work on my took, it turn out great! Dr. Jones was very professional in her field and I think I'm going to keep her as my dentist. The staff here were very polite and knowledgeable, Genesis was the front desk personnel and she was great and had caring personality, I didn't have to have my daughter come in to pay for my portion, but instead they took her information that she text me. Tang was helping Dr. Jones, she really good, but she could be gentle with using that thing they use to suck water out of your mouth type thing. But my visit to this dentist office was pleasant, and I am going continue using them for our family dental needs.

I usually don't bother writing a review but I have to let you know that I love coming to glacier dental . I just had tooth extractions done under IV sedation this evening. The entire appointment was efficient and optimal. They were working with my schedule and talk about treatment options and my visit went really well. Hannah front desk lady was very helpful and kind. Dr. Lee and Dr. Park sincerely took care of my visit and treatment as well as Ara and SJ and Sunhee's assisting. They are all true experts! I highly recommend anyone to visit glacier dental. Upon my visit at Glacier Dental, I met Semi who happens to be the dental hygienist that was taking care of me that day. I want say that She is an amazing person. I had a tooth extracted with Dr. Jones and it was not an easy job. It took Awhile. I was experiencing pain and discomfort during the extraction but Semi, was very Professional caring and very concerned for me and she did everything to make my visit as comfortable for me as possible. If it wasn’t for her I am not sure I would have endured. Thank you for Semi I will never forget her and I will always have my dental needs done at Glacier Dental.

I recently had a tooth pulled at Glacier Dental. Dr. Park was amazing! The reason I say this, I also had work done at another dentist in town and my whole mouth was sore for two weeks! This was my first visit to Glacier Dental, and it was positive in every way. First off, I was pleasantly surprised when I called to make an appointment. I was expecting that the soonest I could get an appointment would be several days to a week from when I called. But they got me in only 5 hours after I called. I went in to get a filling, but after looking at the X-rays, they recommended extraction of two impacted wisdom teeth. That was more than what I expected and I was uneasy about it, but they clearly explained the situation and that it was best to get it done now rather than wait for problems to develop later. They were very friendly and informative, and answered all my questions and concerns, which put me at ease. I was amazed at how quick and painless it was. The entire procedure took only about five minutes. Amazing. And of course they took care of all the insurance paperwork, so I didn't have to deal with that. Everything about my visit was top-notch. I highly recommend Glacier Dental. Go see them. They will help you out!

This is the best dental experience I have had in years. I had a lot of work to be done as I had delayed getting in to see a dentist and my teeth needed descaling and several fillings. Work there was so quick and smooth and painless that I did not have even mild discomfort and my teeth after fillings, scaling, and cleaning looked like a million bucks. I have anxiety and the staff was kind and patient with me despite my fear. I left with a new respect and admiration for technological advances and for the dental profession at this clinic. Truly a pleasure, in as much as any visit to the dentist is a pleasure.

I came to Glacier Dental on the 9th of August. The front office is to emacculate expectation and the receptionists are very polite. My wait time was minimum of 5 min upon my arrival. :) Willow was the Dr. assistant and helped me stay calm through the procedure. It felt like they took on the case and didn't know when to quit, which is great, but the job didn't get done here in the long run. Follow ups were great. I walked in early in the morning without an appointment and I was able to get right into fixing my teeth. I needed 2 root canals and a bridge to be done. I'm impressed the dentist got it finished within 3-4 hours. At a different dentistry, it took the same time for one root canal. I recommend this dentistry.

Same day new medicade patient appointment! II had my very back bottom tooth that had broke months prior but the nerve had started to be exposed and was excruciating and would not relent I called them around 230-3pm and was able to be seen at 6pm the same same dat!! they took a full set of X-rays but had to stop half way thru to numb my mouth because it was too painful and they determined it was not saveable! Thee are very friendly very compassionate and fast! Definitely recommend this office for any dental proceedures anyone needs! And to make them even better they accept new medicaide paitents!!

2nd time as a walk-in client. very friendly front desk staff named chelsea & amber checked me in i was called to the back less than 10 min! micheal assisted me to procedure chair also very friendly and welcoming ,DR.JLEE !!!! was really comforting taking me thru every step with what he was doin i had couple things done cleaning & then cavaties filled he comforted me and made me feel not so nervous then trisha and dr.lee had came to do my wisdom teeth procedure which i was very nervous for, they talked to me and explained what is goin to happen still nervous i got numbed up and we started didnt take long they were comforting me to calm me down due to having total 3 teeth pulled i recommend glacier dental! thank you guys for everything!!!🙏🙏🙏keep up the good work guys!!!

Walking in the dental office Amber @ the front desk was kind, the office is small but clean. I am giving them a 4 star because there was a bit of a wait time. Dr. Jhee was very understanding of my fear of the dental work he was very attentive and made sure I was doing ok though at times a bit rough leaving my lip a little bloody but nothing major. Hello, to all reading about Glacier Dental. I'm a new patient at Glacier dental who is constantly impressed at their professionalism with courteousy intacted, I do like ability to book immediately. Dr. Kim, Dr. Park, Dr. Walker I think, she studied in California, and gave me two fillings in no time. Dr. Park a painless crown today, I couldn't feel the shot of anesthetic, I love that. I originally went for a partial and it was Dr. Kim who tried to save me from myself. Well I was gently informed of the chaos he witnessed in my mouth and suggested a plan that would be much more long lasting for me, and not destroy his efforts to correct my less than perfect mouth. I resisted at first, but after following Glacier's dental plan of prep work to allow for my much needed partial, and fix my cavities, I have say; I'm highly satisfied with their services. I think I'll retain them should I need any further work on my teeth any cleaning and check ups, they have earned my trust. I suggest anyone needing dental correction these guys.

I was told that they wanted to extract 4 more bottom teeth tho I was'nt told why they wanted to extract those 4 additional teeth tho. I was really hoping and expecting my actual dentist to do the work at the visit. I had made a very polite suggestion to have the very loud radio turned to a more soothing music , And was told rudely that 'Your in a dentist office& you do'nt get to choose what music we listen to'. Victims of justice is paying to have my inplants put in. Due to my assault& palattal fracture.,missing teeth,ect I stil was'nt given a copy of my treatment plan. I was given only 1 pack of gauze. I am not impressed,very hurt & dissapointed.
