Sunset Dental is the best. Dr. Ngo and his team of highly skilled dental technicians and hygienists are well equipped to handle anything. From getting x-rays, a cleaning, and a cavity or two filled, I can recommend you to give them a try. And yes, they accept Medicaid. That itself deserves a 6th star. But for now, I give them 5 out of 5. Update: My 3rd visit and I'm so impressed with the professionalism and service. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and kind. It smells so sweet when I walk out of the cleaning station back to the front desk. My favorite dental office. Thanks, Sunset!

I had a really good experience at Sunset Dental. They were very kind, did not have anything condescending to say when I had a cavity, and helped me though my initial anxiety. I also appreciated that they were conscientious about cost and gave me a full quote with options to fit my budget. At other local dentists I have sometimes felt severely over charged for dental work, but not at Sunset. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice and the Dr. remembered me and thanked me for coming back in to finish my fillings.

Highly recommended Dr.Ngo and Sunset Dental!!! He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped my dad extracted 2 wisdom teeth this morning and it went quickly with little to no pain. The entire staff working at this office are very professional and friendly so you can feel more calm and at ease even if you have dental fears. They would take their time explaining to you about the procedure in details and what they going to do to help with your dental problems. The office is very spacious and clean. My dad still has to come back for more works done and he actually said he's looking forward to his next appointment with Dr. Ngo and his team!

My 8 year old needed some work done, he was absolutely terrified. Doctor Noyes and his staff were wonderful, patient and caring. They made sure my son was as comfortable as could be and reassured him. When it was over, my son was no longer afraid and even said "thank you" and "I love the dentist now!". I loved that she checks in with me to see how I am doing through the process and that she provides education for prevention skills. I would highly reccomed this location. I had a really good experience at sunset dental they seen me really fast I seen several different employees cleaning and sanitizing there equipment/office every chance they got!!! It was super clean in there!! Everyone was really nice and professional the doctor his self was really gentle on my mouth took out two teeth kept asking me if I was OK every few minutes and really cared about how I felt and if I was comfortable his work was great his personality was great you can tell he took pride in what he did his assistance or nurses for a really nice they answered every single question I had and they took their time with me I will be going back over there for future work Honestly I have to say this was one of the best dentist offices I have ever been to I literally had absolutely nothing bad to say about this place everything was positive

Our oldest child had braces put on like a year or so and Dr. John has done a magnificent job. She's at the last stage where they are almost off and her teeth look fabulous. Every time my family and I have had an appointment, Dr. John and his staff have been very polite, friendly and professional. We love coming here. I recommend it. It's a very friendly environment. This place is excellent! My two children had work done here today and the service was great. The staff was kind and made my children feel comfortable and happy. They were able to watch a movie while the work was being done and we got to stay in the room. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with children who want a friendly and professional place.

Dr. Ngo has re-done the waiting room (very tastefully) along with other rooms (beyond the waiting area). The practice is clearly on the cutting edge of technology (especially for x-rays!). It is a calm, restful practice that alleviates pre-dentist anxiety. The children's area has been revamped in a remarkable way. The playthings are incorporated into two pieces (a crocodile and an airplane) that fasten to the wall. Definitely Sesame Street ready. The staff, the technicians, and Dr. Ngo himself are unfailingly nice, reassuring, skilled, and efficient . I don't think I've ever waited for an appointment for more than 5 minutes - even when I arrive totally off-schedule. I can't imagine a better teeth-experience.

My kids have been here since they were born and I love the job they've done! (My oldest is 18 now) A few years ago I started going here when they opened to adult patients and have been treated so great by the staff both up front and in back. They've made me feel comfortable, taught me many things, and always been pleasant. The hygienists Tran and Des are amazing. They do such a great job, I dont dread coming to the dentist.

It's always a bit nerve-racking switching dentists. My previous dentist and I were forced apart due to insurance reasons, but luckily she referred me to Dr. Ngo at Sunset Dental. Dr. Ngo and his entire staff were so friendly that I felt at ease right away. They got me into a chair really quickly and even squeezed me in to have some work done that I thought I was going to have to have done later this year. They were gentle and efficient and got me out of the chair just as fast. I don't have kids, but it looks like a great place if you do. They have really cool Marvel decorations everywhere and even have small TVs on the ceiling to distract your little ones during their dental work. So cool! Anyway, if you can't tell, I absolutely recommend Dr. Ngo and Sunset Dental. Thank you doctor and staff!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The front desk are always smiling and are quick to get you scheduled when you are in pain. The assistants in the back are sweet and caring. They are willing to go out of their way to make you comfortable and relaxed. Very great dentist office! Prices for uninsured patients is what caught my attention. Because of that I honestly wasn’t expecting very great service. However, I have not been disappointed one time! Smiles all around! It's so nice to be able to take our kids to a place that they feel comfortable. Especially the Dentist office. The staff is great with me and my family. I love the fact that I can be having work done and the kids can be another room at the same time getting their own work done and no one is in a panic not even mom. The people here are very nice and kind. They do a wonderful job with kids and they always take such goo care of them while they are there. Although my little brother dislikes the dentist they always take good care of him and they are always welcoming. When he is crying they still manage to calm him down en6to got the job done. Took my 3 year old daughter here. Lauryn the assistant did really well with making sure my daughter felt comfortable and made everything not so scary. LISTEN TO THIS !!!!!!!! You may think I'm crazy but for two visits that were necessary to make a lower partial. One to mold my mouth the another trip to pick it up. IT IS PERFECT !!!!!!!!!! I drove a total of both visits was 2140 miles to have Dr. Jon work on my mouth !!!!!!!!! I met him in 2013 and he is the only one I will work on my mouth now!! I am 56 and Kids Choice is certainly my only choice. After experiencing Dr. Jon's work and the entire environment is reeking with Professionalism. When you go to a favorite place ...you go back. I moved from Albuquerque to the High Rockies after extensive and I was in awe of the kind gentle painless care When I needed help he was the one I wanted to do it once again.. There is no comparison , Dr. Jon is the best dentist I have ever had and I'm am old lady ! Smile, if you don't enjoy your smile~ please call this office. You will be as satisifed as I am , no doubt in my mind whatsoever!! It was sure worth the drive for perfection that I will wear for the rest of my life ... The office is filled with staff eager to please and to make you feel comfortable, they will not ever leave you alone, you are their only concern! I felt welcome and it is always clean. There is excellence in every form of the word! I never in my life knew what charismatic was until I met Dr. Jon. Plus he is is devoted , faithful and so very knowledgeable in his field . My first time there was with my kids I absolutely loved it. We played star war video games in there waiting/play area. Leslie & Lauren are who performed on my kids my kids left happy we're excited to see them, and they rewarded them with special bags full of healthy dental goodies and stickers. When my daughter needed an appliance for her thumb sucking they help me understand the pros and cons and removed it when I thought she was ready very easily !! Hands down the best dental experience(s) I’ve ever had. They really take care of you here making sure you’re comfortable and pain free! The girls both up front and in the back are super nice and knowledgeable! So far I’ve had a cleaning, 6 fillings and re-bonding of a permanent retainer that had come loose. Dr. John has made sure all of my treatments have been painless!! Dr. John is awesome! I’m getting my wisdom teeth out next week! They do it ALL here! I have more work still to be done to my mouth and I have 100% confidence that those appointments will go just as great! My two boys (2&5) also come here and they’ve had great experiences too! While having their exams and work, they get to lie back and watch a kids movie(adults are welcome to do the same). How cool is that! Absolutely awesome group! Never had dental problems (I’m 35). I broke a tooth and they made it the most enjoyable extraction they could! No pain and left with a smile! A week later had to return due to a bone spur, again I was treated awesome! Dr Myers and Dr John I would recommend them to anyone! I no longer fear the dentist and it is all due the awesome service and staff from Family Choice Dental! Looking forward to my cleaning!

This is a primary place for kids but they also accept adults. Everything is kids friendly. I came here first time for a deep cleaning and very satisfied with the service. Specially hygienist Trang, she's very friendly, and professional. I have total 5 crowns which is very difficult to clean underneath but she was very patience and did a great job, and she always made sure I felt the most comfortable during the cleaning. After that, I have Dr. Kelly put a new crown for me. She also did very good job. She was patience to adjust the crown many times until it fit perfectly to my tooth. I love my new crown. This dental place also has good promotion like if you refer a new patient, you can get $50. Not sure if the promotion still going or not.

I am not exactly the best at keeping up with my cleaning schedule regularly but the scheduling staff always made it easy for me to schedule, reschedule with reminder calls which I greatly appreciate every time. I had an amazing experience last week at Family Choice Dental! I have never had a better experience with a dental office before. Very friendly staff. I showed up a few minutes early to my appointment, and I was called back almost immediately. Mary, Leslie and Lauren did a great job of prepping me and telling me what I could expect from this visit! No sooner than they could finish, Dr Kelly came in to numb me. A few minutes after getting numb, she came back and finished the work on my tooth. Dr. Kelly is an amazing dentist! She was very friendly and informative. She finished quickly but I never once felt like I was rushed! I would definitely recommend this office for anyone needing a dentist!!

Update: Today 1/29/2021 I had the worst toothache I have ever had. I called yesterday and they seen me today. Went in with the worst mood every from the pain. Tooth was bad and had to be pulled. It literally took five minutes. I was so amazed how fast and painless this was. I mean he had just laid me back to pull the tooth and he was already sitting my chair upright. I have never been to a dentist with a toothache and came out happy and satisfied. And I have anxiety so things don't go well for me in those situations. Dr. Noll (I hope I'm spelling this right) thank you so much. Everyone here is so nice and professional. My kids love the treasure box and I love that I don’t have to fight with them to go to the dentist.

I needed to get a root canal done. I live in Santa Fe and the soonest I could get one done would have been August 3rd. Dr. Ngo and Sunset Dental was referred to me by my cousin who also had to get a root canal done. I do have a cousin that works there also. This was just an initial appointment to talk about a root canal. Turns out there was a cancellation and I got my root canal done the same day! Dr. Ngo and his whole staff are awesome. They’re all professional, considerate, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

They did a great job with my cleaning and I thought they were knowledgeable.... I have bad teeth from a bad relationship in the past and meds I take. I was on board with them and really happy until they destroyed my front teeth by drilling too much and then insisted I needed 4 crowns to cover their mistakes. My insurance company would not cover it because they drilled down past the gum line. The insurance company told me that dentists do this to make more money from the customer. Because after drilling that far the tooth is going to fall out within a few years. Thanks....

After searching for a while for a clinic that accepts both my insurances, blue cross and Medicaid, I called Family Choice, who accepts both insurances, to see if they could get me in for a cleaning and potentially an extraction, they were able to schedule me an appointment the following day, which i was really surprised with. This office is targeting towards children but also sees adults, which I assumed was why I got an appointment quicker than other places because it doesn’t seem people know they see adults as well, they even do dentures which I was surprised with too. After checking in I was seen pretty quickly. The hygienist, Tray, did an amazing job with my cleaning and removed all the plaque and staining I was self conscious about. The staff here are great, very friendly and take their time to explain the process to you. Dr. John was amazing, he recommended I get both bottom wisdoms extracted for a healthier mouth, which he was able to do same day along with a filling! The aptmosphere the staff creates is a fun and a welcoming one. I would highly recommend taking your children, your self, and even your parents here as they service everyone and do an amazing job at that! Thank you guys for a job well done!

I can't get over how amazing my experience with kids choice was today. They set me an appoitment within 24 hours of me calling, for a pretty big procedure. My daughter was very nervous to have this done and the staff could not have been better. Lauren, Mary, and Dr. Nikita were a wonderful team that could not have been sweeter to my little girl. So, when I started having some tooth pain I called them up and was able to make an appointment for the very next day! Every associate I spoke with from the initial phone call to the end of the appointment was professional, kind, warm, and understanding. I was pretty anxious, but Andrea G, Jamie, and Dr. Noyes were so wonderful. I opted for Nitrous throughout the extraction procedure (do it!) and chose to watch the movie they had playing. I have really bad anxiety was crying in the chair and he didn’t offer any sort of kindness he didn’t even say a word to me only the dental assistants were kind and courteous but that doesn’t help when Eric Meyers is stabbing you with no warning I’ll give a star for the assistants. But this guy had a vendetta against people who don’t take good care of their teeth and it’s not fair. I’m a person too with feelings and he RUINED dentists for me. Went in there and wasn't having the best experience with a different dental assistant, I was being treated poorly and she was extremely condescending during the whole process while taking xrays, not even making you feel welcome or comfortable in the office, afterwards Leslie came and just like everybody else who's encountered her from the reviews I read she is awesome! She made me feel safe and welcomed! I have been going through alot of personal stuff and the last thing I want to do is show up to get work on my teeth done and be treated poorly. I will recommend this office simply because of Leslie and the Dentist who seemed very sweet. They said I had an infection but I have not been prescribed antibiotics which is wierd, they just told me that I need to see a specialist with an ongoing infection.

He is well educated, not only that, but you can tell he's constantly researching and educating him-self with new techniques. He truly cares about his patients and wants the best for you. Dr. Myers, took his oath seriously for medicine and you can tell he's passionate. Before I found this place, I was in excruciating unbearable pain. I went to the ER, got nothing for help and wasn't taken seriously. I needed my wisdom teeth to be taken out and to have a root canal done because it was affecting 5 other teeth and the nerves. If you know nerve pain, you literally can not do anything to subside it. I called around for dental offices to help me and either the dentist was on vacation or I couldn't be seen for a long time. The kind of pain I was in, not even medicine could reduce it. I wasn't sleeping, eating and had to take leave from work. Nonetheless, I found Family choice dental. Not only did they take me in the day I called. Dr. Eric A. Myers did all my surgical procedures in the same visit. I was seen at 11am on 5/2/18, the first hour was just filling out paper work, taking x-rays and explaining myself. One of the dental assistants had mentioned I may need to come back tomorrow to do my root canal. The second Doctor Myers came in to see me, he said we are doing it all because I was in severe pain. Taking out both top wisdom teeth and partial root canal to relieve all nerve pain. He did that all within the span of 2 hours. I was in at 11am, was gone by 2pm, and had made the appointment earlier that morning. I'm now free of that pain and there's only mild soreness. I have only been taking ibuprofen 800mg to reduce inflammation and help heal the mouth. There are other medicine options as well. I only used lidocaine for the procedures and got through it, but that was my personal request. They do have sedation options and such. Not only is Doctor Myers is great, but he hires the best staff. Everyone in this facility is nice and helpful. And it wasn't the kind of fake nice to just be nice, they treated you like family and you're all that matters. They don't make fun of you, get upset because you're nervous and asking the same questions, they comfort you through the procedure and will hold your hands. Because of the enormous love of the staff comforting me through the procedures it made me at ease and get through it. Family Choice Dental is the ER for dental. I believe that they are the best for emergency dental procedures and any other dental procedures. The time is outstanding, the staff is extremely loving, and Doctor Myers is knowledgeable and passionate. He will even teach you about the science behind dental. The price was competitive as well. Out the door I payed $450 the removal of 2 upper wisdom teeth, partial root canal, multiple shots of lidocaine, x-rays exams and a follow up dental cleaning. My insurance was not active yet, but there was no way I could wait, the pain was brutal. $450 out of pocket was completely fair. I would never go to another place. I fully trust his place and know I will be taken care of. There's really nothing you can say negative about this place. Oh and I got to keep my wisdom teeth hahahahaha just thought that was a cool souvenir for the day.
