Janice KlineWe've been a part of the Breaking Ground family for 4 years (since my oldest was 2) and we absolutely love it! The staff, teachers and facilities have been incredible, this past year especially. I can only imagine how complex the recital logistics are any year, but this year it must have been a massive undertaking and it went SO smooth - my daughters were able to perform in-person, on stage and we all LOVED it!! We are so thankful for the entire BGDC team and all their hard work in creating a fun, safe, and caring environment for our kids.

Marissa, all the teachers and the staff were incredible, so organized, warm and caring towards all the kids! My daughters loved it! Thank you for showing us once again that BGDC is not just about great dancing. Thank you all so much for everything you do and teach to our kids! They have always huge smiles and cannot wait to have their dance classes!

The studio, dance instructors, and entire staff were absolutely amazing year after year! Her last recital this year was bittersweet and the amazing staff went above and beyond in making sure that this recital was perfect in these unprecedented times! MelissaI absolutely LOVE this dance studio. First off, it's simply GORGEOUS! It has a huge sitting/waiting area that parents can do work while watching their kiddos dance. My daughter loves her teacher, Stephanie! She's so patient, fun, and a great teacher! Their end of the year recital is the best I've ever been (she's been enrolled at 2 other studios prior). The recital is so well organized with great costumes and dance routines! The owner, Marissa, has been so accommodating, helping me find the perfect classes for both of my kids. Also, they have really great guest dance instructors for adults (I've taken adult hip hop and it was an absolute blast). I could not be happier and look forward to many years of dance!
Leanne AmicucciWe’ve been at breaking ground since my daughter was about 6 months old and have loved every minute! Miss Stephanie is amazing with the kids in each class from boppin babies through to 3/4 year old ballet/tap! She manages to make it a personalized experience for each child even in a group setting! We plan to send our youngest daughter to breaking ground as well once she’s old enough! Would highly recommend to anyone interested!!!
Alexandra BurdettWe are extremely satisfied with experience with our early childhood experience at Breaking Ground. My 5 year old daughter is taking Hip Hop with Miss Christina and I am SO impressed with her ability to keep this young group engaged at a difficult time of day. She is extremely patient with both my daughter and my friends daughter that both distract easily. I see her meeting the girls where they are and encouraging them to express themselves individually. I am so grateful that we found this class. I have nothing but good things to say.
Felicia McCrossonBGDC is amazing! We are currently part of the Early Childhood Program and cannot say enough good things! Our daughter LOVES her dance teacher Miss Stephanie and LOVES going to class each week! We started with the Boppin' Babies class when our daughter was 6 months old and now she takes Spin and Sparkle! BGDC handled the transition from Mommy & Me to independent class perfectly! We are excited about our future with BGDC!!!

Emma WestchesterIncredible from start to finish. The safe studio; that did not have one COVID transmission all year due to protocols being followed and a filtration system being installed...put on ten shows in one weekend, with staggered times and seating to make the performances meaningful and entertaining for ALL kids. Thank you BGDC for a wonderful first year. Looking forward to many more!
