Jessica ColonMy girls are only at week 2 here but I seriously can't say enough good things. The owner is a doll. The staff is incredible and they really do teach these kids in an amazing way. My girls are only 4 & 5 but I've been thru this before with my 22 year old and what I see here is teaching on a technical level. Preparing these kids for a bright future. I can't wait to see what the future holds. Also, not only are they insanely affordable but they make it very easy especially on single parent households. If you have more than 2 children in the home, they are incredibly accommodating. I urge anyone on the fence to do a trial class and give them a chance. This is how we support local family owned businesses and keep them thriving!!

derrick wilhoiteTeachers are awesome, staff is awesome, pricing is awesome, and the facilities are awesome. Can't say enough how I appreciate this place. Their awareness of public safety is what got us hooked as they require everyone to wear mask when on the premises. Dance philosophy is solid as they are actually looking to teach and not just rush to a recital performance. Highly recommend anyone who appreciates the art of dance to check this place out. My girls love it.

We have been attending this studio for the past seven years and words can not explain how much my daughter has grown as a dancer and a person. The owner Dyane is meticulous about choosing instructors and it shows by the quality of dance seen in this school. They are top notch in Ballet, Modern, Tap and even off a magnificent boys program. If you are looking for a place for your child I highly recommend giving them a try.

If you’re hesitant on coming into the studio or returning, don’t be. The team at NTDT have done a great job with adjusting their protocols to work with the current circumstances which makes my family feel safe. Highly recommend checking them out!
Arica SchmiedMy 3 daughters have been dancing at New Tampa Dance for 7 years now. I have watched my oldest transition from shy and nervous onstage to a confident and skilled dancer. The owners / teachers are talented , professional, kind, and pour their hearts into their students. The Nutcracker and Spring Productions are amazing and my girls love being a part of them!! I can't say enough wonderful things about this studio!!!!

Kristin Van GerpenWe have been at NTDT for 4 years now and can't imagine our children learning to dance anywhere else. Dyane and Troy as well as the other instructors are incredible with children! They keep them engaged during class and are constantly helping each student improve their technique. I am impressed every year during the recital to see how much my children have growth in their abilities from the beginning of the year. Our three daughters love dancing at NTDT so much they convinced their older brother to join the Boys Program. He was very reluctant as most boys are to dancing, but he did a trial class and walked about smiling ear to ear! He loves it is all boys with a wide range of ages. The class not only includes learning dance moves, but they also have fun with some games that will increase their strength as well. He has only been in the boys program for 5 months and he is already asking if he can join the tap class and hip hop class as well this fall! NTDT thank your love of dance and performing and for sharing it with our children.
P NelsonOur daughter started at NTDT when she was just 3 years old. Six years later, she has moved up to the Leveled program where she is taking ballet, tap, jazz, modern and hip hop. It's so convenient with all of the classes offered in one location. The level of instruction is so good that a number of their former students have received college scholarships for dance.
As a result of the yearly NTDT recitals at USF, our daughter loves performing on stage and has absolutely no stage fright. This has carried over to school where she is comfortable making presentations to her classmates and participating in yearly school plays. Dyane, Troy and the other instructors have worked patiently with her to improve her technique and posture. They have kept us informed of her progress and skills she needs to work on along the way. She looks forward to every class and is constantly practicing moves at home. We are so happy we found NTDT!
