Great fun! Rick was had a superb talent at meeting us right where we were with our skills, objectives and personalities to provide a wonderful experience. We had a Friday lesson and a Saturday lesson with plenty of opportunities to,practice between. He even offered to continue some long distance coaching via zoom to keep our progress going. If you’re reading this, you’re next step should be to schedule a lesson.

I met Rick out dancing one night. Little did I know he was a dance coach. Ive always loved dancing so meeting Rick changed my life. I began taking lessons and fell in love with dancing even more as I began to see my progress just by taking lessons from him. Ricks teaching style is like no other which makes it fun and easy to learn. I enjoyed everything about what Rick was doing so I began working for him to help bring others the joy of dancing as it does for me. Since then I’ve progressed SO MUCH thanks to Rick and im still progressing everyday as I continue my dancing journey.

We had a great time. Our group had some that just don't dance (me) up to my daughter who is a ballet dancer. Rick was Awesome with everyone. I actually can do a few steps now! We will be going back, our next time in Nashville. The location was perfect, moments from our rental. The studio was clean, and well ventilated (trust me this is important, spent many days in studios.)

My wife and I were in Nashville for a concert and had a little time to kill. We scheduled a last minute dance lesson with Rick and he was quick to respond to my text and very accommodating. A quick ride share had us to Rick’s studio. Rick was a great instructor and had us doing some basic swing moves in about 10 minutes.

We were looking for an authentic Nashville experience for our soccer team’s team bonding trip and are so glad we found Rick Harris at Turn Their Heads Nashville! Rick was very helpful and accommodating in the planning phase and even worked with us to adjust the time when we needed. I am so glad we chose to go to the studio! It was easy to find, clean and bright, and had plenty of parking! We had a group of 19 high school soccer players and everyone had a wonderful time! It was the highlight of their trip!

Eight of us came here for a line dance class during a girls weekend in Nashville to celebrate an important birthday. This was so much fun!! One of the best things we did. We found this amazing dance coach online and were SO IMPRESSED!!!! My husband and I had an absolute blast during our private dance lesson! This is exactly how you learn to look fancy before you show up at a dance floor and look like a “wanna be”. 😂 You can learn so much in a one hour private lesson! The coaches are personable and fun. We cannot recommend this highly enough!!!! A MUST DO in Nashville!!!!

My fiancé and I booked a country swing dance lesson with Turn Their Heads on our trip to Nashville this past weekend and had so much fun! Rick was awesome and has a great little studio right out of his house in East Nashville that was super easy to get to and convenient in terms of parking. My fiancé and I have no actual dance experience other than dancing at friends’ weddings but were hoping we could at least learn a few steps or turns. Rick had us dancing and looking like we knew what we were doing in one hour! He also has an assistant/social media expert Lindsey who was so awesome and took cute videos of us during our lesson that were helpful in showing us where we could improve on things. She put them together into a montage to share to instagram which was a really nice added bonus we didn’t even realize we were getting and will be so fun to look back on. At the end of the lesson they recommended a dance hall (Nashville Palace) that was outside of downtown away from all the chaos and that would have dancing all night so that we could practice our moves with some locals… we honestly impressed ourselves with how much we had improved and could really hold our own on the dance floor! My fiancé even started feeling comfortable enough to add his own little flare to our dances. Rick and Lindsey were there too and even gave us a few extra tips throughout the night. The lesson and our night out dancing were the highlight of our trip! Highly HIGHLY recommend both if you are visiting the city! We wish we lived locally to continue lessons and learn more! Thank you, Rick and Lindsey, for such a great experience!

This was an excellent line dancing class. Rick the instructor was fun, professional, and great at explaining the steps to a variety of different dance learners. We had an absolute blast and it was a great addition to our Nashville experience. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for an awesome line dancing experience. We learned two line dances and Rick made sure every one was on the same page prior to moving onto the next count. The studio was perfect for a large group!

We just finished our private group lesson with Coach Rick and it was a HUGE success. As part of my husband’s 50th bday celebration, we selected line dancing as a fun all-ages activity. Most of us were not experienced line dancers, to say the least, and were nervous about keeping up. Rick eased all fears, took command of our rowdy group immediately, taught in a format that was easy to follow, and made us all feel successful. He even allowed us to dance off-country to “pour some sugar on me”. At the end of class, we were all line dancing converts asking for local recommendations to practice. If you are traveling to Nashville with a group, this should be #1 on your To-Do list. It’s a “can’t miss” activity.

The professional Dance instructors from Turn Their Heads Nashville will have you up out of your seat in no time. A one hour lesson will have you keeping step on the dance floor. Rick brought decades of dance experience to our hotel and we hit the dance floor that night! He was fun and after that hour we could dance even better than we expected. We highly recommend his clear and quick ability to teach. We will get new lessons to upgrade our skills next time we are in town.
