Nothing but great things to say about this place. I was the Matron of Honor and host of the bachelorette party for the weekend (party of 9). The 5 star rating comes from the amazing service and patience Kristen showed our group, to include choreography & music. Picture schematics are fun and worth while if you have a bride that is photo hungry. If you have that bride, invest in more than just an hour especially for pole. It will be well worth the money. This is not an experience you want to rush. Communication about questions I had was a quick turn around (less than 48 hours). There is plenty of parking on the premises. About their version of pole: Their pole doesn’t spin, so you can get by with leggings or work out pants, and socks will help you with spins. It is a true experience and is worth the money ~ Sandi

Our trip to Studio Goddess was AMAZING!!! Kristen was our instructor. She was the sweetest and did so good! She was super helpful, patient, and made sure everyone had a fun experience. We even got to dance to one of our favorite songs. To top it all off we got some adorable pics and videos to remember the trip. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks Kristen!!!

After reading multiple blogs of activities to do with a large group (18 of us), Studio Goddess kept popping up. I’m SO glad we made this an activity because it was SO much fun and our bride LOVED it. Our group did the chair dance class with Melanie and she was awesome!! Thank you Melanie and the team at Studio Goddess for hosting our squad. It was the highlight of our morning and we can’t wait to perform our dance at the wedding! If you’re looking for a fun activity and also the best photo shoot spot with their cute mural, Studio Goddess is the place to be!

Studio goddess is a super fun experience I would recommend to any group of friends! We did aerial yoga with a group of 6, our instructor was super fun and informative and taught us lots of cool moves! It was both easier and harder than I thought but overall so much fun! Plus, studio goddess is like it’s own adorable little photo studio too! There are so many cute backdrops and photo ops for you and your group to get cute pics with. Perfect for bachelorette parties, friend reunions, or just a rainy day activity :) I would recommend this place to anyone! Just really read the contract and follow the rules (be timely and respectful, and be prepared to tip your instructor!)

She helped us navigate various poses while also keeping things fun and sassy! I would highly recommend this to any group, especially women, that are looking for something fun to do!

We did the burlesque party for a bachelorette group and Kristen R was so much fun and such an amazing instructor. She made it so much fun, gave the shy girls pep talks, and was a pro photographer taking all our pictures for us. Would highly recommend for a bach party if you’re in Nashville!!!

The studio is decorated so cute with a ton of photo ops. Kim was incredible! Super bubbly and high energy. She walked us through the dance really well and even made modifications for our bride who just had knee surgery a couple of weeks ago. We had so much fun and really glad we went!

I just wanted to thank you all SO much for our class this weekend. We did the pole party with Marie Merlot and she exceeded all my expectations. She was so welcoming and did such an amazing job making everyone feel comfortable and confident. She complimented every single girl in our party and helped ensure they were able to do any modifications if they were uncomfortable with any moves. I had multiple girls come up to me after the class and said that they were very nervous to take the class at first but said that they were SO glad that they did and that it was one of the funnest (is that a word? it is now) things they have ever done. I think every single girl needs to do that at least once and EVERY bride should 100% book a party at your studio for their Bachelorette Party. Not only was the class a blast, but the whole entire studio was just the cutest thing I have ever seen. Every single room just got better and better. Your entire staff was so friendly and helpful and the precautions taken with COVID regulations were great! I already can't wait to come back! Thank you all SO MUCH!!!

Came here for a Bachelorette party with a group of 8. Our instructor was a sweetheart. The dancing itself was fun; we learned various spins and sexy moves. Music was played in the background. We were given a glass of champagne afterwards and our instructor took some pictures of us. One thing I expected was to have more time with all the murals; we kind of felt rushed to leave the building which only allowed us to get one picture with one mural. This place seems like a well oiled machine though and with how many Bach parties they have, I totally get that they have to be regimented. I would highly recommend wearing leggings and NOT shorts as you stick to the pole a lot which makes the experience less fun.

I have been taking class at Studio Goddess for 4 years, now, and I love everything about this studio. The classes are unique and fun..seeing my progress from when I first started until now is so exciting, it's like I'm not even working out...but I am! I've seen, first hand, how much fun the bachelorette parties are - touring the amazing photo backdrop experiences, a great and welcoming atmosphere that will truly give you the best memories; there's just so much here!! You will NOT be disappointed!

I love Studio Goddess! I moved to Nashville and was looking for a fun, dance class to get back into my passion of dance. Then, on my birthday, I decided to take the leap and try out a pole class. I was super nervous at first, but Kristen, the owner, made me feel super comfortable. She walks you through every step, encourages you, and gives you helpful pointers to execute each move even better than before. Needless to say, I’ve been HOOKED since. The studio is super cute and has a bunch of decor where you can snap the perfect picture. I really recommend trying it out and coming to Studio Goddess.

We had such an amazing experience at Studio Goddess! From the time we walked in to the time we left, we were treated exceptionally well - like Queens! We chose to take the Pole Dance Fitness class and our instructor, Caty, was so kind and took the class at a pace we all could handle. After the class was over, we had some time to take photos and practice our own moves. The bride was then brought a small gift and everyone was provided champagne. Thank you Studio Goddess and Caty for a memorable experience !

Excellent facility and equipment. The instructors are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I enjoyed learning techniques and building strength in Amber's class while Kristen focuses on performance, flow, and self awareness. The instructors do a great job focusing on individual needs and challenge you only as much as you are willing. The reason for 3 stars is that it's hard to be anything but extroverted here. I'm pretty shy and felt really embarrassed on 2 occasions which ended up convincing me to not return and lose around $30 of classes. I think Studio Goddess has found a great niche in Nashville and provides an empowering experience to women. My opinion is limited to my own experience and I've seen many happy customers, so I definitely would encourage anyone who's curious to try it out!

I participated in a pole dancing class for a bachelorette party in March and had the best time! Our instructor was so helpful, patient, and supportive. Even though not everyone in our group was super comfortable at first (not their kind of dancing), by the end everyone had the best time. Would highly recommend.

My group participated in the Southern Swagger Party (“short and sweet” version) and oh my gosh we had such a blast!! The cupcake and champagne after party was so much fun, too. This was perfect for a bachelorette party, but if (when) I go back to Nashville, I would definitely to do another class...bachelorette party or not. Highly recommended! Kristen was awesome!

Definitely need to check out if you are looking for a group activity. We booked a pole dancing class for a bachelorette party and literally enjoyed every minute. We laughed so hard and had a blast! We paid for the Goddess package so we had a champagne toast before the start of class, the bride got a little gift and even had snacks at he end of class. The only downfall was that we had to pay for the mom of the bride to just go back into the room with us even though she wasn’t dancing + the instructor at times was very hard to hear because of the class going on next to us.

Country swagger class taught by Kristen Nicole was a great time. She does a great job teaching while encouraging you to feel free to put your own spin on the dance routine. She also takes everything at the comfort level and pace that is best for the group. Being someone like myself with minimal coordination and flexibility and no dancing background is no problem. Our group felt comfortable to be ourselves while feeling like we learned something too. Definitely a great activity for a bachelorette party!

I am from out of state and decided to do a drop-in lyra class. I knew from the pictures that I would love the studio, but it's even better in person. Kristen is the owner and instructor and she was fantastic! Kristen really stresses form and technique, which is the safest way to gradually get stronger and better to avoid injury. Super fun and I highly recommend giving it a try whether you're new to aerial fitness or not!

Great location within walking distance to the best of Nashville like Kittenish, Uncommon James, Party Fowl, Biscuit Love, The W, The JW Marriott, LA Jackson, The Thompson Hotel and so much more. They offer community dance classes for the public and private events for birthday and bachelorette parties. The studio also has an indoor mural tour and a boutique with great brands like Onzie and Nashville souvenirs. There are over 30 spots to take Instagram photos. They offer dance classes in pole dance, chair dance, aerial yoga, line dancing, barre, yoga, and burlesque. The studio is 18 and up and they do not offer classes for children to ensure adult women have a safe space to move and let loose.

I really enjoy the classes at Studio Goddess! I go to the gym sometimes but I get really bored with the same old routine. I like to go to Goddess once or twice a week to spice it up. My favorite classes are Booty Burn & Shake Your Abs! AcroFlow is a fun one too. I finally learned how to do a cartwheel! They do have pole classes there but it is the dance and aerobics classes that I love so much! Its playful yet tasteful. They teach you to shake your booty without having to go full out Miley Cyrus twerk. This is totally the place a mom or busy professional can feel comfortable, yet relax and have fun! Way more fun than step class!

Kristen's studio is adorable.I’d recommend taking her pole class for an upbeat and enjoyable experience.Extremely patient.Pricing in Nashville can be insane when it comes down to being able to take lessons on a regular basis but the pricing here can’t be beat.Quality, definitely.And for that, I’m looking to make this my regular pole studio.She also went out of her way to make sure that I got the experience I was looking for.10/10 would recommend over anywhere else in the area.
