A great way to add some good FUN back into life during these stressful times. Check out Nashville Dance Club in Brentwood, TN and ask for @Rachel Miller. Professional and most importantly Passionate in what they do! The moment I walked in the door, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease, THINK Norm from Cheers experience. The entire team is fabulous and fun to dance with. It’s fun, easy and simple to learn, plus the fringe benefits to your health are limitless!

This is a fun place! My teacher Rachel Miller is an awesome teacher. She is very good at teaching me. The lessons are not to long and are fun. And the group classes are a good way to be introduced to new dances and patterns.

My boyfriend and I went here for a newcomer’s group night a few weeks ago. He truly did not want to go with me, but when we got home after the dance class he told me how much fun he had and how much better it was than he expected. And it’s true.. we literally laughed and danced the entire night away!! Learning how to dance basic ballroom steps for the first time in front of others can be nerve-wracking, but the minute we walked into the door the instructors were incredibly friendly and so welcoming. They made us feel comfortable learning how to dance and cracked jokes the whole night to keep us entertained. I could not thank them enough for a genuinely wonderful and memorable experience!

I've danced at the studio for several years now. A lot of friendly and passionate people dedicated to dancing. The teachers work hard to create a great atmosphere. You can enjoy group lessons, private, and they have parties on Friday nights every week to practice your dancing and enjoy live band music. I've greatly enjoyed it. My only negative is there is a lot of salesmanship, and there is always a push to spend more money on various things. So just be confident in what you want out of your dancing, and they will respect where you draw the line moneywise.

My wife and I have been taking lessons here for several months with Ben and absolutely love it. Ben is an excellent instructor and I think the both of us never thought we would be dancing as well as we are as quickly as we have. Ben has taught us proper frame, steps, and technique. We are having a lot of fun and it's been quite nice having a hobby we both enjoy.

I found this place through Nashville Events & Adventures, and I've been coming back regularly ever since. NDC is a great place to learn how to dance, as all of the instructors walk you through everything step-by-step and make you feel comfortable out on the floor. Everyone has a great attitude and there are fun weekly parties where you can practice what you've learned, so you'll definitely end up having a blast here. And to my instructor, Sloan: thanks so much for teaching me everything I know!

I started dancing here six months ago. The teachers are nice and go at your pace, so you never feel frustrated or overwhelmed. They offer private lessons but the studio thrives really on repeat business, and they try to create an atmosphere of a club with their Friday parties.

The National Dance Club studios have the friendliest staff. Ballroom dancing is so much fun! And Friday night parties are a blast, with a live band! A great way to practice the skills learned in individual and group classes during the week.

We signed up for a free lesson at a fitness expo at the new convention center. We attended this lesson and had a really good time. As we are preparing for our wedding, we decided that we should take advantage of the introductory price and bought a 3 lesson package. Our instructor was super nice and very helpful and she did a GREAT job teaching us. Beyond that, however, it was nothing buy high pressure and unrelenting sales tactics. They got us in there as quickly as they could, in three lessons we "learned" 5 dances at the basic steps but nothing more. After half of our final lesson was over they spent 30 mins in an office attempting to get us to buy a $2,000 dance package. We never got the second half of the lesson after we told them that we didn't have the money to spend on that. If you have money, by all means go to this place. While the instructors tend to be a bit cocky, they are nice and based on what we saw, you will learn how to dance. However, if you are like us and live paycheck to paycheck, stay far far far away as the lessons are WAY over priced. The only reason why I gave this 3 stars is because our instructor was very nice.

Went here prior to my wedding for basic dance lessons. Was at first very happy with the experience, and I really enjoyed getting to spend time with my wife learning new steps. Unfortunately we came to an end of our package, and that was when things went downhill. We were told we would need to make out last lesson 2 hours so we would have time to meet with the program director. It was not told to us as an option, but a requirement. We tried to make it clear that we were not interested in paying $2000 for more lessons, and that we had done what we wanted for now. We were pulled into the back room, and basically grilled by the director. It was very reminiscent of a timeshare presentation. All smiles up front, and then when you say you are not buying they try to tell you that you are an idiot. I really do think if they had been less pushy my wife and I would have continued private lessons, but based on the push to "do everything" and "better yourselves" we decided not to go back.

I moved to Nashville 6mo ago and wanted a fun way to meet new people and social dance is the best! Everyone here is SO friendly and energetic and their instruction is very easy to follow. In just a few lessons I already feel confident enough to dance almost anywhere! I highly recommend NDC to anyone looking for a great way to meet people, a fun source of exercise, or just a fun new hobby!! Update: After about 4-6mo of lessons here, I quit because it was just way too expensive. Once you get out of the basic couple-hundred-dollar class skillset, it's THOUSANDS. If you're just going for fun and not to become a professional, it's disappointingly expensive, which is why I changed my review from 5 stars to 3.

I have really enjoyed my first few months at NDC. From my original teacher Tyson, to my current teacher Jordan and all the folks in between... the method has worked and I am learning and feeling more confident everyday. Thanks to Jordan for finding and focusing on the things that can improve me most while having great engaging lessons. The social parties and outings are a blast too!! Happy Dancing! 5/9/19.. National dance clubs is an awesome place with awesome instructors.I have been dancing for about a year with Alfie.The environment is so much fun including friday night parties.The routines and competitions are a blast for the ones who like doing them.Its for any age and has so much health benefits including helping you lose weight.Everyone treats you like family and is very encouraging!! If you havent tried it then your missing out.

I am so glad that i started dancing at NDC. Not only has it helped me get physical exercise and helped with my balance and has helped me improve my self esteem and self confidence. All of the staff make the club a very welcome place to explore the artistic side of youself. They are encouraging, supporting and a lot of fun. Have made a lot of new friends!!! Join us!!!!

National Dance Clubs, Brentwood is more than just a dance studio: its a community. Everyone from other students to teachers legitimately cares about each other. There's more going on than just classes, social events and parties, as well as opportunities for performances and competitions. All the teachers are phenomenal.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY INFECTIOUS. The feeling when you walk in is so welcoming and happy. Everyone you meet and dance with is genuinely in love with what they do and is so happy to be there. This is gonna become mine and my wifes second home.

This place is COMMITTED to teaching people how to ballroom dance! The whole system is designed to immerse students in dance, both instructed and socially at weekly dances. If you want a place "where everybody knows your name", NDC Brentwood fits the bill.
