I danced salsa previous to taking classes with Nicole, but I always say my dance journey didn't really begin until I moved to Nashville and started dancing under the advisement of Nicole. Nicole's enthusiasm for teaching salsa is infectious and makes you love salsa (almost) as much as she does. She cares about your development as a dancer and pushes you to keep getting better - if that's what you want to do. She once asked me "what kind of dancer do you want to be?" and that embodies her teaching style. You don't have to take salsa that seriously, of course, but if you do, you couldn't find a better instructor to guide you through your journey than Nicole. I appreciate that she recognizes ALL of her students, regardless of their level of skill. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the improvement of each of her students, whether you've just started with Foundations or if you've been dancing in the community for years.

Nicole is an amazing teacher! Her classes are fun, engaging, and super helpful in applying what's taught in class to social dancing. If you're interested in learning skills that will stick, I highly recommend!!! She is very passionate about dancing, especially salsa. One of my all time favorite teachers, and an amazing person overall. She is very invested in her students, and their goals and growth as dancers.

Nicole is a joy to learn with. She breaks down the fundamentals of salsa in such a way that even those who've never danced or think they don't have any "natural rhythm" will be comfortable doing the basics on the social dance floor by the end of the course. You can feel that she truly has a desire to share her passion with others. You will not regret taking a chance on one of her classes!

Nicole was the first instructor I started spending the most time with; and well worth it ! She definitely knows how to build a strong foundation and knows what a LEAD needs to know about the beginning stages of dance. The most fun you will have in a dance class! Nicole’s energy is one of kind and so contagious. She will ensure all of her students understand every movement by adapting her teaching style to match her students’ way of learning. She offers classes for all levels and one on one privates.
