(EDIT: 7th season at MCAS and my daughter is now one of the "Big Girls" who helps out with the Princess Ballerinas 💕.) My little girl has danced with MCAS for two years now. What drew me to this program, after coming from another local studio, was the loving atmosphere they have. What a difference between two studios. MCAS embraces an inclusive culture where everyone is shown love and respect. Their dancers are not only skilled, but more important to me (as the mother of a little girl), good people. I don't particularly care if my daughter grows up to be a Broadway performer or a famous choreographer. What's important to me, is that she grows up doing something she loves, has fun with, and that she is surrounded by people that build her up, no matter what her skill level may be. I will never forget the first time my daughter danced at TPAC for a recital as a preschooler. She looked up to the older girls so much. And these older girls, who were just about to go on stage and perform, took the time to talk to the "littles" and encourage them about their first performance. To these preschoolers, waiting in the wings, about to go on stage in front of hundreds of people in their tutus and tiaras, it was those acts of kindness from the "Big Girls," that meant the world. The fact that those older girls could step outside of themselves and their own moments, and take time with these little ones, showed what kind of good hearts are a part of MCAS.

My daughter danced in IL. We moved to TN and we were trying to find a dance studio. Music City All Stars made us feel like we have danced there before. They are so nice and answered all my questions and even had my daughter come in to meet them and have her dance for them. My daughter is really enjoying the studio even made friends and this will be her second year there. She is now on one of the teams this year. She is learning a lot and having fun. Music City All Stars is a really great studio to be a part of.

My daughter has been dancing at MCAS since she was 18 months old. She started in princess ballerinas with magical Ms Chloe and is now on year 2 of competition team. She asks everyday if she gets to go to dance today. She adores all the teachers and has made the best of friends, as I have with the other moms. This is a family run business where everyone is required to wear, as Kirstin says, their "positive panties" and I can' t imagine ever going anywhere else for her dance. Give them a try and you will love it!

We just love Music City All Stars. My daughter is currently on her 2nd year on the competition team. She has really enjoyed her time and experience at MCAS. Whether your looking for conservatory classes or to join a competitive dance program, this is the the studio for you. The owners and staff are amazing and really love creating a positive space for kids who love to dance! Give it a try, you’ll love it!

I have two daughters who dance and compete on the Music City All Stars teams. The teachers and coaches are very talented and skilled. There are so many opportunities available for children to grow and learn. Both of my children feel MCAS is part of their extended family and their second home. Music City is the best! My 4 girls dance there and love it! The owners and staff were super helpful when we first started as I was a bit overwhelmed and they walked me through step by step! We LOVE it there and couldn’t be happier. I have a child that dances for fun and also competition dancers and it is great for all. They do a lot of team bonding which is fantastic! I am a single man who knows nothing about dance, although I am in charge of my 14 year old daughters dance program. I always complain about the costs and traveling involved with her dancing at this school, as well as shuttling her there 3 times a week, but I guess you get what you pay for. My daughter loves going there, and they must be good because the school always seem to win nearly every competition I take her to, and everything is very organized and professional. She has been gong there since she was about 6 years old, and cherishes all the medals, trophies and jackets she wins with "National Champion" written on the back. I hate to say it, but it is worth every penny when I look at the joy, confidence and character building that it gives her growing up. I look at Valerie, Kirsten and their entire staff like God sent loving guardian angels keeping my teen age daughter on the right path to adulthood.
