Extremely professional and so much fun! I was surprised for my bachelorette party and I couldn't be happier. Our dance instructor was AMAZING in every way. Would recommend 10/10!

Came here for my birthday party with a group of 10. Booked the 2 hour "Misschievous" Degree package. Rae was our instructor. We got stuck in rush hour traffic and arrived late but the staff was so accommodating getting us checked in and gave us some leeway towards the end of our class to take pictures and videos even though our time was up. Rae was an excellent instructor and made me and my admittedly very shy and reserved friends feel super comfortable. They gave everyone in the group silly name tags and me a fun gag gift. Space was gorgeous and clean and waiting room was very comfortable. Also pretty affordable prices are exactly as listed on site. Definitely would recommend for parties

My bachelorette party took the Coyote Class and Jewels was the best!! She was so friendly and fun!! Even the non-dancers in the group had a blast and we can’t wait to keep using our moves!!

We had a group of nine go in for the Pole Prep School class during a bachelorette party and it was a blast! Miss Tricksee made us feel comfortable and was so much fun. It's quite a workout but definitely worth it and a great way to let loose and bond with your girlfriends. Would go back again for sure!

SO MUCH FUN!! I went with a group of 12 for a bachelorette party (duh lol) and we were all super impressed with our class. Tricksee was our instructor and she was spectacular! Not only was she an amazing dancer herself but what made the class thrive was how effective she was at teaching. The routine we learned was basic enough that we could all do it, but "difficult" enough that we felt we really did something. The music selection was also top notch and she allowed us to play what we want at the end once we learned the routine. She gave a lot of attention to the bride and really made her feel special. I 100% recommend this for any bachelorette party in Nashville - or if you and a group of friends are feeling frisky and just want to have fun. DO IT!

The teachers and environment at Miss Fit Academy are PHENOMENAL in their individual techniques to class. What I love most is the versatility and range of teaching you get with every instructor. It makes you want to keep coming back so you can take classes from different teaching perspectives and really perfect your craft! I’ve been coming to classes since 2019 and it has helped me with my confidence and movement. The level of inclusion and camaraderie makes you feel you can flourish and have fun. I would just recommend to newcomer’s to keep coming back!

Went there for a friends bachelorette. Hands down best studio I’ve been to. Went to a few pole dancing classes in a few states and this was by far the best. The routine was easy but at the same time we actually learned something cool. The instructor was incredible!! The staff was kind and helpful. We were welcomed with a champagne toast in a lil studio space for hanging out and taking photos. Went on to the class where we learned an intense spin for our choreographed routine. Overall the absolute best experience.

Our Miss Fit Academy class was the highlight of our bachelorette trip! The suite was classy and clever with plenty of photo ops before, during, and after. Our instructor, Sugar, made everyone feel comfortable and gave us all the encouragement to look and feel our best! The country line dance was fun to get everyone warmed up but we wish we'd have spent both sessions learning a complete pole dance routine. Sugar showed us a few tricks at the end that had us all wanting more! Afterwards they let us take our time downing our strawberry bubbly and staging 50 poses. Such a fun night. A great socially distanced activity too!

My best friend is getting married, so what better to do than fly to Nashville and take a pole dancing class for her bachelorette party?? We were a little late on booking our class(like the day before) but they accommodated us perfectly! Sapphire was our instructor, and she was phenomenal!! She was super sweet and patient for a bunch of young beginners and two mamas. Definitely recommend every bachelorette group try it out! It's also a great workout!!

We had a very diverse group of girls, some who were extremely anxious about the class, some who were ready to dance and some on the fence and every single person had a fantastic time. My Maid of Honor booked our party the Booty Pop and Floor Play class. We had Bae as our instructor and to say she was amazing and perfect still wouldn't do her justice! She broke down all the moves for us, and made everyone feel very comfortable. I would love to come back to Nashville and take a class from her again!! I am so happy with how much fun this was!! If you are considering a class, please go with Miss Fit Academy, request Miss Tricksee! My group took a class for our friends bachelorette party. I went into it thinking we would all be awkward, I left wishing I was closer so I could try more classes! All of the staff were really nice and ready to get you pumped up about being there. The building is nice, clean, and they have a bunch of places to take cute pictures. We also got to see Miss Tricksee do her thing - it was amazing.

This place is wonderful! The warmups/workouts are directed in an energetic, fun, sexy style. Every class teaches you awesome skills and new stretches. I love how supportive the staff is. The fellow class members aren't intimidating at all either like I thought it may be. They help you just as much as the instructors and everyone works together to improve. She knew how to teach us so that all of us would get he steps easliy. We also got to do a champagne toast after our class. Lots of fun and everyone in our group loved it!

I came to Nashville to visit some friends. We found this studio and decided to do something different. I've seen these pole classes available before, but have never taken them. Wow!!! We opted for the class that incorporated both pole and chair dances. It was so much fun. The instructor was so upbeat and positive. She made sure to go around to each student and give pointers and encouragement. We had a great experience! The best part, it didn't feel like it was exercise!! But let me tell you, you feel it the next day... not bad, but definitely a full body work out. I can't wait to visit Urban Studios again! UPDATE!: I finally made my way back down to Nashville. I heard that the studio is now called Miss Fit Academy. I loved their new location and the rooms look amazing!! The atmosphere is still the fun, energetic workout as before. Miss Tricksee was fantastic! She knows her stuff. Definitely give this studio a call if you’re in the area! You will not be disappointed!!

My bachelorette group and I did a chair dance and table top dance with Miss Tricksee in early April. We had such a blast! It was such a nice and elegant facility with nice lighting and fans to keep us cool. The dances were fun and sexy and easy to learn for anyone at any skill level. We recorded our dances and have talked about it for weeks. We enjoyed champaign in the “VIP lounge” afterward! All you bachelorette parties heading to Nashville have to give it a go!

Went with some friends for a Bach party a week ago and let me just say the girl at the front desk who was there in the evening was great! She's so kowledgeable, made us feel comfortable and provided us with what we needed throughout the party. Also, she didnt hassel us about the payment and let us pay at the end when we were ready to leave. She even played our favorite song at our request while we were waiting in the lobby. Plus the instructor was so bomb! Wish I lived here just to take classes on the regular.

Miss Fit Academy was a good experience. Foxxy was beautiful and talented, but a bit inconsistent in her sessions. By inconsistent I mean she possessed more energy, confidence, and attire in one session over the other. I also wish she was more encouraging and engaging with everyone. I don’t recall warming up or stretching. I was expecting more of a routined dance/ workout with the chair and pole sessions, but it was mostly us free-styling. It was fun, and I would return in a more advanced session.

After driving by on my way home from work every day, my curiosity finally got the best of me and I decided to see what Miss Fit Academy was all about...and I'm so glad I did! They offer aerial silk and hoop and pole dance classes, as well as a variety of other AWESOME fitness classes you really won't find anywhere else (flexibility and balance or sexy floorplay, anyone?!). The instructors are super motivating and overflowing with enthusiasm and confidence, which has definitely rubbed off on me! I've stayed with my routine at MFA better than any other workout I've ever tried, and I feel better (physically AND with my self-confidence) than I have in a long time!

Miss Fit is the best place in Nashville for all your aerial needs. When I started here 4 years ago, I was not the go to the gym, treadmill, weight lifting sort of girl. But I came here and immediately felt welcome and home for my exercise needs. Everyone from the staff to the students are nice and welcoming. I have brought many friends who have gone on to get their own memberships because they fell in love with not only the art of aerial life but the life in the studio itself. I highly recommend checking out Miss Fit especially if you are like me and not into the gym scene.

This was an overall first time experience with a group of ladies who came together for a bachelorette event. We arrived a few minutes late. The GPS routed us to a nearby area. The insturctor, Drea, was pretty cool with helping us get out of our element. She even allowed us to record the dance routine. We failed miserably and kept forgetting the dance moves so we freestyled half of the routine lol. The only thing that bothered me was one of my friends lost her phone. I called and asked if anyone ran across it and to just double check the areas we sat at. The lady did look, but she also mentioned she was headed to another job. My friend went back the next day to find the phone on the exact area I asked the lady to check. There were different people there who where unaware a phone had been lost. Other than that, we had a good time.

We had a miscommunication of bookings, as noted below in the reply from the company. They replied immediately since they were concerned with my initial review. I would hope that we had better communication but this seemed like a misunderstanding so I have updated my review. My biggest cons were that we literally stretched for 30 minutes. I can stretch myself at home or before the class. I understand that we needed to warm up but it was excessive. We had a good time and laughed at what we were doing, we got great pictures but my advice would be to confirm what you are looking for if you decide to book here.
