Do something for yourself this year that will be better than signing up for a gym membership that you will eventually quit anyway. Sign up for dance lessons with BDS!! You will find that the dance community is a very welcoming group of people that love to share the love and fun of dance with everyone. You will learn how to dance, get exercise doing it, and it will be the best therapy you can receive. The instructors are talented and very friendly and fun! I look forward to every lesson and definitely to each social dance!

Bryanna is fabulous! She has been so kind and patient with me and my fiancé. She provides a sense humor and ease during our lessons. So much so that we are probably going to stick with dancing! Highly highly recommend!

The owners, Brooke and Devin are professional dancers. They made this place nice and friendly, you want to come back again after you just left this studio. Everyone is accepted - from those who do not know how to dance at all, to those who already dance well. Individual approach, professionalism, a lot of fun, and we all love and appreciate them for that! I highly recommend this. If you've ever dreamed of dancing, they will make that dream come true!

Where do I even begin!?!? Devan and Brooke are such a treat! They are experts in all areas of ballroom dancing and teach classes that are so much fun! Ballroom Dance Studios is the most affordable ballroom lessons I have found in the Nashville area. They have group classes, private lessons, one on one with your significant other, and they even have a ladies night filled with wine and sexy dancing. My husband and I has Devan teach us our first dance song at our wedding! Everyone was blown away and we learned the dance in just 5 lessons. I am so impressed and will continue to take lessons there!

I am a law student at Belmont and I moved to Nashville last May timidly not quite knowing what exactly I would find here. I did not think it would be a love for dancing that is for sure but here I am. I started dancing at Brooke and Devan's studio about 5 months ago and it has truly been amazing. I have learned so much about my body and myself and I feel like I am just a happier person in general because of that. I would also love to give Macy a huge shout out. Macy teaches all of the group classes I attend, (besides tap shout out brookie<3) but Macy has the biggest heart and the patience of an angel. She empowers the girls to feel good and strong as women should! I am so happy to find this second home and I absolutely love the learning experience and friendship it has brought me. Dancing here is a Blast you won't want to miss it..... There lessons and dance parties are Great , try it out you won't be sorry!!!!!!!
