I had a dream to do a mash-up father/daughter dance at my wedding but I had no idea how to make that happen. I reached out to Arthur Murray Dance Studio and they were so willing and excited to help choreograph something for my Dad and I! Rodrick and Bailey were so helpful, encouraging and talented. Thank you guys for helping turn our vision into a reality! We had so much fun!

My ballroom dancing hobby was calling my name this past June (2022) after many years of not dancing at all. The Arthur Murray Dance Centers – Green Hills in Nashville was located just around the corner from where I live. Immediately, my instructor, Bailey Kenzington, warmly welcomed me to the floor. Bailey’s encouragement and coaching revived my muscle memory from years past. The joy that ballroom dancing gives me was quickly restored as well. Bailey and the Arthur Murray Green Hills team encouraged and challenged me to excel in my dancing, knowing that it gave me joy and opportunities to push the creative components of my heart and mind. If one believes this only happens for some people, visit our ballroom and discover the joy dancing can give you too. You will not find another group more excellent in their teaching, more fun in their culture, and more interested in you as a person. As a dancing student, I love to dance with my new friends weekly, so I hope to see you in the ballroom soon.

Arthur Murray was such a joy to work with!! My fiancé & I were a little nervous for our first dance at our wedding so we decided to take some classes and it was the best decision. Arthur Murray Dance Studio is not only the great place to start dancing but is the wonderful environment with professional instructors that make you feel comfortable and welcoming. If you want to learn and or experience another language start from here. Why language, because Dance is the hidden language of the soul. If you believe there are shortcuts to happinss, dancing is one of them. I took this shortcut with Arthur Murray Dance Studio and i cannot be happier than this. Don't wait for another day i promise you won't regret. 😊

I’ve been going to Arthur Murray Green Hills for 3 months and it has been a great experience! I came in knowing me, and honestly all my family, have almost no rhythm and not much coordination either, and to make matters worse I even have a sensory disorder that can make it even more challenging to move with any kind of grace or poise or confidence. So coming in I was super nervous and wasn’t sure if I would need to drop out or quit within a few weeks because it wouldn’t be worth it for me. But instead I found myself slowly started to feel more comfortable and less anxious with each lesson. The instructor (Bailey) does a good job of meeting you wherever you are at, and finds ways to build from there and instill confidence in you. She’s also very encouraging and knows how to challenge you but not overwhelm you, which is very important. She keeps the lessons fun too and makes you feel like its a safe place to make mistakes. I would highly recommend AM Green Hills to anyone interested in learning to dance, regardless of what you might think your dance capabilities are or what others may have told you. I can’t speak on behalf of their more advanced dance offerings, but hopefully I can write about them soon when I get there!
