My 5 year old has been with Corda Mor for just over a year now. We have been so impressed with the beginner classes! The studio really cares about both a quality foundation of skills, as well as the dancer’s social emotional well-being. Our teacher regularly speaks with me after class about things my child is doing well and what can be improved (very low pressure and completely age appropriate in my opinion). My child bounces out of class with more energy than she entered - excited about her sticker reward and sharing with pride when she gets to dance in front because of performing a step well! She participated in one day of St Pats performances (could have done up to 5) as well as a morning competition and she left those experiences with even more love of Irish dance. The parents of the older dancers are also so helpful, which really adds to the community feel. She has even met a couple new friends and they all get so excited to see each other before class starts! I highly recommend this studio!

Our dancer joined Corda Mór 6 months ago from another studio and what a difference it has made. She craved more challenging & structured accelerated classes. She loves the attention to detail & the breakdown of steps. She also has a lot of respect for the teachers. They foster a fun & inspiring atmosphere that guides each dancer to reach their full potential. We are so happy to be a part of this amazing school & community!

Both of my daughters have been dancing at Corda Mor for 3 years. They both started as beginners and have moved up the Irish dance levels through the years. Not only have they learned the ins and outs of irish dance, but they have also gained self-confidence as well as lifelong dance friends.
The teachers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful. They have helped instill a great work ethic and taught about personal accountability.
Whether you are looking for an just looking for an activity for your child to enjoy and learn from or your child had big goals, Corda mor is definitely the best around.

My daughter has been dancing with Corda Mór for almost three years. It started as something she just wanted to try for fun, and quickly evolved into a passion! All of the instructors at Corda Mor are kind and make dancing so much fun, but are always looking to challenge students and help them reach their goals. We are grateful to have found such a great fit for our daughter, and for all of t he amazing life skills she is learning through her experience into CM; that practice, perseverance, and hard work will help you achieve new heights!

Was at another school and remained stagnant in placements at comps and with dance steps. Daughter was craving to learn and move up and succeed. Made the switch to Corda Mor and it has been 100% everything she and I wanted and needed. After the first “try-it” class she came out of the studio with a red, blotchy face and said, “they asked me to stay the rest of class!” Love at first step❣️
She succeeded quickly and has been given other opportunities such as being a driller for younger and lower level dancers and being handpicked to dance at certain events.
The teachers are great at how they teach. They pinpoint things like opening your hips to get proper turnout. They helped my daughter tremendously on her sickling problem. Little things make big results!
Very helpful and accommodating parents too. If you are new to Irish dance or just switching schools, a parent or two (or three ;)) will always be there to help.
My daughter started Corda Mor as a hardly ever placing prizewinner and in 7 months she made it to open championship level. She will be dancing at her 3rd Oireachtas this November, danced at Nationals and at World’s. Never would have happened had we not made that switch of schools. I could go on and on. To wrap this all up, she has been dancing with Corda Mor since 5/15 as not only has improved tremendously as a dancer, but has a been a great mentor, leader, inspiration to many other dancers in and out of the school. She has a spark when she teaches little ones and has a true love of fitness too. Great job molding and shaping, Corda Mor!

We have two dancers at corda mor, one boy and one girl, that have been dancing for 5 years. The school is amazing, incredible teachers, wonderful families, and lifelong lessons in athleticism, performance, hard work, and confidence. Both my kids love performing and have forged wonderful friendships. We are so lucky to be part of this school!!!!!!
