Our three kids have been a part of this studio for several years and they love it! My daughter is part of the competitive dance program and she has had so many positive experiences and opportunities. The teachers teach the kids to be positive role models for others and they have great values that they instill in our kids. This studio has some of the most talented teachers around and I couldn't be happier with the progress my kids have made at this studio. There are so many different types of dance classes students can take from beginner to advanced.

My 5 year-old daughter loves taking dance classes at Young Dance! We've been taking her since she was 3. The studio is well-run by Sandy and her staff. I have always liked how the older girls help in the younger girls' classes. The shows are phenomenal and the skills my daughter is learning at a young age are great to see. The teachers she's had have all have high expectations, but the environment is very nurturing and caring.

My daughter started dancing at Young this year after I moved her from a different local dance studio. I had not been happy with the other studio and decided to try Young. I wish I had made the switch much sooner!! Young is professional, their teachers are very nice and they know how to work with kids of all ages. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of dances and choreography at the end of the year recitals!! My daughter had fun while being pushed to grow her skills. I highly recommend Young for any dancer that is looking to learn dance at a studio that is well run and takes their work seriously, but also allows for fun!

I researched several dance studios for my young daughter. So glad I decided on Young Dance Academy. The progress she has made in only one year is amazing. The instructors experienced dancers & are absolutely great. They are so patient & extremely energetic. The price is comparable but the costuming & recitals are hands down the best in town. I could not ask for a better place for my daughter to be!!!

This is a great place for anyone to learn how to to dance. They have classes for all ages. No matter your age you will get great positive feedback. I would encourage you to give them a call, see if you can come and watch some classes.

Can't say enough good things about Sandy, Jenna, and the rest of the staff at Young Dance Academy! We've been a YDA family member for nearly 7 years and have watched our daughter, once a small child simply enrolled to be involved in an activity, transform into a beautifully talented and skilled performer on stage. This program offers so much more than you can imagine. The curriculum and education may start with a few dance steps, but that's not where it stops. Know that your child will absolutely walk the rest of their lives down a brightened path paved by the experiences, structure, attributes, friendships, and fun that all began with a tap class. Along the way, you'll come to find that Young Dance Academy is a true gem within the performing arts community. The choreography and costumes are ALWAYS classy and this studio is extremely well respected at conventions and competitions around the country. Most importantly, trust that your dancer is in a safe environment and is surrounded by people who care about the well being of others. We are grateful to both Sandy and Jenna for all of the memories that we have to look back on, the lifelong friends that we've made, and for all the good things that the future may hold. Thank You!

My daughter loves dancing at Young Dance Academy! She is very active in athletics, usually playing on two different teams each season. Despite her busy schedule, she is always eager and excited to go to dance. She has grown to be a beautiful dancer under the guidance of the talented instructors. Each year, our family and friends look forward to enjoying the spectacular recital put on by YDA. From the smallest of dancers to the exquisite performances by the TI dancers, the whole show is entertaining.

This is our first year at YDA and I am already so incredibly impressed! Both of my daughters absolutely love their teachers and the structure of the classes. They are having fun while also being challenged. I love that there is an abundance of assistants to provide additional support in class as well. The teachers are engaging not only with students but with parents too. They take notice of each student's progress and provide feedback, which I think is wonderful. Very professional and organized studio! I'm thrilled that we switched to YDA!

There are a wide range of classes for various abilities - from recreation dance to professional competition. We took a small break from YDA, but ended up coming back. We are very happy with our experiences here.

Very impressed so far. The instruction seems to have a high level of detail, which is very important in dance. My daughter absolutely loves it and is excited to go back to each class which she's attended. When we signed her up for a class that was a little too high, the instructor was very supportive and discreetly told me.she should be9ved down a class. Even though my daughter was a little behind the rest of the class that day (which usually frustrates her), she still had a great experience.

Since switching to Young Dance my daughter has learned a great deal of technique, confidence, and training that she was lacking. I have been a part of this studio since age 2. I went through the Technique Intensive program and competitive program through middle school, and continued to take classes while in high school. This program gave me an excellent foundation of technique, and I was able to go on to be successful on my high school and college dance team. Something I love about YDA is that there is a class for everyone at every level! They truly inspire kids to have a love of dance. I am thankful for my experience and wouldn't trade it for anything!!!

My daughter has attended this dance studio for 2 years now. The experience has been nothing but positive. The teachers are amazing, the assistants in the class are so nice, and then entire atmosphere of the place is excellent. The talent and skills of these dancers and this studio is hands down the best. Most recently we also held a 6th birthday party for my daughter at the studio. There was 15 kids and they had their nails painted, hair done, face painting, played bingo, parachute, and of course dancing. I had many contacts with parents about not only the party being one of the best parties and that is all they talk about but also about starting at the studio after their amazement of the place. The birthday party was run so smooth and they were kept busy with a ton of fun. The best part of it all is that the decorations, set up, clean up, all necessary plates, napkins, silverwear, snacks, and juice was all included in the cost so it made things so easy on us as well. We would easily and will always recommend this studio to everyone for dance or a party! I could never thank the people at this studio enough for all their hard work and dedication to these students.

The older girls at the studio take care of the younger kids and take them under their wings. The recitals are run with precision and are so artfully put together. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Since coming to YDA, my girls have made great friends and learned valuable life lessons during their dance classes. The Teachers at YDA, value the art of truly teaching to learn and grow. Not every child will have the same talent, but all kids can feel value and identity in the way they are encouraged to develop their strengths through dancing. There are many opportunities at YDA to take a variety of classes and at different levels of strength. From jazz and tap to hip hop and musical theater, there is a class for almost every child to explore, learn and grow. I would most definitely recommend YDA to any parent looking for a dance school for their children and encourage them to check YDA out by watching their recitals in June. My granddaughters started out at a different dance academy, but when we switched, we were SO pleased. With the old dance academy, the children on stage 'copied' their teacher instead of knowind the dance. After the very first recital with Young Dance, I was TOTALLY impressed with how much the girls had learned. ALL of their performances were done without the aid of their teacher. They both have learned so much, I love when they come over and show me what they have learned and parts of the dances for the upcoming shows. Absolutely love this studio! The adult jazz class is a great opportunity for adults to get out of the house, socialize and learn something new. The addition of the adult tap class was icing on the cake this year! Would recommended Young Dance for any dancer of any age!
