Klassic Man

Old Navy is located at the Christiana Towne Center in Newark, DE. Old Navy is the best the place to go for all the latest fashions. The selection is always is great and the prices are even better. The staff there is always friendly and eager to help customers. I recommend stopping by Old Navy today the next time you're in the area.

A decent Old Navy with plenty of sales to look over. The shelves were well stocked and the staff was pleasant. The store is fairly large and the clothing is laid out in a fairly organized way. There is plenty of parking out front and they are located near a Vision Works.

So many choices for the whole family. All the shelves and racks were very neat and clean. All the employees were very friendly especially the manager Alex. I was confused about a few items but she explained everything and solved all my problems. Will definitely shop here again.

The prices were insanely low. The quality of the merchandise was exceptional. The store, however, appeared to be understaffed and there were only two people on the register. They said they had a new computer system and that's what was holding up the line. Going to shop online next time. Could've timed them with a calendar instead of a stop watch.

this location is where my fiance pretty much exclusively buys all of my shirts. The prices at this location are pretty good and the style is going to be outstanding. The store is wide open and is very inviting to anybody who comes into shop. The location in the shopping center makes it easy to find parking is free. You're going to be able to find the shirts of your choice here both Polo and t-shirt.

There was a very long line today with the cashier doing a return. The cashier seemed to have no hurry in her actions while we waited. She talked and had conversations. Which the lines didn't seem to bother her at all. I've been in lines before with many people but it moved steadily and the cashiers seemed aware and concerned about time spent in the line. I was disappointed because of the lack of care of customers. She could have said "please excuse the wait I'm doing a lengthy return and will be with you as soon as I can". Where was management? I hope she wasn't the manager. If so we the store is doomed.

The store was very messy the weekend before July 4th. They also didn't have anyone on the floor for questions or help. All associates were at the registers to make sure the line will go quickly. When I went back to return an item, one of the associates did help the line by taking credit card only purchases to help the flow of customers in line. Will continue to shop here, but would be nice if the store was cleaned up a little more and had more associates to help. That way I couod have a better experience finding the things I'm looking for.

The store had a lot of clothing thrown all over the place, as if a bomb went off, and a space selection of shorts(womens). The registers had 3 open with a huge line but everyone had a handful of things so I'm not sure why the line was long. HOWEVER, the register lady with the foreign accent( I forget her name) was very helpful and kind. I would give more stars if the store was able to fold the clothes and put them in the right spots. It's one thing to have a lot of returns, and customers who cant put things back, but other Old Navy's are not like this.

I didnt know that clothing stores get a "lunch rush", but every time I go here in the afternoon, its so busy. The line usually appears super long but the staff really knows how to bust through it quickly and they are always pleasant. Plus you can go see the homeless kitties at petsmart afterwards and maybe save one :)

Awesome experience in Old Navy ..hats off to Christopher for billing properly and giving all details of new offers.But another lady on register she billed twice for same item and not given any discount for which we were eligible...later when we found out from bill..we went to guy Christopher( that lady got vanished)and he helped us to bill all items from scratch and gave proper discount for which we were eligible to get.Thanks again Christopher.

The staff is nice but its always understaffed. I was in line for almost 30mins because the customers were too much for the 4 employees on register. I thought that a mgr or floor associate would assist the line but no one did. Disappointing

Busy with a long line with only 3 registers open at lunch break. Ran in for a quick exchange that took too long. Guess I'm not getting a lunch today. The pickings are getting slim

Standard Old Navy, but you will always have to wait to check out for at least 15+ minutes, many times much longer.

On a normal Sunday with nothing special going on I have waited 35 minutes in line! And countless other times I have waited for, at a minimum, 15-20 minutes. Can this be fixed? Ridiculous!

I went in the store to return an online purchase. Not a single hassle. Brought my purchases back in the bags they were shipped in. I didn't even have to scramble through hundreds of emails to find my receipts. Very smooth return. The girl behind the counter was very nice and knew what needed to be done and did it. I was outside walking to my car in 10 minutes.
