they're got a lot of coats, flannel shirts a few women's clothing mostly a lot of boots that are on sale for right now all different styles The staff follows you around but they're not nasty and are willing to find just the right style and size for you It's a great place to shop right now specially for Christmas. They're also got flannel jeans on sale now. And lot of jeans

Great employees. Smaller store with maybe a more limited inventory, however I left with everything I intended to buy in my sizes, including boots, several pairs of cheap, nice fitting work jeans (no more spending $50 on overpriced brand names), and a cheap jacket. Will shop here for future needs reguarding workware. Staff was awesome, good to know people still take pride in their jobs.

Wait for it.... Really horrible, at first, from how they do business to their customer service. Ordered boots (prepaid!) and was told it would take 2-4 weeks, ok cool. Call in to check status at 2 weeks, nothing. 3 weeks and still nothing. A little after 4 weeks I go in (in person) and ask about a refund and end up giving them another week, we really just want boots. Lady's at the front aren't the friendliest and seem like they don't know what they are doing, always asking questions and how to do things. Also, didn't seem to care about customer service, after they said the manager would call and check the status (apparently mgrs are the only one who can check an order, or the others probably don't know how to do that anyways) and still never heard anything. Ok by week 5 I'm just getting pissed, feel like they don't care either. I go in and ask if anyone ever checked, nope. So I ask for my money back and they still don't care, all the other lady says is that happens sometimes. It's no wonder everyone shops online, to avoid these people. Edit: Debbie, the manager called my husband today and made it right! Not sure if the lady's were just new and learning but they didn't physically check inventory when I called and went in. The boots were there in 3 weeks! But due to a computer issue it said the on hand was zero. She felt so bad that she made us a great deal on the boots and was actually sincere and customer oriented, thank you Debbie for caring.

For Christmas received a wrong size in a few items. Staff was very helpful in finding the right size and exchanged with no fuss. I'm more the owner of overalls that properly fit.
