Love Ross but always a CSR shortage. Gotta amp up staffing during peak shopping times. This is a problem it seems across the board no matter the Ross store I visit. (I.e. in Ks. VEGAS, KC, Tulsa....etc) otherwise this is my local store and I'm always pleased with selection.

Over time, this store has become a true favorite of mine! They have great quality at exceptional prices. I really have never been dissatisfied here. Some of my best purchases have been clothing, rugs, and shoes, and enjoyable bath soaps. Walmart is in second place now!

Employees, including manager, never seem to have any sense of customer service. Never smile or care that you're there. However, what bothers me more than that is that the store never is open on time. I love shopping here for the merchandise, but it might save me a lot of money soon if the store isn't willing to maintain any consistancy. At least change hours on website if no one is going to open the doors.

This location has recently become very run down. There are way too many clothes on the racks, making it difficult to sort through the clothing options. It feels dirty and unkept. This used to be one of the better locations, but I do not recommend this store location anymore. It feels like Goodwill.

Nice place to shop for good deals on Thanksgiving decorations for the home and they have great prices on jeans, shirts & shoes. Nice staff and you get greeted when you walk through the door. They also have late hours. I believe they close at 11:00p.m. the friendly cashier said.

We enjoy Ross. They have some great options for kids clothes, men's, and women's. I always buy my shoes here, we also buy all pillows from here. They have great prices and awesome selections. I enjoy going through their electronic and tools aisles to see what is in that day, they also have a wide selection of wallets, hats, cheaper socks, and some workout stuff. That's not to mention their luggage and jewelry section. It's a good store.

Honestly I feel they are under staffed. The store wasn't as organized as most Ross stores. It wasn't horrible just a bit mixed up. The check out line was super long. The cashier was very friendly and professional. Not a bad experience just could have been better.

Eh. You never know what your getting. Sometimes a steal, sometimes junk that should've been landfilled. Clothes aren't priced great either. Sure they're cheaper than buying these brands directly but not cheap.

I love shopping here. The only thing I do not appreciate is security following me in the store. I also don't appreciate the fitting room associate telling me to hang my things on the rack for them before and after going into the fitting room. Like they can't take it from my hands when I'm trying to hand them the items. It was really awkward.

Great store with friendly people and affordable name brand items. The employees make you feel so welcomed. At other ross stores things usually are never in the right place, but at this Ross everything was in the correct place it was supposed to be.

If Uptown Cheapskate and Goodwill had a child, Ross would be it. It has the more in style clothing you would find at Uptown Cheapskate, along with the more retro clothing you would find at Goodwill with a price range that is in the middle of the two. And the clothes are all new. But let's stop focusing on what you're wearing, and let's focus on your hobbies. You paint? Draw? Cook? Here you find all supplies like that for a fraction of the cost. I love!

I LOVE ROSS!!! Such good deal, this store is so clean and organized, I can have $200 at the east mall and spend $100 of it. I can have $200 for Ross and spend $250 lol. ALWAYS good stuff, great prices, good selection, and cute stuff! Except the employees don't always try to be helpful, but I never really need help so either way oh well lol. This will always be my store of choice!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I buy just about every home related item I can get there! My whole kitchen was decorated by Ross! My bedroom was decorated by Ross. It's my favorite store to go too! I have been to all 4 in Wichita and the 1 in Derby and I recommend the West and East Kellogg Ross Stores. The 2 stores are just off of Kellogg and they have the most product. You name it and I have bought it there! I can't pay full price for alot of things because of Ross spoiling me!

Thisbplace is always packed with people, sales are decent prices, staff is mediocre. The restrooms are locked which is a bit of pain. Their selection of womens nice dresses is impressive for not being any bigger a store. The mens selection is less so, housewheres is always a mess as it the shoe dept.
