My son has always had trouble finding clothes that fit. We walked in and he was able to find lots of clothes that fit him including a pair of jeans and a new belt. He was so excited! It made for a great shopping trip for all of us! We will be back!!

The young man who waited on us (Wife & I) was very helpful and had a good grasp of your clothing options for someone my size. He pointed us in the right direction and we bought five (5) articles of clothing. Other than taking up the pant legs on the dress slacks I bought, everything fit perfectly, which does not happen often for someone my size.

The best part is my husband and son loved the experience as well. DXL overall was the most amazing store we have been to. Love it! We spent quite a bit of money there but it was worth it because even the clothing is an amazing quality and lots of great brands. Love it, Love it

My son predicted I could not get a suit off the rack. DXL did it for me. The attendants were nice and respectful. The choices were good. The store was clean. I got enough of their time. For a person who hates to shop, this was a good experience. I recommend the Wichita store.

This place is awesome!!! I have struggled all my life to find jeans that would fit me. I walked in and was immediately greeted and offered assistance, I passed initially because I wanted to browse compare and get an estimate on what I remembered my size being (approximately, as it had been a while). When offered assistance again the lady was extremely helpful and introduced me to my best options with what criteria I presented. She unlocked a fitting room for me, I tried on a few and got a better feel for what I needed. She checked in on me again after just a little while and I was able to get her to search for a better fit for me while I waited in the dressing room. Not long after she announced she found what I was looking for and were coming over the top, tried them on and it worked out great (the customer service here was really awesome). :) They didn't have a lot of options for me because I have a 34 inseam, but they had a ton more options than anywhere else I had ever been my whole life so although I might have preferred a different color they are work pants and I'm going to be losing weight anyways so I'll order with them when I get down to my optimal weight. Most importantly, all (or near all) the jeans here have a non-visible elastic waistband built in. So if you are like me and have big hips with a relatively small waist then this is definitely where you want to shop (they fit perfectly). :)

Ok, I'm not small. We stopped in right before the store was closing and the nicest sales-woman helped me pick out a suit jacket and pants. Ended up buying a shirt too. Really need a contemporary suit that fits. Thankfully DXL was there.

Came here for my football player, teen son to find clothes for a dance. Great quality, sizes and fits not found in other retail locations, nice store, and friendly employees. I will caution those who are watching a budget, you get what you pay for, meaning the clothes are on the pricer side but again, great quality!

I have no fashion sense and hate shopping. Like least favorite thing to do. I have alot of anxiety about it. This place always treats me awesome and always makes me look good! There employees always are so nice to me and helpful even though I am not helpful in anyway because I don't know what I want or sizes. My attitude is horrible because my anxiety is through the roof. I can not sing this places praise enough. Thank you for being patient and kind. Thank you for always making me look good. Thank you for helping me in every way and being understanding and helpful!

I had not shopped for clothes at a clothing-only store for many years. My experience had always been at department stores. This was definitely a cut above those experiences. I was greeted promptly at the front, and made my way to the area of interest. I was promptly greeted again. I was measured, pointed to the sizes I needed, I was helped in picking out the clothing to get a good match. A perfect shopping experience.

I loved it! First time in the store, my wife and I were greeted very courteous. I am a larger man and I didn't feel uncomfortable or unwanted. Both of the workers were friendly, helpful and really helped me to feel comfortable. As long as I'm plus sized, this will be the store I shop at.

Every time I am there they treat me like I am welcome and I think that speaks a lot about a company. The clothes, yes they are expensive but they last! They last a long time, if they don’t have anything I want in stock I always have them order for me after they get the right sizes needed and it’s free shipping straight to my house! If you still don’t like it they will happily take it back. Great store for larger than normal men.

Love the staff! They are very personable and knowledgeable and have always helped me find clothes that look good and fit well. Also, I am more of a big and short person, rather than big and tall and I would still recommend DXL for people with a similar body type. Their seamstress is very experienced and does high quality work and has a pretty fast turn around. The hems on everything I have had hemmed have looked great and not ripped or loosened over years of daily wear. If they ever do though, DXL has a policy the you can have the item re-hemmed for free, which is a nice comforting guarantee to have when I have to wear my hemmed slacks every day for work.

It is a nice store, although it is very small. The selection of items is okay but I do find the prices way too expensive. Although if you catch them on a good sale you can get some good deals. Also they have a small clearance space that you can get some good deals at 2. The store itself is very clean very modern very nice. The people who work there are very nice and are very helpful.

The clothes are great. The guys in there are helpful, but I don't necessarily want the help, they are commissioned. You almost feel like they fight over people sometimes...I felt really awkward. One guy came up asking to help, almost as soon as he turned away there's another guy asking you questions. Personally, if I want help I'll get someone other than that just let me be.

I like their product lines, but have problem with my items not being in stock at store. They will order, and have delivered to store or home. However, as styles and colors change, may not get what you intended. Helpful staff makes difference.

Great place for large person clothing. Jump on you entering the door ( annoying) but after that very pleasant. Have all seasons of outerwear. Nice supply of shoes to coats, dress up to every day wear.
