Went in to get some work boots for a a friends birthday. Lizzy was nice from when we walked in, then Landon helped us find the boots we needed. We needed a composite or steel toe. Lizzy checked us out and was very nice & helpful. Great experience, friendly workers and knowledgeable! Will be back.

Hands down Cavenders in East Wichita Kansas is the best Western store in the city in my opinion . I love this store because the staff is very friendly, kind and the folks there have good knowledge of Western apparel. Nice selection, good quality, reasonable prices. I always have a very pleasant shopping experience at this location.

Their retail customer service is ON POINT here. I've worked retail myself so I can pick up pretty easily on how service is prioritized. All the workers here are very attentive to their customers and will be clearly headed to go do something else and will still stop to see if anyone else needs anything on their way to the back or to the front. They even offered us a discount code at the register when we had many jeans and a pair of boots, saved us a good chunk of money for sure.

A beautiful chain of Western Wear shops. Plenty to choose from as far as boots, shirts, hats. I wish the women sizes included more for the curvy girls in stock. However the fella can always find something that fits him.

We haven't ever had a bad experience at this store. Their selection is great, the prices are on point, and the store is clean. The staff has always been wonderful and accommodating. I LOVE the fact that they allow you to make your own decision about mask wearing and don't push the issue either way. We shop here a lot and will continue to do so. I do wish they could expand the kids clothes to off more selection for older kids/pre-teens.

I genuinely like this store. The selection is nice and the prices are on track with each brand. I wish their kids section was expanded though. As far as the customer service goes I feel like it is a hit or miss. I have had some of the best service with helpful and kind women (see Evee for this type of service) but some of the women have been rude, ignorant and just plain obvious in letting us know that they are annoyed that they have to help. I just go in with the intent of finding what I need myself and if I get a nice employee to help I feel lucky. Otherwise I just figure out what I need myself and limit questions to only what I must ask.

My experience was excellent! My granddaughter was looking for a outfit for pictures. Rachel went above and beyond to find the perfect outfit for her. I asked how long she had been working there and it was her third day! I thought she had been there forever. She was so sweet and kind. We were very grateful for her and will definitely go back. Thank you, Cavender's for having good folks working for you.

My first visit to Caveder's was great. I really liked the western theme through out the store. It was very clean and easy to find the things I needed. A sales person helped me locate my size of boots. All of the boots were great brands and quality. It was easy to check out and they didn't try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. They had a nice selection of clothing and accessories too.

First of all this place smells so AWESOME!! i wish they sold this smell in a spray can! Second the customer service that I've received when I've gone in here is second to none! I wish I could remember the last Sales person's name I think it was Belinda?....possibly? Anyway whomever she is, she was GREAT and very HELPFUL!! She helped me with my purchase in the store as well as ordering some gorgeous boots that I wanted on their website and made sure that I got free shipping! All their clothing, boots, belts. and jewelry seems to be of high quality! LOVE THIS STORE!!

Awesome place. I didnt catch her name but the 20 something professional woman in the pink top tonight was awesome. The young lady that was my cashier was just as good. Their expertise and help really made me want to come back shopping in my next payday. Managers do all you can to keep them. I recommend a raise for their knowledge and willingness to help a clueless husband.

Very helpful staff! I bought my first pair of cowboy boots from here- they were Cavender's brand, and I love them! I was worried that the left was defective because it was much tighter than the right but they were really nice about it, and stretched the boot so it would fit better. They said I can come back in anytime if I have any more issues with them. So relieved I didn't have to just return the boots!

I want to thank Lauren M . Bought a pair of rock and roll jeans about three months ago. The seat ripped out . I took them back in with no explanations of doing anything about it . She was very gracious and evern though they were crazy busy she did an exchange with a smile . Thanks for the great service. We shop at Cavenders often because of their great product line. After today just gives my family and I reenforcement to continue our shopping there .

Is a good place to buy western clothes if you looking for shirts pants suit jackets boots ladies kids men have a very good of clothing they do give military discount which I think is great and I was when I was there about two shirts in the vest handsome scarf ties so if you're into western clothes and want somebody to go it's one of the better stores in Wichita to buy stuff that's more classic Western since today work clothes added into western stores
