I’m iffy about this review because I’ve run into a mix of people with this experience. The pick-up process was smooth after the issues, apparently if ordering online and picking up in store it will takes hours for your order to even show up in there system even if they have the item in stock. The customer service of a female manager who answered the phone needs improvement. Overall, don’t order online to pick-up in store unless you have hours to waste, and try not to engage much with the angry looker workers in the store so you won’t get attitude.

It's a great place very open and alot of selection. The only reason that I put 4 stars is because alot of their stuff is overpriced. They were having a 50% off sale on anything on sale so I got a 35 dollar hat for 8 bucks. So in my opinion its a go store over all but it does have a few flaws.

They had a lot of variety, from clothes to record players to posters. Prices were decent and they had a sale going on, especially women's section had great deals!!

If you like overpriced, non-size inclusive clothes with holes in them, do I have a place for you. The coolest part of Urban is always their home and tech goods, and this location is no exception.

Big open store with good selection. The sale section is abundant and the downstairs mens section is substantial compared to other Urban stores. Good customer service experience as well!

Today, 12/30, my friends and I were in the store when one of my friends passed out. All of the staff were extremely helpful and did an amazing job making sure she was comfortable and helping to the fullest extent. They didn't seem panicked and handled it very calmly.

Store was clean and tidy despite being open close to the holidays, and staff was friendly and helpful. Found a cute dress for $10 and it rang up as $6. Definitely a successful trip

I love the atmosphere of this store. Merchandise is a little pricey but that is to be expected of Georgetown. On the other hand they were selling these record players that came in a nice case for $100, which seems like a good deal. It's always been fun to come to Urban Outfitters and peruse the selection. I'm a girl, and I would still love to wear some of the hipster guys clothes there too.

One of my favorite clothing stores. They are a little pricey but I think that they are worst it. I like that they are urban and they offer so many it we cool house hold things along with vinyls and vinyl players. They have vintage style Polaroid cameras as well. This is a great fashionable store.

First time (and prob last) visiting this store. The girl who rang me out clearly either didn’t want to be bothered or didn’t know what she was doing. I gave her my phone to scan the bar code so I could get my points and she just kept saying I had no coupons available, which is odd because even if I had no coupons, still scan my app for rewards purchase. She never did scan my app. I was looking for something and the employee described where it was in the store, but never took me directly to where I could find the item I was seeking. It was really a weird experience because in other UO’s the employees have been very helpful. I’m also used to getting an extra 10% off in store for being a member and didn’t get that either. The whole experience was really interesting and if I didn’t have to go pick my boots up from this store, I prob never would’ve made the trip to this one. The store was pretty organized but that’s the only good thing I can say about it.

I was in George Town making a ton of returns last night. The managers in a couple stores I stopped at were incredibly rude and disrespectful which made me truly appreciate how sweet and sincere the manager at this particular Urban was. I returned a couple items without any problems, the store associates were all so sweet and rather than giving me small bills, the manager looked in every register to find larger bills which she did. Thanks for making the process so easy!

Staff is fine but the store is massive. Usually that's not a problem but the urban outfitters in georgetown doesnt use all of the space. There are not many things there but on a lighter note, they have a nice selection of skin care products n makeup

ATTENTION MEN! Clearly women are more likely to buy Urban Outfitters merchandise, than are men. This fact is made clear as the quantity of available men's wear continues to shrink. Like other brands doing business in Georgetown, this merchant is increasingly focused on attracting to woman shopper, not that there is anything wrong with that.

The best urban in the DC area. Best sale selection, especially the women's sale- it gets its own huge room. Constantly changing displays. Never too crazily crowded. Friendly workers. Christmas sale always good.

Had a poor experience waiting in line for a long time, there were over a dozen people in line before another person came over to help at the register. Rushes happen unexpectedly but customer service needs to be a priority. Pretty store in a nice location though!
