Since very recently relocating to Virginia Beach, found some beautiful end tables and antique looking lamps, all under $20. Also, since coming from the beautiful and warm weather in Hawaii, needed a winter coat, found a Rocowear hooded coat, with all the bells and whistles, originally going for $175, their price was $54. Very nice store, clean, well stocked with friendly and courteous Sales Reps. You always find something exotic at Ross.

I went to Ross's today and they had such beautiful shirts and sweaters. I was so excited to be able to buy a small for the first time in years and found so many things. Of all the area Ross stores and Hampton Roads this one is my favorites. It's a large store, very organized and always has plenty of merchandise. The staff is always friendly and the hours are great! Also note that currently the dressing rooms are open.

Love how this location stays open late. Not many locations do! I’m usually out with my sister n law’s when I come here, luckily their shelves are full and has new inventory for the most part. Wow I am beyond inpressed by this location. Today was their reopening and it was a smooth, safe, and pleasant experience. Unlike the normal ross stigma they we're orderly and clean. I spent well over $400 because there we're so many awesome deals. I'd like to shout out to the team on hand they we're patiently, cohesive, and quite helpful. And their communication with each other was outstanding. The male manger was an Angel , his team follwed his orders and he was so kind and helpful to shoppers in need of assistance beyond the norm. 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option.

Love the dresses always very economical. I shop both at Landstown Commoms in Virginia Beach and the one at Military Circle Mall. The line in both are usually long but the store in Virginia Beach seems to always be under staff so the line move much slower. Also they should regulate the purchase and return/exchange line better. People should not be able to just walk up and fo a return in 4 seconds when other people are waiting in line for long periods of time to purchase when you know that 9 out of 10 times that return/exchange is also a purchase. Military Highway does that better also.

Great prices but if you are a small size not a very big selection to choose from. I went during the week during the daytime and only one cashier took 20 minutes to check out you would have thought it was a weekend. I'm also not a fan of the shopping carts with the pole attached.

Ross is a nice store to shop in. As soon as you walk in you will discover bathroom and bedroom items, wallets, scarfs, leggings and socks. Next is the shoe aisle. Recently I had only about 30 minutes to shop, but in that time I found Nautica boots, leggings, and socks. My total came to under $50. I was astonished and very happy with my choices. The Nautica boots are fabulous and will keep my get warm this winter. So if you love bargain shopping and have some time then drive yourself over to Ross.

This store had a lot of great items for great prices. All of the name brands are represented. The store hours are awesome!! I visited on a Friday night and they didn't close until after midnight. The only negative was the bathroom..which was disgusting.

Much cleaner than the other Ross stores in the area. Selection is hit or miss but the location and surrounding stores make up for the trip when it’s a miss. The juniors clothing is severely lacking in quality and that is very understated. Women’s is better quality but not always the best styles.

Ross is actually pretty good for another home goods and fashion spot. This store has a great selection of sneakers at a pretty reasonable rate of $20-$50. I came in looking for a cologne and saw a great pair of CK sunglasses, but alas the lens was scratched on one side. The selection of clothing is pretty good for men . I was able to find a good pair of Levi's for $20. The sneakers area a kaleidoscope of colors so for someone who likes color in their everyday attire it's a win! Their hone goods department doesn't have that same vibe as TJ Maxx or Marshalls. I get a Burlington vibe when I stroll through there. They do have good candles and artwork. As well as mixed sized furniture. If you need a piece or two you can find something but it'll be hit or miss here. I tried on the pants and one fitting room stall had gum all over the locks and one stall had no lock at all.

Well I gave 5 stars because I don't have any complaints the store is located right next to my neighborhood and it is the kind of place where if they don't have what you want go another day and maybe they will but the thing is the things that you can find there are extremely reduced cost for the same product you would find in a shopping mall it's just about being there the day that has what you were looking for but there are incredible Bargains to be had

I love Ross. I just got checked out by Eisha. Someone needs to talk to her. I can tell she's a good person but she said as I handed her my clothes, "Can I leave yet?" To her teammate. She had the same bad attitude from the time I made a return till I checked out later on. Multiple remarks about not wanting to be there and giving poor service because of it.

Good cheap selections. I only buy kitchen, art and some sport apparel for personal use. Shoes are not that good quality and looks like they are even fake - or class A type (imitations). I buy stuff here for care packages we send overseas.
