Excellent service! especially from this one employee, Caspian. Last Sunday, The store was very busy and I watched this guy on their feet helping people left and right no sweat. And when they were not helping someone out, they, my friend, and I had a really good conversation. I wouldn't have bought these cute overalls i adore without their suggestion and help. Caspian gets 5 stars in my book

Maxie was awesome! I was looking thru the stickers and found the reality bites one and as I was checking out they told me about the BOGO 30% off so I asked if they had any stitch stickers and they said no but showed these awesome mystery figures from lilo stitch and I am so in love with him. They let me open the package right there at checkout and offered to throw the box away for me. Such a pleasant experience! :)

I was visiting from out of town. The HT that is close to me did not have as much stuff as this one did. AND the first time in a while... I had a couple of people who asked me if I needed help. Cashier was also really awesome too.

The store is larger than other Hot Topic stores I've been in, which was definitely a plus. I was able to find things that were unavailable at other stores and online in this particular store. The variety of items and clothing sizes pleasantly surprised me. The cashier was also very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff and service and a monster selection of items. They have everything from modern day to sci-fi and lots of unique items in between. Also their piercing jewelry is priced much better than other stores in the mall and they have a wider variety of sizes. The store can seem crowded at times with the amount of items in the store and the size of the store but I have never had any issues getting what I need.

One of the sales associates there, I think her name was Stephanie, went out of the way to help my boyfriend and I find outfits to dress as The Incredibles for Halloween. She walked around the store and helped us find what we needed and for the items that weren't there, she ordered it for us online and made sure we got all items on sale. She was great. I was so surprised by her enthusiasm to help us. She deserves a raise AND to be acknowledged for her exceptional customer service.

The store was stocked pretty well actually overstocked with stuff spilling into the walkways. Do not go towards the back if you value your life. I counted at least 5 safety violations on the floor. Other than that they have all your run of the mill goth emo needs covered and a few cool odds and ends.

Slightly bigger than some of the other hot topics. Very neat and the staff where fast and helpful. Store credit cards are available and most of the time they have a great sale going on. Jewelry, clothes, wallets, and much more. Recomend a visit here.

I usually look forward to shopping here. I usually find great things here. There's usually something I'm always looking for here. Service is always good. Never leave unsatisfied. One of my favorite stores. However store is a bit cramped and a few customers can be rude and pushy.

okay i haven't been here since 2017 but tbh it was a pretty good experience? hot topic isn't emo anymore but it was nice during the emo glory days of 2015-16

Mostly a fandom store now. Glad for that since it's the place to go for the teenagers. Service was great, a staff member helped me pick out a suitable hoodie for my daughter to purchase on a bonus discount.

It is what it is. You already know what to expect. Scene-ster shopping for younger peeps or people who love the emo, goth, club kid, post hardcore, pop punk stuff of the mall variety. Lotsa great toys. Good prices all the time. Always discounts everywhere you look. Lotsa body jewelry for good prices.
