I went to 4 different local stores to find “the one” and Here & Now was the absolute best! I didn’t feel any pressure to leave with a dress, but actually ended up coming back because I knew I found the one at Here & Now! Jan was the associate that helped me and she was truly amazing. She helped me pick out dresses and I tried on at least 15-20 dresses. She helped me in and out of all the dresses and really made me feel like I was beautiful. All of the dresses I tried on were so amazing!! Also they have dresses in different sizes so you could potentially try on dresses that fit you perfectly like I did! The prices were so great I got my dress below my targeted budget. Every dress I tried on was affordable. It *almost* made me want to buy two! The cherry on top was the fact I got to take my dress home the day I bought it so I get to see it anytime I want while waiting for my alterations appointment and big day. I have attached some pictures of the dresses I tried on but didn’t choose!

I LOVED SHOPPING AT HERE AND NOW BRIDAL! I went to them earlier this year for a second wedding dress since my 1st dress was a ball gown. Studio I Do sent me to Here and Now Bridal to find a dress in my price range. Ms. Jan was so helpful! We were able to find the right dress for me within the appointment. I loved my experience so much that I went back again to get an additional dress! Don’t worry I wore all three. I did a walk in appointment and luck would have it Ms. Jan was there again! Here and now was a dream to work with. Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress. After falling in love with a dress at Klienfield I started my weight lost journey and when my dress finally arrived it was too big. I only had 30 days until my wedding day and was freaking out what I was going to wear down the aisle. First time I went into here and now I was over filled with panic and the staff calmed me down and said we will work everything out. The second time I went back with a complete open mind and tried on as many dress as I could to find the one. It was the last dress they pulled and we were not sure if it would fit but Danielle wanted to give it a try. It was the perfect fit and Leah there awesome in-house alterations girl made it fit my body like a glove in 3 short weeks. Thank you to everyone at here and now to make me feel even more beautiful then I can ever imagine on my wedding day. If you are in a time crunch or just want a great experience and expert advice, then here and now is the place for you. Thank you ladies!

After my experience at Here & Now, I wish I could get married more than once! Jan was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very attentive to my requests when looking for my perfect dress. She was so honest and caring. I also want to shout out Mariah for being so supportive and honest, as well. The women there truly care about making dress shopping enjoyable. I wasn’t able to have my family or friends with, but they made me feel so loved. I’m so appreciative of their dedication to have options for everyone: price, size, style, etc. The quality of the dresses is phenomenal, too. Having the ability to buy off the rack with little to no alterations needed was a must for me, and that’s exactly what I received. My dress is perfect and I couldn’t be happier. I was very nervous for this appointment given my size and style of dress I was looking for. Jan was my stylist and made the appointment so easy! She reviewed what I was looking for in a dress and had me pick a few out I wanted to try to determine my size. After I tried on the first few, she kept bringing me more in my size! I was surprised at the number of dresses they had that fit me (bridal size 20)!! She brought me a dress that was not at all what I was looking for but encouraged me to be open, so I tried it on and ended up saying YES to that dress! I'm very indecisive, but Jan put all my worries about any of the dresses at ease. No pressure to buy and Jan was honest in her thoughts on the dresses on me as well. Prices are awesome and the dresses are high quality. I got a gorgeous gown for almost 1/2 retail and significantly under budget! Definitely recommend any bride to to stop in and see Jan at Here & Now!!

I first went to David's Bridal to find my wedding dress. I was treated like nothing less than a number. I literally said yes to the dress (as you can see in the picture with the sad smile), even though deep down it felt like I was settling. The "stylist" was just trying to make a sale. However, when I called my mother, it was a "no" for her. So, I walked away and it felt great. I found Here and Now haphazardly on Google. It was the third boutique my friend and I visited that day. And 3 time's a charm because it was magic ✨️ from the moment we entered to the second we left. I never believed that a dress could make you feel anything other than pretty. But when I found my dress at Here and Now, it was a dream. Brittany was the greatest at helping me pick out a number of dresses that were all beautiful and flattering. She took the time to understand me and my vision and she nailed it! Danielle was also there helping us out and gave me a solid deal for my dress, veil and tiara headband. My experience was nothing short of how a bride should feel in her dress for her special day. This place was superb. (Compare my genuine smile from Here and Now to the one at David's Bridal). P.S.- I'm sure David's Bridal works for just getting a dress and that's awesome. But Here and Now gave me THE dress.

This is a great bridal shop! They have incredible off-the-rack gowns at such great prices! Some of the wedding dresses in the store are even one of a kind gowns you won't find anywhere else! When you say "yes" to your dream dress, they even let you sign a dress in store to celebrate the moment! I went during the 20% off Black Friday sale and had a great time finding my dream dress with Danielle! She didn't make me feel pressured into making a decision at all, which helped set me at ease. If anything, I was asked "Are you sure?" to the point where I wondered if they were hinting I looked bad in my final pick! I got the sense that they were waiting for a big reaction/tears, which isn't really my style. Regardless, everyone was very helpful and enthusiastic. My only comment is that I definitely wasn't prepared for the "add a tip" option on the card reader! I instinctively selected the middle option, which was 15% (in my case ~$180). Danielle more than earned it, but novice brides, remember to factor this into your budget!

I visited Here & Now Bridal on March 1st and I left with THE dress! This bridal shop isn't the first one that I visited but I was struggling to find a dress that I knew was the one and almost risked it by ordering one online. It turns out that I saved the best place for last! I worked with Danielle and she was truly a life saver. I booked my appointment for a Wednesday afternoon and we had the shop to ourselves which made things feel so much more relaxed. She listened to every single thing I had to say about what I liked and didn't like and she was able to show me 10+ beautiful dresses. I told her my budget (which didn't feel very high but somehow I still had so many dresses to choose from) and she never pressured me to go higher. When we came across a dress that I LOVED but would clearly need altered, Danielle went out of her way to bring the tailor out to see if the alterations I'd like could be realistically done. I can only recommend Here & Now Bridal and I am so thankful that I chose to visit them out of all the other bridal shops in the Hampton Roads.

I had a fantastic experience at Here & Now Bridal. The customer service was truly top tier. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, so I was not quite sure what my style was, however Camryn was more than accommodating of all my crazy requests and made me feel very comfortable in my uncertainty of styles. This review is for the bridal dress alterations I received from Melanie at Here and Now last year. I have just realized that I never left this review after all the aftermath of the wedding, a family member's passing, and then COVID craziness and I feel badly about that because Melanie was nothing short of amazing. My dress fit perfectly on my wedding day and felt like it was made just for me! It really did fit like a glove! The style of my dress also allowed her to make my bustle very simple- just one button that I could easily do myself- and I'm so glad she suggested that because it definitely made things much easier before the reception! I told my now husband that I always felt like royalty when I was going in for gown fittings at Here and Now- so thanks for making it fun and thank you for Melanie's immense talent and beautiful intelligence!

I cannot tell you how amazing Here & Now is. Completely went out of her way on her day off to help me with my fitting. After I missed my flight (and missed my appointment) she offered to reschedule to the following day and did such an amazing job with the alterations. After purchasing my dress from Studio I Do, we moved my dress to Here and Now Bridal for it to be tailored. Melanie at Here and Now was a dream to work with. Having your wedding dress tailored can be tricky being that you are usually at this stage in the game months before the big day. Melanie did such a wonderful job. At my last fitting one area was a tiny bit too loose and Melanie was able to alter the dress and get it back to me in less than four hours. The other ladies at Here and Now were so amazing. They would call and let me know of any openings in alternations and were always able to accommodate me. Thank you Here and Now Bridal!

Everyone at the shop is wonderful! I made an appointment and went to try gowns with my mom and sister. Jan was our consultant. She was so friendly and fun to be around. Initially, I was nervous because of the off the rack setup. But all the gowns were beautiful and more unique than what bigger box stores offer. Jan pulled lots of options for me to explore. I was stuck between 2 dresses and she was patient in letting me try the dresses on as many times as I needed. I never felt rushed. She even pulled accessories to help complete the look. I didnt take a gown home that day, but ended up coming back 2 days later. The second time around Jessica was a delight. I am so happy I found my dress at Here & Now and would highly recommend them!

I LOVED this shop. It was perfect for a bride like myself. I'm an introverted person and a studio like this with an intimate feel was just what i needed. Their selection is so unique and personal. You can see everything they have but not be overwhelmed. The reason I'm leaving this review, though, is because of my stylist Brianna Cossu. She was absolutely fantastic. She was so helpful and attentive and supportive. Despite a general negative experience because of parents, the ladies in the salon did everything they could to keep me happy and working to find the dress for me. Though the selection was minimal, I know to expect that from consignment boutiques. We ended up using the full 90 minute appointment, but I did end up finding the right dress for me! I will definitely recommend Here & Now to any ladies seeking a wedding dress in the Hampton Roads area. Edit: I went back to Here & Now for alterations and while I had a satisfactory completed dress, the experience was slightly less fantastic than I would have liked. I wanted to ask a few questions about changing or slightly altering the halter back of my dress, but found myself unable to even ask a single question due to the seamstress making all the decisions for me. I wasn't super upset, but I did end up with cups in my dress that were too big and felt uncomfortable, and when I finally was able to ask about them, the seamstress explained that I needed to scoop them in to fit properly (this is something that women with bigger breasts can do, but those of us with smaller are not really able to). All in all, the dress fit well enough and it looked beautiful. If I could do it again, I would probably ask to go with the younger seamstress, as I think it might have been a generational/personality thing that I have seen before with other seamstresses/tailors. Overall, glad I purchased my dress here, but maybe consider other options for alterations, or address this up-front before committing to anything.

We had a depressing situation happen during my alterations (alterations not originally done in house) and they fixed my dress within a matter of 4 days before my wedding and it was PERFECT. In November I went dress shopping with my best friend - we went to All the Rage at first, she found BEAUTIFUL gowns, just not THE one. Ashley expressed we should try their sister store Here and Now Bridal which is 'off the rack' store - meaning all dresses are discounted 40-80% off! Our eyes grew and we were very interested. When we all walked in we just browsed and were greeted by Brookelin ((who was a doll to work with)). Nicole was able to find THE dress. She didn't think she'd cry or show emotion - well that day she did! I was so thankful for Brookelin's positive mindset knowing she didn't find anything earlier that day and she was so friendly.
