Of course they were men’s, BUT Sarah with Russell’s was able to provide me women’s boot similar WITH links to each and also gave me good ideas on being able to actually wear a men’s boot if I wanted if I saw something I really liked. She was very helpful and super sweet!

Just stopped in to look around after seeing ads in different places , been wanting to stop in and see exactly what they had available, found out you can go broke if you bought everything you wanted at one time or multiple shopping trips ... not complaining just saw so much I liked and wanted . Great spot for men and womens boots and apparel. Picked up a pair for myself and my wife her boots were actually $40 cheaper then a competitor's price. Will definitely make another purchase. They also sell work boots with and without steel toes.

Just wanted to give some five-star praise for this store. We ordered a pair of boots online, and not only did they ship quickly but the box was so carefully wrapped. And I'm talking about the plastic that is used to ship the boot box in. It's as if it was wrapped like a Christmas present for a dear friend, and, as a matter of fact, that's how it made me feel. Someone even took the time to crisply fold the shipping label that was inside the box. The boots inside were also carefully wrapped and looked like they hadn't been tried on and banged around in the store and such. The whole package just shouted conscientiousness, attention to detail, and competence. Whoever did that, I'd love to give you a big hug!! You put a smile on my face and restored my faith in humanity. This might seem like a stretch, but this is honestly how I'm feeling. In a time when it's really hitting the fan in the world today, it's nice to know that someone cared enough to take the time to wrap the box up attentively. It actually looked beautiful. Thank you for your attentiveness and professionalism!!

Great atmosphere and awesome staff. I have never shopped for western wear before, but my husband is a huge fan. We purchased a really popular pair on their website, however the size was not quite right. When we went to the Dale Mabry location, Katie treated us with so much courtesy. She made sure to contact her manager to confirm policy and made our whole experience smooth and easy. We loved the store, the other employees were not hovering and made us feel really comfortable. We ended up leaving there with boots for myself and some jeans. We are now part of the rewards program and will definitely be returning more. Thank you for such a great shopping experience!

I recommend this store to anybody looking for some western wear. Their store was clean and offered a good variety of stuff. I came in looking for a pair of boots and the associate Wes was very helpful and helped me select the perfect pair of boots that suited my needs. I don't actually buy my boots here because they rarely have more than a single pair or two in a size 15 but I went in this evening to purchase a pair for my son and had a wonderful experience. Went there to check sizes for better reference buying on line. End up buying boots, that fir perfect. I have to give it to Sam and Logan. They were excellent team in showing me anything I wanted to see, and giving advises. I would highly recommend based on customer service and choice. excellent job guys!!!

Not even gonna lie, people. I went in strictly to get sized by someone who knows a shoe horn from a foghorn, and then take my free data to Amazon and get the boots 15% cheaper for waiting one day to receive them. But it didn't go that way. Service was impeccable. The selection was daunting, because they have SO MANY from which to choose. Anthony asked the right questions and had me in the perfect pair for me, in less than 15 min. The price difference was negligible and immaterial, once I factored the educated and welcoming service. I would highly recommend Russell's Western Wear to get your work boots, your scootin' boots, your Sunday-go-to-meeting boots, and all your western apparel and accessories. I can't believe I just high-rec'd and brick and mortar retailer!!!

My only complaint is that I wish you carried more sizes for those of us with abnormally large feet and heads but I certainly understand why you don’t. The girls were incredible. I went into the store today just to look around, as I was in need of a new pair of boots. I wasn't really expected to buy a pair just more to scope out what was available. Wes Greeted me at the door with a super friendly smile, and an enthusiastic attitude. I told him i was okay at first as i have been a long time shopper at Russell's. Going through the isles and isles of boots i got a little lost and low and behold there was Wes, He guided me through and took his time to find the perfect style and size i wanted. I couldn't not buy this pair of boots after he put so much effort into finding me exactly what i wanted. All said and done i am ecstatic with my new boots, and i would really like to say Wes made my experience. He was polite, knowledgeable, really seemed like he genuinely cared about me getting exactly what i wanted. When i return, and i will for my next pair of boots i could only hope Wes is at the door to greet me again with the same customer service that made my experience at Russell's.

Great price for a great pair of American made boots. Thanks Hillsborough County for not purchasing the work boots according to the contract and only buying certain boots from overseas. Way to go! I went to Russell's Western Wear to purchase a pair of waterproof work boots for my boyfriend. Originally, I purchased the wrong size. I, knowing nothing about work boots, was astonished at the quality service provided by the staff. Kyle, the manager, and Anna were able to point me in the right direction with the exchange and size. I was not given any issues while exchanging the boots and Kyle even knew that a wide shoe would be too wide for my boyfriend. I've been shopping at the Dale Mabry store for a while now. Every time I go in there, Kyle, Anthony and the rest of the staff are always friendly. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful at all times. The store has so much to choose from. Boots, Jeans, Shirts, Belts... I had to special order a pair of boots that they didn't have in the store and within a week I had them. Also custom ordered a pair. Kyle called me when Justin gave them a style number. And he calls me with updates on the production of them. Russell's on Dale Mabry is my favorite place to shop and I will continue to shop there. Awsome store with great people. Can't go wrong.

If you're looking for a large selection of men's and women's boots, this is your place! They also have a bunch of other Western accessories such as pants, belts etc. Prices aren't cheap, but they're not crazy outrageous either. There are definitely some good deals to be found in here.
