STL suit company helped us pick the perfect black tuxedos for an affordable price for all our groomsmen. They have more suits available and ready to ship more quickly compared with tuxedos, but all of ours arrived on time. STL Suit company would be a safer option if you choose suits over tuxedos as well. All the groomsmen looked great in their tuxes and some had it altered for an affordable price at STL suit company. One groomsman's pants didn't fit and they exchanged them within the same day. Their employees were all familiar with our wedding and could update us every time we called to check in. The tuxedo delivery date was pushed back twice, thus we received them a month before the wedding when we picked them out 6 months prior. There was some anxiety on our part regarding the tuxes arriving on time. The company can not guarantee that the tuxes would arrive by wedding date, and told us if they don’t arrive we would move to a back up plan. It is also the couple’s responsibility to ensure everyone gets measured, sends their sizes in and either calls to pick it up or calls to have it shipped. Overall happy with the product & customer service, but would have liked a guarantee that tuxes would be in on time to avoid stress before the wedding.

Absolutely fantastic. My boyfriend and I were looking for a tie for his fraternity formal and the sweetest man helped us, looking through every tie and comparing them to my dress so we could get a right fit. I admittedly did go back to switch out for a different tie, but he was again happy to help me. Amazing ties and staff. Will definitely be going here for all of our tie and suit needs. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

The staff is extremely helpful. I had no knowledge of suits. Styles, fabric, single or double cut, proper sleeve length. Nothing! They walked me through everything. Oh and did I mention. You can walk out with a full stylish suit, alterations, and accessories for a very reasonable price. Go see for yourself.

I love this store! tl;dr The staff is very nice and helpful and the suits are a good price. Everyone was very friendly and had good advice. The location is interesting and feels classy and old school. The owner helped me pick out ties! Although, I believe I heard an older gentleman mutter something about "wrapping it up" since I was spending a fair amount of time looking for a lot of ties. But I got a bunch of solid looking ties with their bundle deal. Great place overall and I'd go back again if I needed anything else.

I know nothing about suits. I walked in on a Friday afternoon. I was immediately helped, sized and fitted with a perfect suit for a ridiculously low price. I will be back. I would recommend this store to anyone. Stop here before you throw away money on an overpriced rental.

If you go here make sure you only work with the (what we can only assume is the) younger brother. The older brother is very arrogant, opinionated, rude, and lacking knowledge on the product. The younger brother very laid back, didn't tell us our opinions were wrong, and didn't insert himself in every comment. If the younger brother is smart he will put the older brother behind the scenes to do the alterations and never speak with another customer again!

What a great place. I have gotten 3 suits there and each is great quality and at a very reasonable price. I've shopped around each time I bought a suit and haven't found a better price. Also did the suits for all the groomsmen in my wedding party and everyone was extremely happy with the quality as well as the friendliness of the staff.

A local owned and family run business that deserves everybody's business. They are all extremely friendly, super knowledgeable and very efficient. And perhaps even more so, incredibly well priced. I went in for a single suit, and based on how great they all were and the wonderful prices, I ended up buying two suits, a shirt and a tie. A definite first stop for any suit, tie, shoes, long coat and blazer need. I will certainly be a customer for life.

We were in town for the weekend and stopped in the store to look at their sport coats. We were in on a Friday. We found a sport coat and a suit. I was hoping to be able to wear one of them on Saturday, they were booked up on alterations and they referred me a few doors down to Busy Bee Alterations. She took care of everything and had the suit and sportcoat done. As far as St Louis Suit company. Very nice people, huge selection of suits, sport coats, dress coats and accessories. Very knowledgeable people. This is a local, family owned and personally run business. These are great looking suits at a fraction of the price. They were awesome to deal with. When we're in St Louis again, I'm sure I'll need another suit or sport coat for here.

Cannot say enough about this place! They bailed me out in a big way. I waited too long to pick up my suit for a wedding and it didn’t fit. They overnighted the suit, did the tailoring in-house and got the suit back to me the day before the wedding. The customer service was incredible! I put them in a tough spot and they would’ve been justified in telling me to take a hike. Instead, they went above and beyond to solve my problem. Will 100% recommend these fine people going forward!

My husband had a very pleasant experience there and was very happy to get a 3 piece suit and a shirt for $190.00 including tax. Prior to going to St. Louis Suit Company he went Men's Warehouse and they wanted almost $1000.00 for a suit that wasn't even as nice as the one he got at St. Louis Suit Company. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our son is getting married and him and all the groomsmen got their suits there for the price that they would have paid to rent tuxedos.

This is a family owned company that has amazing customer service, amazing prices and amazing suits! We use The Suit Company for our wedding this past weekend and all the men looked stunning in their suits!! Out of 10 suits not one person had any issues with their suits fitting. Alterations were done in such a timely manner and you cannot beat their prices! They carry suits, shirts, shoes, tie clips, cuff links and pretty much anything suit related you might need. My husband and I highly recommend St. Louis Suit Company!!

Finding the right suit that YOU want can be hard, especially when mall retailers constantly push cheap products on you, and big box retailers have neither the service nor selection to meet your needs. Buying your first suit should be an awesome experience, and with St. Louis Suit Co every single expectation I had for the suit that I wanted was met. The price was far better than anything at the mall or larger retailers. For example, I was able to buy the suit jacket, pants, bow-tie and the handkerchief for the same price that the jacket alone would have cost at the other stores. Also, the knowledge and service of the team at St. Louis Suit Co was incredible. I was given excellent advice on the choices I was making, and there was always someone at hand to help me with anything I wanted, whether it was a change in size, thoughts on fits or colors, etc. I was blown away. For any first time suit buyers, I really cant recommend this company enough. Go here before you go anywhere else. The service and selection are unbeatable.

I want to recommend this wonderful shop to everyone! My fiance and I walked in yesterday around 3:45 pm and were out the door with a suit (jacket, pants, and vest) for him for our wedding within an hour and a half and MUCH less expensive than we had planned! That included excellent personal service from Ty, working with the kind and knowledgable tailors, and buying two shirts to decide on for our wedding since they were on sale! My fiance is just on the cusp of big and tall sizes, and we usually can't find his size in stock in department stores and other big stores. St. Louis Suit Co not only had his size but the gorgeous, well made suit was 2-3x cheaper what we would have paid in a big box store! It was such a good experience to walk in and have his size already there to try on. The tailors were also fantastic, and listened to us and worked with us when we talked about how we wanted the suit to fit. They were so helpful and knowledgable! We also got great service from Ty, who walked us through from start to finish. This is a family business and the personable touches are evident. I can't say enough great things about this place. We will never go to a big box store like JOS Bank or Men's Warehouse again, and we will always be customers of St. Louis Suit Co.

I walked in today while visiting St. Louis for the weekend. My goal was to take a look around the store, and possibly buy some items to prepare for an upcoming black tie event. Not in my wildest dreams did I expect to find everything at such affordable prices, but the owners were incredibly kind to me. You can't miss the $5/silk tie deal, it's absolutely amazing. It's a bit hard to find as it is a second story store. You can find them above Chipotle through a door immediately next to the restaurant to the West.
