Very nice staff. I went in for a body mist that I had purchased several years ago and the staff did their best to help me find what I was looking for. My goal was to get in and out quickly so others could shop as well, considering the limitations at the time because of Covid-19. The staff helped me to succeed this goal while making me feel like I wasn't being forced out.

Staff was friendly, products are cute. Went here for my daughter. Not to be critical, but I do feel this is the "Nike" of underwear. You pay a lot for the name. 3 basic bras (nothing fancy) cost roughly $170. She needed a sizing, but couldn't try on the bras because the fitting rooms were still closed. We purchased the size they recommended after measuring. We live 2 hours away, and when we got home, found the bras are a bit too snug. Wearable, but not entirely comfortable. She's keeping them because she needs them and there's nowhere within an hour drive where she can purchase/try on others. Overall, Victoria Secret isn't a bad place to shop if you have the funds and want to splurge on yourself. They do have cute stuff, but definitely try before you buy if you can (unless you know your VS size already).

We were in there recently and had the best experience. The lady who helped me was so compassionate in a time when I needed it the most. She even listened to my sons chicken stories and made him so happy! I wish I knew her name but one thing I do know is that she deserves a raise! Everyone else in this store was great too!

I stopped in at Victoria's Secret yesterday to be measured for a bra for my first time ever. Kayla instructed me on how to measure myself and helped me find a couple of bras to try out. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. If I could give her a 10 out of 10, I definitely would!

My wife and daughters/granddaughter absolutely can't get enough of this place. I never feel awkward walking in this place but I have been in here with my wife and girls many times. They seem to always know what they want so i just stand back untill they need a bag held. Easy to locate what your looking for and the staff are exceptionality kind and helpful!

Probably my favorite VS to shop at. Elizabeth is so kind, willing to help and doesn't rush you or hover; understanding about needing to do exchanges with not being able to try on items since the pandemic. Really loving the "mini check out" spot; convenient and practical.

Everything is super adorable, but I don't fit into any other bras. I feel like the company's sizing could be more inclusive. This store specifically is great though. I've gotten bras there when I was younger and the staff was super helpful.

Staff is awesome and knowledgeable! Fitting a young teen for a bra is not as easy as it sounds and they were so patient and helpful. She found something she loved and we were only there about 30 minutes.

I hardly spend any time in this joint but I wanted to check out the perfumes they have as I have been buying more for my fiance every year. I have found some womens retail stores do have good fragrances and Victorias Secret did not disappoint. Its cheaper than Macys.
