Store was a busy place. Clothing racks were fairly organized, but in disarray by shoppers. No store clerk available to find items. No restrooms. Changing rooms located at front of store. Clearance sections were a mess. Could of used more check outs and cashier's.

I love this place cuz it's a treasure hunting experience especially for home decor but clothing sucks cuz women's clothing are never sorted in sizes so you gotta dig through hangers of all sizes to find things you like!

The store was a big mess. In addition to the rugs spilled out into one aisle, I was concerned the hangars on the floor in the clothing areas were going to create slip and fall hazards. I looked around to find someone to tell, but there were only two people at the registers, one at the jewelry counter, and the young woman at the rear fitting rooms. I guess this store is having difficulty hiring employees like many other businesses. The young woman operating the fitting rooms at the rear of the store was pleasant. When I came out, I also brought out the previous customer's items. She thanked me and told me to leave everything that didn't fit on the cart. I laid all my items down. She asked me weren't mine dresses; I guess she was going to ask me to hang them up again. When I said they were, she said it was okay and to go ahead and leave them.

Love it! When I come here it's always clean, they greet you, and have what I need and dont need lol I'd rather shop here for my clothing and household needs than any other place.

There is always a unique mixture of characters shopping here, and the store is a bit of a mess, but if you appreciate being able to dig out an entire outfit from head to toe for less than $100 and have a good laugh at the shenanigans of others, it's a good place to shop. The staff has always been polite as well, even when working in what's sometimes mirrors a circus.

Insanely busy and the store was pretty disorganized, one checker stood on the counter and basically yelled at the top of her lungs for people in line to remove the hangers from their clothing items.. Not terribly impressed..

If you dig through the clothes long enough you will def find at least a few solid items. I come here a lot and really the only problem I have is that it’s kinda messy and certain employees are extremely rude & don’t want to help.

This is my favorite place to shop. The prices is always more than reasonable and you can everything from home decor to cookware to camping gear to kids/men's/women's clothes. This place has everything, including deeply discounted designer clothes. The staff are friendly and the store and dressing rooms are clean. It's a great place to shop for inexpensive gifts because they have something for everyone, including electronics. I always recommend Ross to my friends and coworkers.

I came while preparing for a trip to Sweden. I was surprised at their selection of well priced luggage. In addition, I got some very comfortable and versatile shoes. Since it first opened, we have come looking for small gifts. This is the first time we had a specific shopping list and they had exactly what we were looking for. I don't know how common that is, but it's worth a try for the price.

Great prices on name brand items. New store that is clean and organized. Location is convenient. Lines were long and only two employees checking customers out, so be prepared ro wait in line a bit. We went on a Thursday.

I shop here often and it’s like a treasure hunt most days. Sometimes it’s a bust but you can find great deals if you look. Ross has a tendency to have less employees than I would expect working but if you walk in expecting that and plan accordingly it’s not a big deal. It’s a great place to shop and the employees are super friendly if you are polite and not demanding.

Every time I go to Souix falls I have to shop here and never had a problem! Came here the other day and never seen this place such short staffed... I only saw one employee throughout the whole store. Every time we’d try to walk up to her and ask a question she’d go hide in the back... took her awhile to come to the register and wasn’t friendly whatsoever.

One day, I went to ross, looking to buy my dad some dress shoes. There was nothing remotely good in my dad's size. Then I buzzed over to my size, and they had a lot of cute clothing, but I didnt buy anything, and I would come back another day. I came back a couple weeks later, It was STILL WINTER!!! And they had SUMMER CLOTHES!!!!!! But I did find really cute T-Shirts. But the sweatshirts, and all warm clothing was GONE. My T-shirts that I bought, one of them was washed in the wash machine, and the tag if I must call it that, was wrinkled, and the shirt was growing transparent, and the text was wrinkled.

Selection of products, poor quality, depleted stock levels and lack of good help. Was very busy as it was a Saturday. Lots of families shopping with several children, some of which were unsupervised and running about the store.

I find a lot of Guess and other mid range brands here, not as much as Marshall's but I still enjoy walking into Ross. Only complaint I have, much like TJ Maxx is Male shoe prices compared to Marshall's is pretty ridiculous. Tonight I found the same exact pair from marshalls at Ross and Ross was charging 10 dollars more and Ross doesnt provide you with a shoe box. Might not he a big deal for most but as a sneakerhead and collector of footwear, no box is a dealbreaker for me. Clothing prices are a tad higher than Marshall's too, but you can find some good deals.
