Not my favorite store, don't really have much of my type of clothing but my husband loves shopping there and I will admit, I get really nice items for my daughter and the prices aren't too bad either. On my last visit, I was really impressed with the assistance offered at checkout. We were given coupons and I forgot them at home but had it on my phone via email. The associate was kind enough to scan the coupon off my phone and explained that the others will no longer work. All this time she smiling and being extremely friendly and courteous. I love that

I had the most AMAZING experience with this store. I have never been to Old Navy until earlier this week. The person who helped me out was super helpful and had a sense of humor (which helped making it feel like it went a little faster)! I don’t know if it was "Kayra" or "Kayla," but they definitely made me enjoy being there. Next time I’m in Sioux Falls, I will definitely be shopping at Old Navy!

Very busy store with a checkout line 10+ people at a time. It was a Saturday so I am sure it was busier than usual. Other than the wait in the line, this store is comparable to all other Old Navy stores.

Always love stopping in to Old Navy. Their prices ces are reasonable and their styles are good. Store gets a bit crazy on weekends, and sometimes their products get mixed up (wrong pant in wrong pile), but not a big deal, just check the label to make sure you're grabbing the one you want.

I love the ambiance of walking into this modern store, with such a nice layout and so easy to find what you are looking for! The clothes are all so nice, simple, colorful, but yet classy. You also can't ask for better prices, considering good quality in clothes.

The wait in line was a bit long, but the staff was very friendly and honored the posted price even though it had expired the day before which I found to be a great customer experience.

This Old Navy location is perfectly fine except for the fact that they often only have 1 or 2 cashiers so the line is super long. And they put clothes on the wall super high up, so you have to track down an employee and they go get this big ladder on wheels to reach the item so it takes awhile to get something from up high

Awesome! The sales clerks were SO nice. I think one man was in training and he was the first to jump to help us find swim shorts. Great prices, Excellent service!

The quality of their clothes has been declining, I believe. A pair of Khakis I bought were easily shrunken, and another pair started to tear. I bought them for 10$ a piece though so I'm not too upset. The lines get a little long, but great deals all around. The women's clothes are much higher quality, at least from what I notice.

Hit or miss. Sometimes I find clothes for the whole family and sometimes I leave with nothing. Usually always get a great deal when I do find what I'm looking for. Checkout line is always long.
