Justin, Austin, and the rest of their team at the Men’s Wearhouse in Sioux Falls are phenomenal! I could not say enough nice things about everyone there. I have always been made to feel like I was that salesperson’s #1 priority regardless of how many customers they were actually helping. They go above and WAY beyond the call of duty at that location. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for great quality Menswear at reasonable prices stop in and chat with the amazing team at Men’s Wearhouse. They’ll get you set up perfectly every time.

I've been to a few Men's Wearhouses, they've always been a good pick for quality clothing... But the Men's Wearhouse in front of the Empire Mall is on a whole other level. The staff at this location are absolutely fantastic. I came into the store and I said, "I need a suit for my wedding, plans changed and I'm worried I won't have enough time." The Assistant Manger Justin personally took me aside and told me he would take care of me. Within minutes Justin had all my measurements and I was trying on various brands to find just the right fit. The store did not have the color suit I was looking for but Justin brought me his tablet and showed me the entire catalog right there and together we found EXACTLY what I was looking for. Within 20 minutes I had the measurements perfect, the suit on order, and Justin was showing me some wonderful belts and shoes to match. I ended up selecting the very same shoes that he was wearing and they were just as comfortable as he claimed. Anytime I was worried about time to complete the order, Justin let me know that I would be taken care of. I was even able to get nautical themed socks specially ordered in! All in all I had an incredible experience at this Men's Wearhouse and I looked great for my wedding. I love to buy my Calvin Klein dress shirts for work here, that is when they have my size... but like most stores, they cater to the small and skinny guys. I'm 20 36/37, and very seldom do they have my size.

This was our first experience with Men's Wearhouse. We needed a rental for a funeral service. When we went back to the store to pick up the suit, the order was not there. Something got mixed up. But Justin made it right and got us a great suit to keep instead of rent that was ready to go (and hemmed!) that day. He really went out of his way to get us what we needed. Honestly, this was one of THE BEST shopping experiences I've had in a long time. The employees were super professional, polite, knowledgable, and helpful. Plus they dress nicely, so nice to see! They were so helpful, they got my entire family suited up for a pending funeral, and expedited the alterations so we could get it done in time. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help. Particular shout out to Adam who helped us through the entire process.

Jon Clarey from Men’s Wearhouse was such a great help - we had a bad experience at first with a different employee that didn’t treat us well- Jon stepped in and made our experience enjoyable again and you could tell he truly cared about helping us find the right things for our wedding. The suit color we had planned for our wedding became sold out and unavailable for our wedding with 3 months to the wedding - very stressed out, we went into the store and Jon went above and beyond to make sure our stress was gone and we were taken care of. We are very pleased and would recommend Jon to anyone. Thank you Jon!

The staff at the Men's Wearhouse in Sioux Falls are fantastic. I went in this morning to buy a suit for an event this coming weekend. The two gentlemen that helped me had me measured and out the door with a new suit that looked great (and didn't break the bank) in about a half an hour. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new suit.

I've purchased a couple of suits and shirts from here over the years and I've already had a good experience. The suits for well and are good quality. The shirts are to notch and can be ordered in larger sizes which is nice. The staff has always been very helpful. Price wise I would say they fall between department store and high end suit shops. So not the most expensive, but it does that more than the retail stores. I would say you're getting a bargain price on a quality product.

This is far and away the best fine dress establishment in Sioux Falls. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any of your needs. I have bought suits, sport jackets, vests, shirts, ties, etc. And they’ve all been of very high quality for a very good price. Whoever helps you usually has some good deals (whoever helped me let me know about a 100$ off coupon last time I went). This place has earned my repeated business whenever I need dress attire.

Was in a pinch trying to get a suit for a family wedding and another suit place let me down last second. I’m from a couple hours outside Sioux Falls and it was already 15 minutes past closing time when I got to Men’s Wearhouse and somehow they were still open helping customers. 20 minutes later I had the exact suit I had worked all day to find, plus a shirt and tie thrown in, all at a great price! The staff went out of their way to get me set up when they easily could have turned me away. I know where I will be picking up all my dress clothes from know on! I highly recommend them!

Very busy store and sometimes hard for them to keep up with the customer volume, especially at prom & wedding times. However they earned our 5 stars with customer serviceWe bought a custom suit here in February for our son. Three days before prom, we found out that the pants had been inadvertently washed. Needless to say, they were more than a bit short and snug! We brought them to the store the next day and they altered them right away. Definitely a Prom saver!!!

I visited this location on 7/5/19 and was assisted by Adam Mouw. The store was very busy but he greeted me and set me up in the right spot for what I was looking for and promised he would be back. After asking a few questions and taking my measurements he walked me through the whole process of picking the right suit and accessories. I left the store with a great deal and overall great experience from Adam. Would recommend asking for him when visiting here because he certainly did an amazing job and offered a great experience. I'm the bride and set up an appointment for the groom and groomsmen to try on different suits and colors because I was unsure of what I wanted at that time. The guy that helped us in the beginning literally only gave me one option. He said the guys couldn't try much on all their sizes are mediums and on mannequins. I was furious! At this point my mind was set on leaving and going with someone else because there is no way they only had that one option for a gray and pink wedding!! He made me feel very dumb and said that it's not like dress shopping. Thankfully he went and grabbed someone else to help us! We had so much fun! He gave us so many different options. He showed us ways we can customize the suits. He was very fun and patient! I understand it would be helpful if I came in knowing exactly what I wanted but that wasn't the case and the second guy did a great job meeting our needs! All the men bought a suit from him. I wish he could train the other guy. I never do reviews but I thought it was necessary because I really liked that second guy. I forgot his name 🙈 I'll post a picture of what he put together for us after the wedding!

I had a very good experience at Men's Wearhouse. I live in Phoenix and was able to go to The Men's Wearhouse there and get fitted and then I just showed up at the Men's Wearhouse in Sioux Falls and they had everything ready for me. Showed me how everything works and made sure that everything was fitting properly before they let me leave the store. When I returned the tuxedo they were also very quick and efficient in getting me in and out

I've rented tuxes and purchased clothes, shoes, etc from here and the customer service has been great. Staff is hard working. Selection is good. Had pants with a defect and they replaced them and hemmed them for me in a timely manner.

Very happy with the Men's Wearhouse in Sioux Falls. We live in Bismarck, ND but got married in Sioux Falls as that is where I am from. We did all our planning and ordering through the Bismarck store and it was a complete mess, so many things went wrong. We went in to pickup my husbands suit from the Sioux Falls location 2 days before our wedding. He came out of the dressing room looking like a clown, Bismarck ordered him a suit that was 5 sizes bigger than it should have been (I do not know if they measured wrong or entered it wrong but it was all wrong) he had not lost any weight that would have contributed to this. Sioux Falls was amazing they were able to get us the right suit the next day and all was well. So thankful for the staff that was assisting us, I was stressing out and they were very calm and reassuring that they would have what we needed in the next 24 hours!

Great place. The staff here is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want, not what they want to sell you. The prices can be a little overpriced, but they're always offering coupons. I'd recommend this store without exception.

They have a good selection, but thre prices seemed to be a bit higher than I expected and it was difficult to get anyone to help me with a few simple questions. To be fair, I believe it during a busier time, but I was still there for nearly a half hour and was disappointed at the lack of attention.
