David was so helpful with choosing shirts for my husband! We left a shirt for tailoring and it was ready the next day. The best part of our experience was that a week later, we had accidentally ripped a part of the shirt and we had asked other tailors to try to fix it. No one would do it! We brought it back to David to ask if he might have an idea of what to do to make it wearable. David fixed it right on the spot! This beautiful shirt is coming home again and totally wearable. Thank you so much David!

My girlfriend and I came in not really sure what we wanted. Mary, the manager gave exceptional service with helping us find, the perfect size, color, and style. We aren’t from Sioux Falls and needed the bottoms altered and Mary made sure we would not have to make an additional trip to Sioux Falls and had them done within a couple hours after leaving the store. We were able to pick them up before we left town. This was one of the easiest and most successful shopping trips and we immediately found what we needed.

My husband needed a suit for a funeral, it has been quite a few years since shopping for suits, we stopped at Men's Warehouse, they didn't have stock but recommended David Jones. I would rather spend locally as opposed to a big box store. Thanks Men's warehouse for the recommendation. David Jones got it right on the suit and my husband looked amazing. We were shopping on a Saturday and they had other customers but they took care of my husband and the suit was ready when promised. There were some kids in the store with their Dad and they were being kids, David noticed that maybe the kids needed to have their attention directed elsewhere so he put in a video so that they were watching a video and not running around the store. Very positive shopping experience. Thank you for your amazing service.

I needed a suit ASAP for a wedding, and I needed a size he didn't have on hand, but he was able to get my slacks tailored for me, and ordered me a suit that would arrive to the place I was going to stay for a wedding. Shipments already left and he was able to negotiate with them to get it sent out that night from New York and it arrived the next day for me in Minneapolis. David Jones, and his staff are excellent! I wouldn't go anywhere else just because his service, and what he will recommend for you are better than anywhere else I've been in Sioux Falls.

Stopped in to look around for the first time and was taken back by the quality and variety in the store. I was promptly greeted by Larry(sp) upon entering the store and was offered a beverage and he asked about me clothing needs. He was helpful and attentive but actually worked with David Jones too. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great insight. I ended up buying a new sports coat, shirt, couple pairs of slacks and a new tie. I had David mark me off for some alterations and the shirt and slacks all came back spot on. Great local shopping experience and will certainly be back.

Highly recommend David Jones! After reading positive reviews online, I took in a women's coat to see if David would consider fixing it. My young daughter had snipped the down-filled coat with a scissors, and I was cautious to fix it myself or take it to someone without quality tailoring skills given the cut was about an inch away from a seam, v-shaped, and on a nylon shell. David and his employee welcomed me into the store immediately, and David graciously accepted fixing my coat even immediately getting to work on it. He shared with me the multiple manners in which he could approach the fix before deciding together how to approach it. He quickly fixed my coat with excellent attention to detail, openness to do it differently if I was not pleased, and a smile throughout my entire visit. I have nothing but positive things to share about my experience at David Jones!

I needed to get a few new suits. I was thinking 3. David was able to get 5 suits for me. Also 3 shirts and 4 ties while staying in my price range. I did not think that was possible. I have 6 kids, which is where most of my money goes. Then the tailoring was included in the price of the suits. I had not expected that. Every other place I had ever gone would charge me tailor on top of what I had already agreed to buy. That was not the best part. The product knowledge and service where better then any place I had shopped before. I felt that it was more important to them that I got what I needed then they got a sale. They are here to earn customers for life, not make sales today.

I am thankful that we randomly found this store while previously going to 3 other suit stores that either A) Treated us like we don't exist or B) Being told they only rent. I needed a suit for my wedding and need suits for all the brides men and fathers. I am a woman so finding a place that wouldn't judge and made sure to find a suit to fit me perfectly was important to me. David worked with us 100% of the time and had no judgement. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the way I looked. He made sure to ask me how I wanted to look and I told him Feminine as much as possible. He did just that. This is a LGBTQ friendly business. David Jones is professional and gives great customer service. The only issue we ever had was with his previous employees, losing paperwork and measurements. David was very helpful and resolved the problem. I am very pleased with my suit and will being going back to buy more.

From the time we walked in until the finished product was in our hands we had great customer service. He didnt stop until every detail was right. My husband is very happy with his custom fit suit, it's hard to find clothes that fit his body type as he works out and has to go bigger in sizes to fit his chest and arms.
