When I first booked an appointment, I just wanted to see dresses. It was a year and a half before my wedding and I was curious what dress shopping was like. Never did I expect that I would find the most absolute perfect dress. The selection they have of unique dresses was amazing, especially being at this price point, which was hard to find in a Utah bridal shop. Not only that, they changed the color for me, made the sleeves detachable, shortened the dress AND added a lining for me since my darker skin was showing through the dress. I just got my dress yesterday and I am so in love. The quality is absolutely amazing and the hummingbird detail is jaw dropping. It took a lot longer for me to get my dress than expected, almost 10 months but that was due to all of my adjustments and the dress maker running out of supplies, but because of that, Chelsea offered me a discount and luckily I still have 5 months ahead of my wedding and I understand that a lot of things have changed since Covid. The only thing is I do wish the communication was a bit better. Mostly, her staff would say they'd email me and I'd have to call them to make sure they did, which at times was stressful since my dress was pretty delayed but honestly that was the only thing. I would absolutely recommend this place. The staff was so sweet and Chelsea was extremely helpful and positive throughout this whole process whenever we spoke. I've never felt so beautiful so thank you for that!

I was super indecisive buying a wedding dress and ended up buying my dress SUPER close to the wedding date. I tried on a dress I loved (and ended up buying) at OffWhite but didn't commit until a few months before the wedding. Ashley helped me from the first time I came into the store to several months later when I actually ended up purchasing the dress. Ashley, and everyone at the store, were not pushy at all, super helpful, and answered all my questions throughout the dress buying process. I received the dress a week before the wedding, but the dress ended up fitting perfectly and didn't need any alterations. The store is super cute and has beautiful dresses at great prices!!

LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS STORE!!! My sister is getting married so I came along and it was an amazing experience!! Chelsea the owner of the store helped us out and she was awesome! They do not pressure you or make you feel like you have to buy the dress like every other dress store. This store is cool and very unique and different from other dress stores. They do customizing for the dresses and make it unique and your own. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great experience. We found the dress of her dreams thanks to them!

We came here to shop for wedding dresses for my future daughter in law and we were completely blown away with how beautiful their dresses were. This place is absolutely perfect! The atmosphere is so relaxed, but up beat! The staff are incredible. They provide the perfect amount of privacy and assistance when trying on the dresses. They are great at boosting your confidence! They listen to you. They pull the perfect amount of dresses that match your style, and they can anticipate what you might like that you haven’t considered yet. They’ll custom add things that you want that aren’t on the dress, and the prices are VERY reasonable. They’ll take your measurements the day you are there, and walk you through the whole process. Total night and day difference from the previous shop I was in. I could not recommend this place enough! I love them! And the bottom part of the shop is an adorable thrift store. Me and my maid of honor got adorable matching tumblers! Best day EVER. Thank you guys so much!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The owner Chelsea helped me find my wedding dress! 🤩 she is so fun, positive, and the best hype woman. I want to be her when I grow up. Off White Bride has the coolest and most unique wedding dresses. It was so hard to choose! I would definitely recommend this bridal shop to anyone who wants to have the most beautiful dress around. Can’t say enough good things!

10/10 Would recommend. I just picked up my wedding dress yesterday and the whole experience from trying on, to ordering, to receiving my dress went seamlessly. They had my dress custom made, and took all my measurements in December. It fit literally perfectly, no alterations needed. I can literally get married in it today. Which was a huge relief. Prices are great! and appointments felt private, I went on week nights and basically had the whole bridal floor to myself, which I valued. They had so many styles to choose from and are able to modify dresses if you're in need of a modest dress and the fee to do those alterations are very reasonable. One thing to note: If you decide to buy here (or anywhere to be exact) Expect that there are delays. With the state of the world and shipping delays in general. My dress was technically 1 month "late" from the estimated shipping date. Of course this was an estimated shipping date so I knew there was a possibility of delays. I just called occasionaly and the store graciously answered my questions. With Offwhite, since the measurements were perfect my dress could've came the day before my wedding and it would've been fine. So! If you're a bride to be I would recommend this shop!! The experience Chelsea and her team bring is invaluable and this is a team who clearly love what they do and are here to make you feel special and beautiful on your wedding day!!

They’ve got the cutest goodies downstairs as well, it was just overall such a fun experience. I got to spend the day with my sisters and my mom and shopping here couldn’t have been better!! Such an amazing selection of dresses. I spent all day shopping for wedding dresses, before I came to OffWhite. Their dresses were incredibly unique, and they order the dresses to the measurements of your body! When my dress came in (early) it needed no alterations! Amazing!

Off White Bridal really saved me when it came to my wedding dress. The first time I went there I found such a beautiful dress, but I wasn’t quite sure it was the one. While waiting I ended up going to other shop to see what they had. I ended up getting talked into making a custom dress with them and after 8 ish months I ended up with the ugliest dress out there and I thought I would never find the perfect dress for the right price. I ended up going back to Off White Bridal and I found the most amazing dress and I couldn’t be happier with it. They really saved my wedding and I couldn’t be happier.

Ohhh my goodness! I adore this place and all the people who work here! Such a beautiful and comfortable space with absolutely gorgeous and unique dresses! Chelsea was incredibly accommodating! I got my dress altered at a different shop and it ended up looking like a different dress and I was panicking a little, but Chelsea had me bring it in and she fixed it and made it absolutely perfect! I had an amazing experience! They had a huge selection of dresses and all difference price ranges. Kelly didn't push me into anything either. She was there to help me try on the gowns and in the end I found the perfect dress for me! Little did I know, I was expecting! So i immediately called them and was able to get a bigger dress size. I later decided to postpone my wedding, and they were so helpful. My dress came in and they worked with me on pick up, since I had just had my baby! I highly recommend them, and can't wait for my big day!

I had the best time here with Lisa and Julie, and ended up picking an amazingly beautiful dress! Lisa helped me out as soon as we walked through the door until the second we left. She was very professional by making sure each dress was on and clipped back to give me the best image as well as maintaining a friendly personality and giving me much needed feedback about what I tried on and some tips on how to pick the right dress for me! She was 100% involved with me and my group of ladies the entire time and made me feel like I was the only bride-to-be there. All the dresses I tried on were great quality for a great price! I found my wedding gown here yesterday and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here. Ashley helped me out and she was amazing. She never left my dressing room door so she was always there to help me get in or out of a dress. She pulled things that were exactly my style and offered her expert advice and opinions without pushing anything on me. She found my perfect dress and veil. Even as my appointment was coming to an end, she let me stay in my dress so I could really enjoy it. The whole staff was kind and involved and they made me feel important. AMAZING!!! They ordered a dress in for me to try on, just to try it. I ended up loving it and that was the one I wanted. They had to hunt down the dress in my size and found the only one left in Europe. I'm so glad they know the right people and were able to get me my dress in time! Julie and Chelsea were so helpful and friendly. They even remembered my name and my mom's name several weeks later when we came back for a veil!!! I was so impressed! I had such a great experience at Off White! They had so many unique beautiful dresses that I hadn't seen at other bridal shops. One of the most important requirements I had for my dress was that it be a shade of blush. Other stores I had been to had very limited options of blush dresses and the ones they had looked nude and not blush. Off White had just what I was looking for. I tried so many dresses on and loved so many of them, which was the opposite problem I had at other bridal stores. Julie helped me and I cannot speak of her highly enough. She was the best! Not only did she help me find my perfect dress, but she helped my fiancé find hers! It was so nice to have someone that could say our dresses looked great together, since we won't see each others until the wedding. Off White provided a memorable and fun experience and I can't recommend them enough!

Honestly the thing that makes the biggest difference to me in a good bridal shop is the people helping me not being over the top or too pushy! I don’t live in Utah, but made a special trip to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter for her upcoming wedding. We made appointments at several shops and this was the third shop we visited. I was very impressed with the wide variety of dresses available in this shop. The dresses were absolutely gorgeous. The dresses are neatly organized and the staff is very helpful. We were encouraged to try a few different styles on that we had not tried before and we had a great time. At the end of the day we narrowed our selections down to a few favorites. Julie was great about letting us come back and try on our favorites one more time and that made all the difference. I flew home to Texas knowing my daughter found her dream dress and I couldn’t be happier with our experience.

I had the best experience at OffWhite bride. Firstly, scheduling an appointment was so easy and was done completely online. They had the time I wanted with just a 2 hour notice. I went to a few others store and hadn't found THE ONE yet. The selection was great at OffWhite bride, but the first dress I tried on was perfect. I tried on a few others, but they were not topping it. The girls fully jacked me up and I was able to really picture what the dress would look like with a few alterations. I was also by myself so the girls took lots of pictures and actually held the phone while I face timed my sister to say my official "yes to the dress" since she couldn't be there in person. It was a magical moment. I would definitely recommend going to OffWhite bride if you are in the market. The staff is amazing and the dresses are gorgeous; you won't be disappointed. Bridal Expressions was fantastic. I went to a ton of dress stores, but this was the only one where the service was both attentive and helpful without being pushy about buying a dress. The attendants genuinely seemed interested in helping me find a dress. I started shopping pretty late and didn't end up buying my dress until a month before my wedding. Bridal Expressions worked hard to get me the dress I wanted with enough time for minor alterations and cleaning. Additionally, its a happy medium between dresses that look/feel cheap and dresses that cost a bundle. But I write this review because of what they did weeks after I bought the dress. I was supposed to drop off the dress a week before I needed it so they could clean and steam it. But I totally forgot about picking up my dress. I was going to be leaving to California on a Sunday and I didn't remember about the dress until 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday. They agreed to wait even after closing to give me my dress. I was so panicked but they were so understanding and accommodating.

I went in with my entourage looking for my wedding dress. It was the second store we tried and I was so thrilled we found it here. Chelsea was so excited with my sister and I, and extremely helpful. She knew the inventory so well and gave me everything I asked for, which was a lot. They even helped me find a bridesmaid dress while we were there, which I wasn't expecting. I will never recommend anyone else in the wedding dress business. Its a small, quaint little shop with beautiful gowns at a great price! They don't do alterations which is a bummer but they gave a list of recommendations for alterations which was so helpful. We drove down to this store from Idaho and had a great experience. We had visited a few other shops (most of which were rude to us for not having an appointment) and had narrowed it down to two dresses from this shop and one from another. It ultimately came down to my daughter deciding on the other dress, but it was a hard choice. Loved the two dresses from this store as well. Price was right, service was great, and they were extremely helpful. Would definitely return and recommend.

After 3 hours of searching for a bridesmaid dress and having zero luck I decided I would give this place a shot before pushing my luck with online ordering. I wish I went here first! I went to both malls, 5 other bridal stores and everyone else could not be bothered to assist me. These were the only people that made me feel like I was a valued customer. I was shown options and even helped into dresses. They even helped take photos of me in the dresses to send to the bride. It ended up being a great experience! I would like the start off this review by saying I would HIGHLY recommend Offwhite Bride to anyone looking to buy a wedding dress (and already have)! It’s AWESOME there! I visited Offwhite on three different occasions. I never felt pressured to make a purchase (an experience I have had at other bridal shops). Each time the atmosphere was fun, peaceful, and felt special. During my first visit Chelsea helped me out. Chelsea was super knowledgeable about the dresses. I appreciated that I was able to pick several dresses to try on and was not restricted to those choices (that had been my experience at other bridal stores). Every dress I tried on was BEAUTIFUL. During that visit I tried on my dream dress and realized it was out of my budget (to clarify: this was a dress I had pulled and not checked the price tag, not Chelsea). I was heartbroken, but Chelsea let me know about their White Dress (Black Friday) sale coming up in couple months that would put the dress in my budget. My second and third visits to Offwhite were with Julie. Julie was the BOMB! She has such a fun personality and is super knowledgeable about the dresses. I’ll be honest, my third visit could have been an order over the phone, but this store is just so fun I wanted to come back and hang with the beautiful dresses and Julie one more time! Julie also helped my fiancé during her visit. Julie made both of us feel special and included (and kept our dress choices a secret from each other which we really appreciated)! I truly appreciated the staff at Offwhite and genuinely had a good time during each visit! Thanks Offwhite!

My cousin’s wedding was a few months before mine, so when I started to think about shopping for my dress, I asked her. She and her mom both independently and emphatically told me to go here. We had a fantastic experience, and Ashley and I ended up chatting and having a great time as I went through options. They were amazing to make my 12 year old niece feel special and included, and they dug through spare buttons for quite some time to find a single button for my dress that has hundreds of buttons. I came back a few weeks later to ask a question and they were every bit as friendly and helpful, and remembered me and asked follow up questions. It was overall a great experience.

I cannot give OffWhite Bride enough stars! Their customer service far exceeds the limit of 5! They helped me out last minute (only a few weeks before my wedding) after my dress was ordered erroneously with another company. I was devastated and thought I was going to have to settle for another dress after I had already fell in love with the one I had chosen. Chelsea kept great communication with me throughout the process; and Julie was AMAZING with her patience and diligence in ensuring that I would receive my dress on time! And they were still willing to help me out despite my panic and were so understanding. In other words, I was not only assisted with my dress, but given understanding and empathy in my time of need!

I found a very unique wedding dress that fit me and my personality, perfectly. The dresses were very reasonably priced. I had some trouble with the alterations that were done by an outside company, but when I brought my dress back to Bridal Expressions to have it dry cleaned before my wedding date, they fixed the botched alteration. I didn’t feel like “a number” or a “walking dollar sign 💲” as I did in other bridal shops that work on commission. These guys are where it’s at. I purchased a while ago and am finally getting married! I knew exactly what I wanted (allure modest line dress) I knew this place carried the dress but was afraid they wouldn't have what I wanted. I went in and they had it with two different overlays which was nice because I tried both (still went with original dress). It's hard to gage how my experience there was because I was in and out but I can tell you that they are knowledgable and it was a good experience. My mom doesn't live nearby so I knew I wouldn't get the "ooh ahhh" experience but it was still great to just go into a place without calling ahead and be able to try on what I wanted. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Do NOT go to this store. We received the worst customer service ever. The owner (I'm assuming, older lady with blonde hair) was extremely rude! The other young women in the store were fine. But this was my little sisters first experience with a wedding dress shop and it was terrible to say the least. This lady was very short, rude, irritated, unhelpful and down right ornery! She kept saying "I have to leave!" It was very obvious that was her focus. When asking her to get us a few more to try her annoyed response was "well, I guess I'll go see what I have" and I watched her walk up to the front completely ignoring her job and responsibility to helping us, possible paying customers. She answered the phone, ruffled through some papers, talked to some girls and then OH. Went and grabbed 3 dresses, handed them to us and said, "I have to leave, this girl will help you." It was only my sister and I and she saw me with a tiny newborn in my arms and instead of helping my sister with zippers or snaps, she kept walking away leaving it to me with my arms full of baby. Thank goodness for Sweet MEGAN!! She was such a sweetheart and so helpful and actually saved the day from being horrible all together. She answered every question, she made my sister feel pretty in the dresses, helped us with zipping and unzipping, brought and took dresses and was amazing at her job. Thank you Megan!!!
