They were able to hold a pair of cargo shorts I was looking for until I could get to this location from the North Providence store! The woman behind the counter was super nice! I was looking for the white shorts so I could tie dye them, and we both talked about how cool of an idea this is! I’m very thankful they were able to hold the item so so could pick them up, rather than having to wait until next year. I had no idea they did that but it’s cool they were able to!

Just wanted to make sure that excellent customer service was noticed. Earlier I visited Elbens on Plainfield St. and I was helped by an employee by the name of Lliandra, she was very helpful in my search finding sneakers for my children. She didn't mind going above and beyond searching all over for two different sizes.
